Young children are out to late alot making noise in the hallway sometimes in the parking lot l am afraid one of could get injured accidently because you can't see time enough to stop hopefully their parents will not allow them to be out so late.

It’s been ok. I like my apartment but I do not care for some of my neighbors who don’t pick up after their dogs as well as some who let their kids run wild. I also don’t care for it being only one dumpster and piles of trash being my view while sitting on my patio.

Personalmente mi experiencia ha sido muy buena mi apartamento fue entregado en buenas condiciones , algo que me gusta mucho es el mantenimiento que se le da al apartamento, periódicamente la limpieza con agua en los pasillos, las áreas comunes son muy lindas y el gimnasio está muy bien equipado .

It is a close drive to work with 2 major high schools nearby and other businesses but the gate doesn't have a clicker and the plumbing is not really good. Valley trash isn't really that necessary in my opinion yet they make you pay for it.

My daughter enjoy the pools, they are always clean, and I like the fact of having a smart thermostat. The door lock is digital, so I just have to remember my code to access. The packages are safe. I love this place

If I’m being honest I haven’t really been home much to have an opinion on the community. From my current experience they are well rounded individuals especially the staff and I haven’t had any issues with any of the other tenants.

We decide to move because since february we feel unconfortable and insecure, in april we suspected that someone broke into our house twice and since then the security system of the apartment began to fail and my family and I felt insecure and vulnerable, we made the report to the security system company but never got a satisfactory response from them nor a solution, that makes our quality of life very affected

Great Customer Service, Friendly Team, love the apartment finishes, 100% recommend! Location close to 99 and i10, lots of shops nearby. Grounds are clean and parking is not a problem. Car wash is a plus with the free vacuum.

The complex leaves the gates open 24/7. Multiple cars left on bricks and even windows smashed into almost every week.. My husband truck was just stolen from the complex as well! Also the apartments are infested with roaches. The insulation is so bad the pipes in the walls sound like you’re right under a waterfall when your upstairs neighbor turns on any faucet. It’s so LOUD! And if your neighbors want to play music or even watch tv in their unit, you’re stuck listening to it. There’s little kids unsupervised running around till late at night, big group of ppl out at the pools blasting music all hours of the night. There’s also mold and they just cover it with paint so that’s that! Can’t wait to gtfo of here! I even read the reviews before moving in here and saw some post about tires and vehicles being stolen and thought maybe it was just a phase and management got it taken care of with better precautions but they just care about having cupcake bars and cookie bars set up in the office. Take these reviews into consideration. The 5 star reviews I can guarantee they bribe the tenets to post. DONT NOT MOVE HERE. I LEARNED MY LESSON.

I am thankful to live here, but for the price, it’s not living up to its standards, especially for a two year old building. I lived in another Venterra apts in another city and I paid less for a two bedroom, more activities, and safer.

Classy Units

Love my apartment and how classy the units are designed. Bathroom mirror is by far my fav piece and of course the soaker tub! Staff is very friendly and always greet me with a smile. No issues to report. Grounds always look great.

It was nice when I first moved into the apartments but now the price isn’t worth it. Neighbors are not considered of the residents around them with the noise/music, trash is always outside of the dumpster which is embarrassing to the visitors.

Best Tour

Best tour I have ever been one. They answered all my questions and I loved how they referenced my dog by name throughout the tour. They have two dog parks, one for small and one for large dogs. Made me feel at home!!
