I hope apartment day and time groups maintenance alway keeping job doing great and cleaning then keep eyes someone not living in here stolen parts of someone as wheels ties that's biggest things can believe available, some people park the car was locked the car can't moved out to work and then and then I just remind everyone keep eyes other people not living in here to report to office manager or call 911 reports to police department. I remember has one time about 4 months ago I warning 2 guys at 3:00 am they are hanging out around some car in this apartment. That's my comment. Sincerely.

Everything very good thank you Just some times visitor comes and park in front of the car that are for resident and the resident is blowing horns blowing horns wakes everybody up 5 o'clock in the morning 6 o'clock in the morning and some time that on a weekend Really need to talk to resident to tell the registers to look somewhere else to park

Everything great and better than the other apartments around the area. It's really quiet and the maintenance are very productive. Even if you submit a routine or low priority maintenance request they try to do it as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place

Too EXPENSIVE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! These apartments are DISGUSTING!! They are INFESTED with ROACHES Needless to say that they're OVERPRICED. The parking spots are so tight that I actually park by the dumpster just so my car won't get dented. The office personnel are extremely unprofessional & act like they don't know sh#t, they have preference in who they help , that's what happens when you have a racist manager Linda ; that only caters to the Asians in the complex .

It is a very quiet and clean complex, the neighbors are very quiet. Regarding maintenance, they are always available to repair any incident. The office staff is very attentive to solve any doubt and problem.

Leasing office take me (tenant) for a joke. Excuses are given towards maintenance repairs, and repairs are patched up work. Leasing office show favoritism to some, and false pretend with others.

Water keeps shutting off when is needed. Especially in the middle of using the bathroom which is an extremely inconvenient. Not to mentioned, I've wasted my own purified bought water for usage on top of paying 70 dollars I've been charged to stay here. Dusts were left behind from maintenance upon moving in.

I recently lived at Sun Blossom Apts. I loved living there. It was so quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Office staff very nice and responsive. Grounds were always clean. Maintenance was prompt. Many restaurants close by. Very convenient.
