If you want a safe place to live that has easy access to everything, and is actually quite quiet at night, then look no further. This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. And the rent starts with a 1, not a 2, which is nice.

      Todo está perfecto pero eso se resume a nada cuanto no hay seguridad ni atenciones por daños ocasionados por falta de la misma pues ya que son cosas que uno siente que están cubiertas por pagar xs cantidad de dinero pero no, misma carro totalmente nuevo le robaron las 4 llantas y son personas de la misma unidad quien los manda a robar eso se traduce a gastos por parte de uno sin necesidad de tenerlos

          The interior of the apartment is beautiful, spacious and makes you feel like it’s a house. Staff is friendly. However, The noise level is what I dislike the most and it’s enough for me not to renew. The residents are careless about keeping it quiet and instead plays loud music like at a club past 10 pm.             The apartment is beautiful. I love that you guys have a dog park. The kitchens are beyond exceptional compared to other properties. It’s very quiet which I love. It doesn’t smell. My only contention is the xfinity wifi controlled as a whole thru Elation. Your WiFi is at the mercy if someone is available to fix it. You should allow us to have our own wifi box. Your xfinity keeps going out. It’s infuriating.

              So far the experience has been average. The office staff has been very nice. Mail room appears 10 years old needs to be cleaned and painted and lock needs to be replaced. Because my response has to be 201 characters I've added this sentence.

                So far this community has been wonderful! It's quiet and clean. The front office staff are always kind and any small repairs needed are made quickly. I never hear any of my neighbors and the valet trash service is awesome!

                    I’ve had a great experience here! Overall, this has been by far the best apartment rental experience I’ve ever had. The manager is amazing—always super communicative and quick to answer any questions. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!

                      The location is close to everything you’d need and the floor plans are reasonable with nice updated appliances. Having wood flooring in the common area with carpet in the bedrooms is a great feature that’s often overlooked.

                        The office staff and management was not a good experience. We had so many complications on move in. Late notices resigning contracts and getting told the day before that we are not moving into the apartment we agreed upon. If could have known a head of time I would have went with a different place.

                              Excelente instalación y buena comunidad, solo deberían cambiar a las dos chicas de atención al cliente por antipáticas, solo Roger da buena atención, ya voy para 4 años aquí y se me robaron dos bicicletas del balcón así que no dejen nada en los balcones y los paquetes también se los roban, solo reciban entregas por la sala de correo.

                                I’ve had a great experience living in this community! Overall, I would rate it a solid 4 stars. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and efficient, always resolving any issues I've had promptly, even over holidays if needed. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I have never had a bad interaction with the staff; they have all been respectful and kind towards me. As a female living alone in her twenties, I have felt very secure living here, though there’s always room for improvement. Over the time I've lived here, the gate has been broken a few times and left open. They usually get it fixed in a day or two, but still not ideal for safety. The only downside for me has been the noise level, which can be a bit high at times. However, that is mostly during the day, so it's really not that bad. I just don't love that I can hear people's conversations outside from the third floor. There are times when neighbors have been noisy or dogs left outside barking longer than they should. But it's not that common, and the barking only lasts about 10 minutes max. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept and safe community! I would have renewed if I weren't moving across Texas.

                                  Overall, the community is sufficient. I live in the one bedroom apartment building, so the neighbors are single and some can be pretty loud. The community is filled with a lot of families, so it’s a lot of children running around. I prefer quiet, but there are a lot of schools around so naturally, there are a lot of families. Lastly, my apartment is filthy. Not because I don’t clean, but because something is always falling from the ceiling, or from the vent. I have asked for my air filters to be changed, but maybe it is time for the air ducts to be cleaned. I can wipe my counters, and clean my sinks at 8 o’clock that morning, and by 6 o’clock that evening when I get home, the sink the tub the counters are all filled with dust. My allergies and my upper respiratory health can no longer take it.

                                      My experience so far has been amazing I love my new home. After moving from Dallas the leasing office made the application/move in process very smooth. I recommended the complex to my coworker who will be a first time renter. Hopefully all goes well but I can fit sure seeing myself stay here due a while

                                          Great so far beside the trash issue sometimes but mainly the maintenance team they are amazing quick and efficient work.                                                 Some neighbors at night make a lot of noise with their cars, they think they are in Formula 1. In the main pool there are neighbors who smoke marijuana regardless of whether there are more people. The corridors of the apartments are very dirty.
