One Person of the maintenance staff is very disrespectful, arrogant, xenophobic, with poor attitude to serve. He did stop by my apartment to do caulking behind the kitchen furniture, laundry and dryer machine and he was complaining all the time. If I were the owner of the complex this type of persons do not have a job with me. I highly recommend to the administration of the complex to discuss with him all matters as necessary, specially that his business is maintenance, it means, his obligations is to serve others, gently.

    Communication could be improved. No one ever answers the phone when calling the leasing office and email communication is very poor as well. Noise levels are also an issue but are improving. Overall, a good community but needs improvements with staff communication.

      Look Elsewhere

      Mold, daily car break-ins, loud neighbors, unsupervised children running around, rude management, etc. Been living here since they first open and new management has caused the property to go down. Save your hard earned money and look elsewhere.

      There have bee s couple of robberies. The safety of this place is below ground level. Gates have been broken for months. No cameras rent increases no safety. Call box doesn’t work. Main gates don’t work locker room door doesn’t work. Where is all the money going to?

          Jonsua, is always ready and capable of taking care or any situation I might have. I’ve only been here two weeks and overall from the agents to all the maintenance people have been nothing but the best of which I did not expect, compared to the OLD complex I was at before here. Keep it up, it’s great.

            The apartment complex is very nice, clean and well kept. It is nice and quiet even on the weekends. The apartment was very clean.The only issue is that some residents do not pick up after their dogs and everything is provided for them.The gate has been open 24/7 for a little more than a month. They are replacing the remote system but it’s taking too long. Other than that I would highly recommend it.

              Can't say it enough, thank you for all you do! Still here and plan on renewing lease if the price is right! Staff and maintenance is always prompt and professional. Easy 15 minute drive to work and every store possible nearby.

                Upon searching for apartments at the beginning of this year this complex stuck out to me because of the inside of the apartments being very nice. Unfortunately with in the first few months both of my vehicles were towed. I would recommend for residents vehicles they get a notice “text” before getting towed. For nonresident the protocol should remain the same. The neighbors above me have a dog that consistently barks, after sending a email to staff it seems the problem has been resolved. Overall the apartment it’s self is beautiful but due to the current conditions of the economy with inflation I will not be able to renew my lease.

                  Overall decent. Office staff could be more responsive. Maintenance however is extremely responsive. Dislike trash build up at compactor over the weekend when trash services aren’t running. Trash blows all over. Also think lawn work could be better across the property in terms of flowers for aesthetic.

                    I have lived here since 2020 when it was managed by a different company, since new company took over this place has gone WAY down hill! We personally had a truck stolen from the complex and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done about it, even after writing the property manager about it and fixing the gates. There are constantly cars getting broken into and wheels and tires missing of vehicles and left on blocks. The gates are always broken, the front entrance key pad has not worked in over a year, and the property is filthy. Want to go to the pool and relax? Forget about it, there’s always a bunch of people who don’t even live in the complex that go and are constantly having parties and hogging up the grills, putting the chairs in the pool and all the umbrellas are broken. We have a second pool, but that never gets cleaned. I have spoken to management multiple times about the smell of weed coming through my vents and causing my home and clothes to smell, to which they say they’re going to do something about and don’t. The people who mow the yards do a crappy job and leave the gates open which allows my neighbors dogs to come in my yard with my dogs who do not get along. I’m absolutely fed up! I regret ever renewing my lease and counting down the days until I can get out of here! is why there was a previous 5 star review), since new company took over this place has gone WAY down hill!                       No community is perfect but this community is better. The only thing is the ridiculous increase in rent rate at the Renewal of contract, which I think is why there’s a lot of move out. If new tenants can afford the rent rate, then I recommend this apartment.

                          The noise level is pending the individuals living around the apartment. We've had people move in and out since living here. Some are respectful and keep noise level around 9am to 9pm. After that time, it's super quite! Then some people seem to not care and play loud music into the night. It's been that rotation sadly depending the individuals. At the moment, it's been quite.

                            I would not recommend and single women living alone to live in this complex. Maintenance has been known to come in when residents are not home and unannounced. There are huge safety concerns and that is the reason I broke my lease. When crime has happened I hear it from my neighbors and receive no correspondence from the office. I really enjoyed living here up until recently and it’s not the same as when I first moved in. I do not recommend living here until the Venterra takes their tenants safety seriously.

                                It is in a prime location. Very close to everything you need and the freeways. The gym is nice. The pool is pretty. I love the fire pits and bbq grills. Maintenance is usually quick and thorough once a ticket is submitted through portal. Pray that someone is leaving the community when your guest arrive or you’ll have to drive to let them in the gate because the call box hasn’t worked since June 2021. If Jonsua don’t know, you’ll probably get attitude or circles if you ask someone else. The assistant manager try to be helpful, but the rules always, oddly seem to change after he has made a decision. There is always poop on the stairs or breezeway from the pretty pooches.

                                    Valet trash takes days off all the time when its cold or wet. Its not an excuse when we all pay for it and everyone else works those days its just lazy --- ----, I moved in with exposed wires and no one walked my apartment before I moved in.

So many of our residents love our valet trash service so we can completely understand that when severe weather permits it can be frustrating when the valet trash contractor does not collect trash. However, please know that safety is always our first priority and we cannot allow a human being to be out in ice rain or hurricane like conditions to collect trash. Valet trash services always resume the next day and trash is collected in a efficient manner. Our apartments are wifi ready and the exposed internet cables allow our residents to move in with ease without having a cable or internet tech service appointment.                                         I think elations Grandway is a alright place to be . Yes they need improvements but overall Im not bothered by my neighbors I dont have any issues with my mail or packages coming to me . The only big thing that needs attention is the keypads to be let in the complex . Please fix that !

                                          We are quiet residents who stay to themselves. What we were sold on when we chose Elation has completely changed. There is no communication from management. You can never get an answer about anything its always Ill have to get with my property manager & get back to you & then never hear back. They have three fire pits on site & weve only been able to use them one time theyve been broken ever since so its just for show. The trash builds & over flows into the street over the weekend since valet is one S-TH so it smells and looks embarrassing when we have company drive through our complex. Our apartment constantly smells like marijuana from one of the neighbors either above or beside us & my 10 year old has asthma so thats always fun to try to get the smell out of the apartment. Only positive thing about my experience is my private yard which over the last few months has turned into us having to mow & treat for ants etc. because the upkeep stopped. Maintenance is always super nice when I see them or need anything.

I strive to provide excellent communication for our residents and would love to hear feedback on how you feel we may improve in this area if we have not met your expectations. Our leasing team is here to help anyway that they can. However, there are certain areas that do require CM or corporate approval. We know that at times this can be hassle as we want the instant answer but in order to ensure we are providing the same expectational customer service to everyone there are protocols that we must follow. Valet trash does provide pickup service Sunday through Thursday and we have our onsite maintenance team compress the compactor on Saturday's in order to prevent any trash buildup. There was a two week period in in between switching landscaping companies that yards were not maintenance but at the request of the residents our inside maintenance team took care of the yards for that period of time. I would like to invite you into the leasing office to further discuss the foul smells you are experiencing.                                               Love living here, apartment is beautiful and the staff is great. No issues since we have moved in and we love being close to the highway. Apartment is brand new and there is nothing better than a brand new apartment. Complex is clean and we have not had any security concerns.
