The apartment complex which comprises of phase1 and phase2, is a newly built modern energy effiecient apartment complex. All units have granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, large walk in closets, 38 gallon water heaters, energy efficient lighting, and laundry rooms. The office staff is like they are part of your family very freindly, helpful, and compassionate. I have seen their hard work to make sure our issues are resolved while being real with us. And the maintenance team knows their stuff and they have a great sunny disposition. They are like the MacGyver tv show, can come up with a fix you wouldn't think is possible. The community is quite and clean with many great neighbors. Overall I'm happy with the community I live in. Thanks to all the staff of the Regalia for being great folks the do their best for us.

Hi I am Christy Miles in 13201. I have been suffering from cancer since I moved here 6 months ago. Mrs.Lauren and Mrs.Cindy have always been able to work with me on my rent as I was going thru chemotherapy which anyone knows makes you weak,sick and very depressed. They have been a God sent on helping me as I go back to work and still am battling this disease. I love that it is quiet even during the night. I do wish they had better parking.My nurse who visits me has to park very far at night and she asks if they will do sonething to add more spaces. I moved her to be closer to my doctors. I am living at a place that treats me like family and not a number. The rent could be cheaper but I cant complain because I habe been places where the rent is just as high but doesnt offer what Regalia does. A place to call home. I pray I make it to renew my lease but my life is not guaranteed to make it another year. I am thankful for Mrs.Lauren,Mrs Cindy and Ryan. They are by far the best in everything...

I have lived at regalia for a year now. I recently moved to another unit and re signed a new lease. I turned in the keys to my old unit 4 days ago and unfortunately a package I exchanged awhile back just came in and it went to my old mail box. I have explained all of this to management and they are not being helpful or letting me check my old mail box for the package even though I just moved Units. I would understand If someone has moved into that unit but it is currently vacant since I just moved and they are making this process harder then it has to be! They are being rude about it and keep telling me several different things. Yes. I have forwarded my address as well so that is not the problem , I feel as if I just moved this should be a a big deal. I will continue to complain because I do not respect their condescending ways and I hope all of the management will be replaced!

When I first moved in, management was very nice,friendly, caring and welcoming. Apartment was very clean, safe and well maintained. The total value of the property was worth it at the time. Currently the value of renting at Regalia has diminished. New current manager at Regalia is so arrogant,rude, mean and do not care about the tenants. Manager is so mean to kids and they are condescending to African American families New manager do not care or respect the tenants that live in the apartments and pay rent . It has gotten so bad that we don't have parking for tenants or guest. Manager forces you to pay for garage and car port that will add more bills to your bill. Currently the new manager wants guest to go on line to sign up for available parking before visiting their loved ones.Tell me if the manager idea is not crazy.Current manager is making living at regalia hostile and she told me one time"If people don;t like her new change they can move" Current manager is always yelling at kids. FYI Regalia apartment has contract with AT&T for internet and cable which means you can only have internet and cable with AT&T .Someone at management level made that contract without considering the tenants right. They don't tell you when you are applying that AT&T is the only provider you can use .You will be forced to do business with At&T. In general you should really check out other apartments before making this place your home.

I previously lived in another apartment here. For 6 months I could never get my door fixed. Which put pace into a lease violation that I never executed. I changed apartments where the toilet doesn??™t flush always and also the dishwasher doesn??™t complete the cycle. This has fought me that Pace management has never changed. I would not recommend Any property that pace manages

The prices are too high. There is never any parking available. Management is awful. They do not help and always have nasty attitudes. I hate it here. And I do not recommend this place for anyone. Management have absolutely no respect for tenants here.

Nice staff, safe and modern. The noise level will be a concern. It's unavoidable due to the layout of the apartments. Lacks parking unless you pay for a garage or overhang. Courtsey officer lives on site.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Quarterly there are community events that are allot of fun and give you a chance to meet your neighbors. In addition there is a courtesy officer on premises and that makes the apartment complex very safe.

the property is beautiful and amazing. My wife and dog love this place. The way the staff takes care of you makes you feel important and this community is like a big family. The dog park is amazing, it??™s quiet so a lot of people don??™t bother each other so that??™s cool, they give you space. The staff will work with you to have the apartment of your dreams.

Like I said basic at best moved in a year and a half ago the apt has outstanding maintenance dept other than that it??™s too basic for the price the only thing that makes it luxurious is the fact that the property is newer

So far ommunity manager and staff are really nice and knowledgeable Very attentive. Community so far clean and quiet. Manager i s very sweet and talks to her residents like family i havent seen residents activities yet but am sure pretty soon is still april , my apartment is very nice but mines was s little still things to be done and fixed. But besides that it is a nice community. They are bit pricey for the three bedroom. It is a gated community, But you can here your neighbor upstair is annoying but i guess is part apartment living lol nothing is perfect! there not like crazy up there but when they walk you can really hear it downstairs lol besides that i am happy here and satisfied so far.

The layout of my apartment is very open, allowing an abundance of natural lighting throughout. The huge kitchen island is my favorite part of it all! Stainless steel appliances and a garden tub. After searching endlessly across the metroplex, I finally found the perfect one. I couldn??™t have asked for a better home.

The property is very well kept and the staff is wonderful. The maintenance guys are awesome. Maintenance orders are completed in an extreme timely manner. It is nice and quiet here. The property has wonderful monthly gatherings for the residents which is a great way to get to know your neighbor.

The Regalia Mansfield is a beautiful apartment community. The community is very well cared by our awesome maintenance staff and work orders are always done in a timely manner. There are lots of fun community events where you get to meet your neighbors and the management team is always professional and caring. Oh yes, and there are always fresh cookies in the office:) Thus far the Regalia is the best apartment homes I have ever lived in.

We have had a great experience living here. Love having a fenced back yard for our kids to play! The only down side is these apartments are very expensive to live here.
