This Community is so far nice. The Staff is friendly. The size of the Apartments is big. Even if old well kept. It has great Schools for the kids education. It is easy access to the Medical Center and public Transportation as well as Shopping Center. Some Apts. come with washer and dryer which is helpful with a family. It has nice pools for the summer.

A terrible place to live. The only reason I have stayed is because I couldn't afford to leave. Will leave in Mar'15. Problems include: sewage back up left uncleaned, poor water pressure, broken gates, no notice package deliveries. Too many problems to list, actually so many that I've forgotten them all, probably because I've supressed the memories

The experience started out decently, then when the need for multiple updates started showing up I was becoming more and more dissatisfied. The biggest update this place can do is to do whatever it takes to prevent future flooding! A disaster.

So dissatisfied and disappointed. The date we moved, the apt wasn't cleaned, paint was fresh and the smell was really strong that we couldn't sleep there for 3 days. All appliances were dirty, found a half inch of dust on top of bedrooms' fans. We did not get any fix on the rent bill.

Most people are here because of the location, but with the prices of this particular complex rising without much justification, you are really better off paying a bit more to get into the newer apartments in the area. The amenities are lacking as well as the cleaniness of the units, laundry rooms, and property grounds.

Ok. No real complain with the management, nothing special either. professional. Maintenance people are usually nicer. Old building though ... lots of problems : 3 water damages inside and one busted pipe outside. The complex was built years ago and because it is surrounded by newer units the rent is artificially high in comparison to the overall quality. And the management pay special attention to raise your rent according to market prices every single time regardless of the consumer price index ...

Just moved in, so far so good. Nothing to complain about other than washer and dryer are not provided. Rent is reasonable for location and they allow pets. I have enough room for my music, my living room, and my bedroom. It's quiet, and I've not had any issues.

Some complaint: 1. The Exit gate of the complex was broken for almost two weeks and was left open, and anyone could just walk in. 2. The complex charges 25 dollars every month for trash, but during weekends usually no one come to pick up the trash bag. 3. I live in #6XX The dog downstairs kept barking all the time. 4. I told the staff that my girlfriend and I are getting married and asked if there is any possibility that we could terminate the lease earlier. While I understand that the staff stick to the guideline, but his (Johnny) words was very indifferent and stubborn, just telling me how much extra we should pay if we break the lease, and I did not hear any greeting or congratulations from him. The only thing good about the complex is when something broke down in the apartment, they will come to fix in time.

Fine! except that the gym could be improved, treadmills are not working, and I already notified it many months ago. You should Improve the security. The staff is so good, they are professional and always solve the problems. Clean inside the building and halls frecuently during the week. They are always dirty.

Decent management. Facilities are old and need to be updated however. I wish trash valet was not mandatory. Also, the doors in the hallways need to be replaced with ones that you can just push open instead of turning knobs/handles. Gate keys should be cheaper.

During the first 10 months I was very happy living in the Brompton Court apartments, but in August we have a problem with one of the pipes that leakage in the bathroom. It took more than 10 weeks to get it solved. This makes us to reconsider moving to another property.

Great apartment complex and very helpful office staff. The maintenance folks are on the ball. Rent increases a fair amount each year, but it's located in a great neighborhood. The complex has a dog park and doggie-doo bags located throughout, which is helpful for dog owners, such as myself. The only downside is that this place isn't the safest to keep your stuff outside. My bike was stolen within a couple weeks of moving in and I've seen cars without wheels in the morning. They don't have any cameras, so good luck getting it back. This could be because the pedestrian gates are consistently broken (unlocked) and the vehicle gates will let anyone in once they're open. I wouldn't say I feel unsafe here, though. Other than that, it's a great place to live!

I am very happy with Brompton Court Apartments. I moved in one year ago. It has a great price-quality ratio, as the price is low and the quality of the apartment is great, as well as the quality of the community itself. I would suggest improvements in safety system in place (as having all gates locked at all times, only accessible with keys, and having another system for the main gate entrance as many cars behind can always enter).

Living here is a mixed bag of good and bad. The location is great, the last apartment I was in was fine, it is an older apartement but basically comfortable. But management does not keep the place maintained as well as it could. and is a little cold to residents.
