It has been very bad. My 1st apartment had MULTIPLE issues when I moved in that I listed to the front office. Yet they still tried to charge me for those preexisting issues when I switched apartments. It took multiple attempts to fix nearly every problem as well. The second apartment has several issues too. BOTH are SWARMING with ROACHES and ANTS which I was blamed for even though every other resident I have talked to have the exact same issue.

It is alright, the parking spaces need assignment stalls per apartment number, right now it is first come first serve and sometimes causing issues with tenants must driving around just trying to find one spot for their car.

We moved last year and we love this apartment complex. The location is great as it is close to many suburb areas, and as it is located close to several schools, the apartment is joyfully quiet. They also have very visible security staff 24/7, a gated fence, and the maintenance staff is very quick to fix any problems. The old apartment we moved from did not have security and there were lots of noise and crime issues so Sunblossom Woods apartment is very refreshing. The grounds are also regularly maintained, grass is always short and no litter. We are very happy to live here.

Its a quiet and enjoy full environment. Always looking out for safety of residents. For the past 3 years Leasing staff has always been on top of any of maintenance request i put in. Also they have holiday events for the kids like Easter and Christmas . Pet friendly environment ,and also they common are always kept clean. My satisfaction has been extrodinary. Thanks

Muy bonita propiedad muy limpia pero el mantenimiento y la oficina la atencion deja mucho q desear. La estufa se arruina a cada rato porq no la Dejan bien y cuando llamo me dicen q porq mucho cocino fue la repuesta de la Manager. Y se supine q la estufa sirve para cocinar.

So far this community has been very quiet and somewhat secure. No problems with neighbors staff or maintenance. Only problem is the appearance of the units. In and out. Definitely needs a major upgrade. But I am happy living in community itself.

I have witnessed a maintenance person taking a knife out my utensil drawer to cut the product he was installing on the balcony door. The maintenance person said to use bleach if the mold reappear. Car vandalism.

Living in this apartment so far, I admire the quietness and personal privacy. There's not many cases of criminal activities that I have heard or seen so far. This a good place to raise your kids because of safety zone that is administer here. However, along with that that, I have seen some baby snakes as well. I strongly believe something needs to be done about this as soon as possible.

We recently moved to Sun Blossom Apts in April. I really like it here. It is quiet and very clean. No problematic neighbors. Everyone is nice. Office staff are all nice. Maintenance takes care of issues promptly. I like the location. It's near schools, walking distance. Near restaurants. Also near the freeway. I would recommend these apts to family and friends.

Today, Oct 20th, 2020, I am extremely disappointed with the service from this apartment. I am currently living residing in unit 601. There are some employees working to renew the unit above mine. Suddenly, the light fixture in the living fell off from the ceiling. Fortunately, there was no injury to anyone at that time. But the incident caused damage to my laptop. By the time I called the office, they refused to investigate my property damage. They did not even apologize and ask if anyone was alright. They recommend me to contact my insurance to claim for the damage. It does not obviously make any sense since I am not the one causing the damage. The fact that the quality of the unit results in my property damage. Imagine that the incident could cause damage to any person in my family and the office just refuse to take responsibility. Please have upper management personnel to contact me as soon as possible. I prefer not to talking to anyone from this office.

This complex is very clean, quiet, and friendly. If you're looking for a place to call a home and raise a family this is the place for you. It's very clean, the maintenance man are very efficient, the office is very friendly and very helpful. It is a gated community, there is an elementary, middle and high schools a walking distance from the apartment. Gass station, CVS and mechanic is close by.
