Excellent staff members. Every time I go in the office they are always friendly. They are very courteous and professional. They don't talk crazy to you . Always looking for resolution to any you have. One more thing I love the fact that every time I call things needing to be fixed,maintenance resolved those issues right away. Examples:I called about 8 r 9 in the morning about toilet seat broken,light out in kitchen area,door knob loose. All of those things were fixed the same day. And thats every time I called. I have a lot of receipts to prove it.The Maintance staff takes care of business. I LOVE THESE APARTMENTS. They are so beautiful and peaceful with the lake side view. I regret that I have to move close to family due to my illness. I am mourning the day in March that I won't be able to renew my lease agreement.

Best move in experience! From the moment i walked in Ashley was very pleasant courteous. Great communication. Ashley kept me informed and updated throughout the proces, no hidden fees, she gave me my apt number the day i gave my app fee and i was happy to learn it was in the front. I was actually nervous of how things might have ran but i am pleasantly surprised wich makes my move in run smoothly. Thank you Ashley! The place is nice and quiet hope to be here for many years.

This is a fantastic place to come home to. Office girls are so pleasant to deal with and the maintenance staff if awesome! I have lived here for 3 years. They are always making improvements. I plan on staying many more years. Thank you to for all that yall do!

This is such a beat down complex from what it used to be. The amenities are so old, and the apartments are infested with roaches and spiders. You smell weed from your apartment and management does nothing about it. The complex is always so filthy and noisy these days; Neighbors fighting loudly, children screaming all over the place, and people playing loud music in their cars. Again, this new management does absolutely nothing about it. That shows how unprofessional they are. And oh, forget about the maintenance crew. They will keep responding to the same problem at least 4 times before they finally get it right. And there are many break-ins in the unit. They offered to give me incentive to write a good review for them, and I refused. How shameful is that. It's obvious that anyone who gave a good review about this complex is an employee, or from the projects, or was given incentives to do so. Thank goodness I'm out of this junk.

My name is Samuel L. Ellison I am a resident Lakeview Apartments . A truly great place to live. the lake is awesome . it is quiet peaceful, relaxing . one has he feeling that he is in some remote vacation spot rather just off Ella and 1960. The staff is great .The grounds well kept. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The manger seems fair and concerned with comfort and safety of the residents. Both Tasha 's are experienced realty professionals, Ashley is courteous ,helpful and responsible. Together this team of professional yet personable individuals make Lakeview apartment a great place to live. I plan on staying . o yeah the Gym is Top notch and the Coffee great.

This used to be a nice place until the current manager, Nora, took over. Now the place is like the projects with trash overflowing and flying all over the place, and people smoking weed both indoors and outdoors. This current manager does nothing to improve this complex, and keeps hiring unprofessional maintenance workers who never get the job well done. And when you call to make a complaint, this manager, Nora, has the audacity to hang up on tenants when the conversation isn't going her way....How rude and unprofessional!!!. Not to mention the fact that she is such a liar also: She will say one thing today, and mislead you the next day. I don't even know how she got hired in the first place with such poor work ethics. I can't wait for my lease to be up, and until then, I will keep reviewing!!!

The worst place you could ever pick. First of all its on Ella so there is a lot of suspicious activity. It's next to the FFA club from Westfield highschool. So it always smells like ----. My experience ranged from an apartment infested in roaches, people who smoked everything in their apartments, large families living next doors. Gunshots. Do NOT live here. It's the worst mistake you could make. Some people have had good experiences. But I wouldn't take the risk. The management doesn't genuinely care about their residents. Live anywhere but here.

When I first moved in, the property was very nice and quiet. For the past two years the property has gone downhill fast. There are unsupervised children playing in front of the exit/entry gate, people driving through the complex fast and blasting loud music. My new neighbors are constantly fighting or playing their music very loud, to the point my bedroom walls shake. A UPS package was stolen from my front door. There are kids knocking on my door and running off. The sitting area by the "lake" is used as a place for smoking weed. I pay too much rent to feel like I'm living in the "Projects". Overall I am starting to feel very unsafe in this property and can't wait for my lease to end so I can get the hell out of here.

I recently moved out of state, but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff always took care of any issues I had inside my apartment in a very timely manner, which is vertical important to me. The property is well kept and the office staff was very helpful if I ever needed anything. If I move back to the area, I will definitely be moving back to Lakeview.

Great place to call home. The staff makes you feel like family instead of just a resident. When they are riding around the property they always smiling and waving. I love it here. Since I have relocated this is the perfect place to be. Thanks for making me feel at home. Norah and Both Tasha's are great. The maintenance staff rocks always out working and getting the job done.

Living here has being an great experience. Tasha M is excellent and very friendly. She took her time to make sure everything was done to make my move in less stressful. The lake is very beautiful and I like to feed the ducks when I'm walking around the trail. I will recommend this property to my friends and family.

I lived in Lakeview for 4 years and I loved it so much. When I moved in the Manger was Jennifer and she was amazing and Lisa was the assistant Manger she to was amazing. Tasha worked in the office and she was very friendly. In my opinion the new manager is VERY RUDE. Thank goodness Tasha and the new Tasha worked there. Overall I would recommend Lakeview .

I concur with the previous reviewer. This apartment complex used to be better managed by the previous management but things are on the downside with this new management. I see the discrimination too. I've been living here for over two years and I can't wait for my lease to be up. So much illicit drugs goes on....I smell it from my apartment, and management is doing nothing about it because most are white folks doing these drugs. It's such a shame. And these maintenance workers are so unknowledgeable....They will keep fixing the same problem over and over again within a short time frame......They can never get it right. And the whole complex is always filthy with the trash bins overly full and flying about. I cannot wait for my lease to be up
