The office staff is amazing. You shouldn't make this field require a minimum number of characters. The survey itself is quite lengthy and making someone add free form text in excess of 201 characters is a bit much. Otherwise, the office staff has been beyond my expectations.

    The staff barely cares about their tenants and our well being, broken in to cars, cars with tires on bricks, old bottles left around. Dog poop everywhere. Frog infestation. Uncut grass ( people had to buy their own lawn mowers because they refuse to get a new company to come clean the grass when we pay over 1300 a month to live here!) where is the money going i have no idea. the gates a broken every other day which is a safety hazard. they are considered about things that have no business with the safety and desire of the tenants. we need new management.

      Thank you for your review. I want to assure you that we absolutely care for our residents and do our very best to ensure their living experience with us is a great one. Recently this area of Katy area has experienced an uptick of vehicle crime and we are working with the local authorities to mitigate this from happening in the future. At times, situations can come up as you mentioned such as gates needing repair, pet waste needing attention and yes fenced in patio yards have been missed by the landscaping crew on one or two occasions. Once informed, our motto is jump on it and address any issues as quickly as possible. I would love the opportunity to speak with you further in regards to any specific areas of current concern as I want to ensure that we haven t missed anything recently.       Fantastic, no complaints, staffing is great maintenance is on time and neat. Oh and love the car wash. Enjoy the mail room service, and the pool area are on point. The toll tag remote entrance another plus thanks.

          So far, my experience has been a very good one. The move in process was very smooth and over the last 4 weeks, I have learned about how Elation functions. I have sent in multiple maintenance requests and both were received and dealt with very quickly.

            We find that it is geared to younger crowds. The pool area is taken over by groups and not sure they even live here, constantly wedging gate open so their friends come in. They do not seem to pick up after their pets which is inconvenient.

              Nice place to live although very fragile material the apartment is made out of so just be extra careful. Overall nice place to live. Easy going in and out of gates. Except when you have visitors over, the gate code doesnt work to open the gate for visitors unfortunately it has never been fixed.

                Beautiful luxury apartment! Plus, I have a privacy fence gated backyard and is a nice size for my beagle. Also, everyone living and working here that we have come in contact with so far have been so nice and respectful.

                  Great location, and nice place to live, but there are 3 dog parks and none for kids, and also dogs and pets are everywere. You get a great location and great place, pretty look like new, but actually it is, it only have less than 2 yrs

                    Where do I begin. Moved into Elation August 2020, new management in Feb 2021. Rent went from 1495 to 1697 (1770) is currently what Im paying. Nothing is consistent. Trash compactor is awful. Dog poop everywhere you turn. The gate hasnt worked in months. Packages were being stolen. Management has no clue when calling in.

I know that when moving into your new apartment, move in specials are AMAZING but with that move in special comes renewal time and it's at that time that the move in special is removed which often portrays a larger increase. I wish there was something more that we could do to help ease this burden but when a move in special is complete, there is nothing more we can do but to offer your the regular rental rate. Our community has package lockers that are utilized so we do not need to worry about your packages being misplaced. We enforce all of our residents to pick up after their pets and if you are experiencing anything less than that, I invite you into the leasing office so we can further discuss this situation.                       it is a very beautiful, peaceful, safe family and pet friendly community. the staff is awesome! always friendly and respectfully and has answers to any random questions I may have. maintenance is timely, respectfully and helpful. even at hours unexpected! like when we had the freeze they came and responded quickly and solved the issues and gave updates in a timely and respectful manner.

                        Very beautiful complex on the inside. The trash service is very unappealing. Having to walk to and from your home while passing everyones smelly trash does not make for comfortable living. There are stains everywhere outside of the complex which takes away from the value. Upstairs neighbors are loud, I have never had such loud neighbors. Community staff is excellent!

                          We need more security inside some speed limiter because people drive to fast inside the community the area around the pool need some work after the snow storm green areas gets destroyed and still is bad

                              The staff have always been polite and professional at Elation; however, at times I feel that they've been a bit misleading or less than forthcoming with information. I understand that this is a business and sales have to be made, but true transparency is always appreciated and is what matters most to me when choosing where to live. I don't feel like the price I'm paying to live here is worth what I'm getting, but I'm stuck at the moment so I'll be here until I can move out. The apartment is beautiful and safe, I do make use of the amenities, and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to my requests, so I'm happy about that.

                                I transferred to a different apartment, but when I was living by the pool, the noise level was horrific. It was almost every day on weekdays and every single weekend from maybe 11am to midnight (people don't respect pool hours) most days of trespassers, people partying at the grill and pool, and loud bass music until I almost went insane and had to be medicated for stress and anxiety. You can confirm this with my doctor. It was such a horrible experience. I'm now in the back of the apartment and the noise level is much more manageable. The apartment needs to take care of trespassers - I had a security camera installed and there were people jumping over the gate to get in and out of the pool, even when it was chained (and most days it wasn't). The leasing office asked the courtesy officer to chain it every night at 10am, but most nights, he or she wouldn't even come. I know this, because I watched for it every night. The leasing staff is excellent though.

                                    I enjoy the new appliances and up to date look and feel of the apartment. I hate that the walls are too thin. I can often hear my neighbors and smell cigarettes smoke next door. I also notified the main office of the lack of speed bumps for safety. Nothing has been done about it.

                                        Good last year this one not at all, the management must punish the residents that no colaborare with the cleaning (trash bags and pet pooh) , the pool is my favorite part and the apartment inside. Just keep clean the pool area and halls.

                                          Complex is brand new. They have hardwood linoleum floors, tile floors, marble countertops, and new appliances. I think that its a good place to live. I definitely think there are some improvements that can be made but overall its a good safe place to live.

                                                Everyone at the front is rude. We use to have a different management and they were fantastic but this management makes me never want to ask any questions. Every time I call they have attitudes. I will only speak to one person up there because he has been there from the old management. Venterra living needs to send nicer people over here.
