Apartment is good. All office staff are good behavior . But I have little bit problem. Car parking is not available. Every month I went to the out of state. After 15/20 days come back to my house. Front of apartment has no parking. So if you have possible, please fixed my parking lot front my apartment # 1404 Thanks me lord for your cooperation.

    Everything else is good but the leasing office manager Linda is a very rude person. She communicates in a bad manner and told me to shut up, and she said that the children in my apartment were not allowed while they are on the lease.

      The apartments overall is very good, clean and the maintenance is great they do fix anything asap. It all comes down to the neighbors if they make alot of noise you may have a hard time getting them to stop.

        I've had no problems with this apartment complex, it's very quite and not a lot of troublemakers that I've seen so far. This is the reason why I continue to renew my lease here. I feel the management has done a great job at this property.

          Very beautiful apartments and they keep them clean from the outside ?? and they are quiet , haven't had a complaint yet . The parking lots are the main thing i did not like but other than that they keep the apt complex well.

            The management staff have always been kind and courteous. They have responded professionally to any questions I have had and the maintenance requests have been resolved quickly. The apartment community is full of families whose children attend the nearby schools. This fosters a community that looks out for one another.

              This is a Family oriented community. I value this very much. We have never seen disruptions and it is very quiet. Even on weekends. We always see staff working which means that address issues promptly.

                It's isolated from other apartments, gate secured, friendly community and quiet. My in-laws been here for at least 10 years. I would recommend any family to grow here to continue the warm community environment.

                    i like this place because everything is close. For example, the schools, the metro stops and stores are close too. I am also able to walk at park or around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is not too loud and it is very calm.

                        If you are looking for a quite neighborhood then this community is good for you. I have lived in this community for a long time and I have never felt unsafe. The only thing I would complain about is the service. If you go ask for them to fix something they will give you he bare minimum. Nothing has ever been fixed completely.

                                Horrible management!!!! She will not listen to a single word you have to say. They are always right never wrong. The maintenance crew are not qualified to do anything all the jobs are half done. They tell you your kids cannot play outside with any balls. Trust me you can find better apartments than these or any ones owned by Stone Mountain properties

                                  Worst apartment ever. Bad staff and horrible maintenance and there is never parking lot to park your car. The employees at the office are the worst ??????. We rent a 3 bedrooms apartment and they only gave us 2 keys for 4 people's living in the apartment wtf??? And then they told me that if I wanted an extra key it will cost me 5 bucks BS!! They always want to charge you for everything and that's not all the rent is super expensive and when they gave us the apartment with a lot of issues that still are not been fixed

                                        These are BAD apartments. The manager is extremely rude is does not care for your needs. The manager and her employees are all racist. My uncle came to visit us from Dallas and as he was walking to our door a Chinese guy came out of the office and asked him what apartment # he lived in and since he didnt live there he told him you go home now. We call police.... The management are the same people that live under ih10.. The parking is horrible. Its difficult to find one after 8 pm

                                          I hate these apartments. Sunblossom Woods are not proper apartments to be in. They don't fix anything and the manager is very rude. They give you cheap stoves and refrigerators. They have roaches and other parasites. They don't have a safe park for kids. I regret moving here. Not recommended AT ALL.

                                              What can I say, I was really upset after my father was robed and beaten at gun point from Sunblossom Woods APartments.We had to rush him to ER at Bentab. There are a lot of activity going on that the management should look into. The units inside are very spacious and you get what you pay for I guess. I just can't handle the crime anymore. I moveing out after 5 years. I had enough!!!!!!!!

                                                Sneaky Management!!

                                                The apartments are great and very spacious!! We had problems with our toilet since the day we moved in though and they would send people to fix it and never really fixed it one of the maintanace guys told us that they couldn't fix and just not to use it... They told us if we called again we would get charged for it! We had no problems with neighbors, lots of kids around. We were planning on renew our lease went they gave out a notice to move out! We had to scrambble to find an apartment in less than a month and when we came back for our $600 deposit since we were 1st time renters they refuse to give any of it back, saying that they didn't want us to move!

                                                  bad, bad, bad!!!

                                                  I have lived here for many year, the management is rude and they never fix anything, Management can use some people skills. When you call in for anything to be fixed, they rush you and tell you ok ok, but it never gets done. The kids are terrible, they steal, break into cars, break inside of apartment, scratch your vehicle and noting gets done about it, where is the courtesey officer when you need him. The management is always scaming people with rent and pet deposit, the take cash for everything, and they buy eachother lunch with it. If only, the owners knew everything that was really goes on in that property. Theres been gang fights right outside of my door, we had a bad roof leak that it took them 2 month to fix. I will not be renewing my lease, I had enough.
