Lately, I encountered walking out my door to arm force officers surrounding a building across the way from me that made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe. On two different occasions I ran into a young girl being attacked by five girls who didn't live over here the same for a young boy.

My stay here has been great. Any issues I have had were handled in a timely manner with no problems. Love watching the ducks each morning and evening, I love the trail around the pond. It is very beautiful and I love it here

Lakeview Apartments has raised the rent by 300+ since I've moved in during 2021. There are positive things I can list like: quiet, serene, and the layout of my apartment. Nice neighborhood besides new neighbors throwing their trash OUTside of the dumpsters. Most importantly, I have been paying rent faithfully with no late fees and I still can't seem to get my maintenance requests fulfilled on the first try. It's always a hassle. I put the request in, then its moved to in progress then ignored. My master bathroom has been needing a completely new paint job, Mold removed, and caulked again. The opening that is covered by a small door in the master bathroom had paint bubbled, Rust lining the door, black mold hanging from the amount of moisture built up. I would just appreciate my request not be ignored as I always fulfill my end of the bargain with Lakeview. I was told a man would come next week (no particular date) to remove the old bubbled, puffy paint and rust stains. I also asked them to open the door and check for the reoccurring leak. I will say, this will be my last year living at Lakeview Apartments.

Andrea the assistant manager at the time was amazing and she replied to messages and engaged in the community. The new staff has not even sent out communication of the new management change. Hard to contact and don't communicate.

It has deteoriated over the years. When I first moved in it was an awesome staff, helpful quick and very positive. I love the layout of my apartment and how close it is to my job. The leasing office every two weeks its something new and when I come in person I am often casted aside or brushed off however, the maintenace people are extremely helpful!

One of the worst apartments complex ever. The ladies at the front office are the worst. Rudest and non helpful people I have ever met. They’ll be so nice to you so you can go ahead and sign that contract but treat you like ---- afterwards. I referred a family here and they are finding excuses to not reward me my referral. Then they say you can take it to the regional manager but just give you a number where you won’t even be able to contact her. It’s ridiculous. They won’t try to help and they seem to get upset when you try to talk to them about the situation. They are the worst. Don’t live here. Also there was a murder here about a month ago. Families, go somewhere else. This place sucks.

Things have changed since I moved in. Staff was more attentive than they are now. It's difficult to get maintenance to reply to service requests. I am trying to fix things myself & that is not good. Now my garage remote also opens another person's garage & the office staff don't seem to take it seriously. I have reported this twice, nothing has been done. The only thing I like is the ability to enter my apt from the attached garage.

I hate this apartment the property manager is letting a felony and drugs dealer live with her and letting him sell drugs to the community. When reported she told corporate an untrue statement. She is very rude and unprofessional. She placed her personal issue about her business. Her actions have placed her in uncompromising position. She needs to be removed from this position ASAP.

this is by far the worst complex i have ever stayed in management has no regard for health and environmentally and safety concern they enter into tenants homes without permission and when resident is unaware and wothout permission ... i requested my air to be fixed over 2mths ago and today i come home to view my cameras to see that not only did i request no repairs be done without supervision on the lease holder they gave out my keys to unidentified men who try to cover the camera in my home for over 6 hours with the door locked coming and going as they please no work was done i came home to clogged toliets of 2wks ac blowing hot air and things missing in my home .. not mention all caught on video with management giving the ok to enter with strangers while tenant is away... my best advice would be to run and never look back these people are unprofessional unconcerned and unbothered by the health and safety of there tenants ... but expect full payment of rent regardless of there own negligence ..

I appreciate the help that Daphanie thomas shows when working with people in some difficult situations that require some patience and knowing that people go through some tough times.She is a very considerate person with a heart and is a real down to earth person with a nice personality.Sometimes you have to be tough on folks so they know that this a business,but a the end of the day,you can still do what you can to show the human side of things and help out as much as you can to resolve the problem.Thank you miss thomas,and thank you for your patience when dealing with people that you know wanna do the right thing under the circumstances.

1.Starting with tonight our AC unit has stop working me and my wife has put request after request about it. 2. When we moved in at the beginning of June the apartment suppose to had been ready but they lied and allowed us to move in without it being ready so many things still needed to be fixed!!! 3.Every week we damn near have to call for pest control this apartment is i fested with so many spiders and bugs!! 4. The response that we have receive from management is the worst that I ever seen in any apartments that I have ever lived in!!!!! This is by far the worst set of apartments that I've ever lived in!!! 5. Last but not least we file an formal complaint to the owner's and request that we get out of these sham of apartments!! PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!! TRUST ME ON THAT!!

I'm still a resident as of right now but recent events have made me decide to look for better accommodations. Recently a email was generated to all the residents that a new company had acquired the apartments of which I reside. Ok I'm not disgruntle and I know things change. So I get a phone call stating that I'm late for my rent and a note was on my door embarrassing me. Now I've been at this particular complex for a year now and recently signed another lease with them before I knew that they had been sold to someone else. I teach school and have never and I mean never been late with my rent. I've always paid before time or right on time. The people in the office now don't know what the hell they're doing if you can't look at my lease and see that it is set up to be paid on the 5th of each month because this is when I get paid on the the 5th & 20th of the month. They can have this BS. I'm in the process of finding me somewhere else to live as of today, you're not going to be accusing me of not paying my rent when I'm one of your best tennants. When the BS gets straighten out I don't want a apology I just want to move and be happy somewhere else. That old saying is true, ignorance is bliss really applies to them. Signed very dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated.

I first want to say that I am so glad that I found this apartment. I have two broken leases, and they helped me and worked with so that I can get in. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. Every time I contact them for help with maintenance they are very quick to get out and fix what ever is broken. The part I love the most is that this area I was nervous about living around here but I feel really safe living in apartment complex. I just want to say thank you so much to the Managers and the Staff!!!

She took her time to help us find the right apartment for my friend and I. It was quite which was shocking it being on Ella and all. Great apartments! My family and I just signed our 2nd lease for another year this past summer. We plan on staying here until we find the house we want to in the area we want. Everyone here, including the maintenance staff is very friendly. The complex is always clean and you always see someone working. There is also a police office that drives through the community at night. We would definitely recommend this community to anyone thats looking for a great place to stay.

These apartments are great for a big family. The apartments are beautiful. Tasha at the leasing office was amazing. She found us an apartment very fast. She assisted us especially in need of finding a home after hurrican Harvey. I would suggest this property to a lot of people.

Very beautiful apartment.. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I started the process on Monday and Miss Durham got me in that Friday. I have never worked with a apartment complex who have been this helpful. The staff is outstanding.

I have lived here for 8 years, it have been a wonderful stay. Many times I needed service in my apartment, the timing of my order would be a day or two of waiting. My greatest joy is coming home to raise my garage. it has been a quite place... Now, in those 8 years I have seen many turn over in mangerment. For what ever the reason has been it has not affected my stay. Looking one to move, but right now Im SUPER!!! GOOD!!!!!

I have resided at this community for 7 years and I love it. Staff is professional and friendly and promotes a family friendly and safe atmosphere by hosting easter egg hunts, occasional resident meet and greets and neighbor watch meetings. The grounds are always well groomed and neat and maintenance request are addressed immediately. By far the best place to call home in this area!

Lakeview apt is a great place to stay! The management team, maintenance team and leasing agents are all great people. Everything is always fixed and repaired in a timely fashion. The lake is a great place to go to escape from the stress of everyday life. The landscaping is great and they really strive to take care of you. I recommend them to anyone looking to lease on the North side of Houston. Tasha Mitchell is on of the best property managers I've encountered in a while.

I wanted to personally thank Ms. Ashley Stewart for being so helpful and going over and beyond to assist me on this past Sunday evening. I was on the opposite side of town from the apartment and for some reason thought I may have forgotten to turn off my stove. I called and asked if someone could check on it for me. Ashley either went or had someone to go to my apartment to check on the stove. Unfortunately, my door was double locked but she called and let me know. I am truly thankful and appreciative of this act of kindness and concern because she did not have bother, especially since it was already close to her time to get off. It was very scary to move on my own for the very first time at 47 years old but since the day I toured the property with Tasha Williams, it has been a great experience! I also must add that the manager Nora responds promptly via email or by phone when a concern is brought to her attention and the maintenance here is top prompt! I totally recommend this property!

I moved in Lakeview apartments about six months ago. I am so glad I made the move my time here has been nothing but pleasant. The office staff is excellent from Ashley you always greet you with a smile when you walk in to both Tasha's. Anytime there's an issue they resolve it quickly. Leasing office and Maintenance staff are superb. The Manager Nora is an excellent Property Manager. Ashly Stewart has always been helpful when called upon. Tasha Williams and Tasha Mitchell have shown that they are willing to go above and beyond in assisting residents which I truly appreciate. Maintenance staff always responds to calls in a prompt and professional manner. I would feel comfortable recommending this property to my closest friends and family.
