Great place for families!! Very safe and friendly environment and close to everything you need here in Mansfield! Shopping and Restaurants are very close and easy to get too. Kids area and dog park is a real plus. Pool area is great with outdoor patio grills and TV!!

The complex is nice and quiet. I have had no issues. The only complaints that I would have would definitely be not enough nearby parking and no cell phone signal. These two things are very frustrating. Minor complaint is that the new upstairs neighbor sounds like they are moving furniture around daily. Not sure what they are doing up there and why so loud. I have not had this problem previously.

The staff has always been amazing. They know you by name and have always been very helpful with anything I have spoken with them of. Maintenance has always been professional and quick to issues. I love how quiet it is in the complex and I feel very safe there.

The staff is very friendly. Has nice amenities. And most of the other residents Are nice. If I have any complaints would be nice if there was a hot tub. And play ground for the kids. And people sitting in there car in the middle of the night listing to music.

I have lived in multiple apartments over the past 6 years. I can honestly say that Regalia Mansfield has been the best one by far. I used to live in the Uptown area of Dallas which I would consider to be a prestigious area. However, I would rate my experience here more prestigious then that. The staff knows me by name here and is always willing to help or even just to give me a friendly wave or hello. The condition of the apartment is amazing and I love the hardwood floors. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very satisfied with the staff they are very friendly and nice and treat you like family even after you have moved in. The property and the apartments are very very nice inside and out. And when u put in a order request they come right out and fix the problem and I love that!! Awesome place to stay and I tell everybody I know about them. I will renew my lease when it up!!

The sign says royalty but the apartment is not royalty. The front office staff is welcoming and the turnaround for maintenance is great except on the weekends. The parking is horrible and the construction keeps your cars dirty. The neighbors for the most part are cordial however some of them do not place their garbage inside of the bin. The grounds are well maintained however the workout room often has equipment that is not working.

I really enjoy living at Regalia Mansfield. The management staff as well as the maintenance staff are so nice and professiinal. They are willing to help in anyway they can and are always smiling. It's great to have a staff that is so polite.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The construction is shoddy. The buildings look unfinished and unpaid parking is barely adequate and sometimes hard to find. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Requiring comments that need 200 characters is rediculous!

Very peaceful place to live and friendly. Everything is always well maintained, staff always prompt in answering my questions when something is needed. Very clean environment. Only noice I hear is the construction going on next to the complex but nothing that takes my sleep away.

I can't say enough good things about regalia and the staff. We've been here for a year and are renewing with much anticipation. Our girls love it here, our neighbors are awesome, maintenance is quick and friendly and the staff is top notch. We have community events all the time and our amenities are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Property as a whole is average at best. They claim "lux" living however it is anything but. They property is old, not upgraded and useless. There are no useable amenities on property and for what rent is... That's ridiculous. They have a small bbq/ pool area and a fitness center, that is it. Luxury living this is not. More like a place that should be a few hundred $ less for all sizes. The leasing agent was really the best part of the property. She was very nice and attentive. She helped me when ever I needed something and was nice about it. Unlike the manager, who is rude and seems to not really care if there are issues or not. There are wild children at the complex who act like they own the place and run wild all over. The parking is terrible. They try to incentivise leasing by offering lame deals such as some measly free gift or a one month free which doesnt even equate to a deal because they units are overpriced by a couple hundred dollars to begin with. Overall I would NOT reccommend the property or the managment group. Surrounding properties are nicer and cheaper and offer quite a bit more but the leasing agents are sub par at them. I suppose each have bad and good. Again though, I would NOT recommend this place for any reason.

The Regalia Mansfield provides spacious living areas. The amenities are well maintained. The management staff are very courteous and helpful with answering all of your questions. The pool and workout facilities are well maintained and centrally located with enables easy access even in the evenings. Having the options of using the cabana area for gatherings was a plus for the summer entertaining. The only downside is living on the bottom floor and having neighbors with children living above.

Regalia is a well finished complex with great amenities and a very professional and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this complex over others in the area that I checked out. This complex resides in a great school district and is surrounded by excellent facilities (Kroger, restaurants, and entertainment).

We moved in when the building first opened. We had several problems in our apartment from very poor construction work. However, the maintenance staff was always friendly each time they had to come over and fix something. I know it's not the apartment complex's fault for the building problems, but they did everything they could to resolve each problem as it arose. The staff was always fantastic. Each and every one of them would go above what was asked to help out.

I lived at Regalia Mansfield apartments for two years. The quality of living was top notch. The counters, flooring crown molding and build in desk area added to easy decore. The maintaince staff were fast and efficient. We had Zumba classes by a knowledgeable instructor; this added the convenience and care for the residents. Never billing issues. Absolutely love it there!

We've lived at Regalia for about a month. So far we really like it here. The unit is nice and open with high ceilings. The rooms are a good size - including the bathrooms. All of the tenants we've met have been friendly. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained. It's very conveniently located. Just a few minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It's a very quiet, peaceful community. We were moving here from out of state, so we weren't able to view the complex beforehand. Jessica was amazing to work with. She was able to offer us a great price and answer all of my questions from afar. We're very happy with our choice!

I have been in property management for almost ten years and I want to give a major shout out to Jessica! Both times I went to view the apartments she was the only one working and had a minimum of three people waiting to talk to her. She was friendly, courteous, took charge in a great way and made everyone in the room feel like they were her top priority. I can't wait to move in with my family. The complex is amazing and the amenities are great. But the way Jessica conducted herself and was able to multitask and still be at a 100% was why we rented. I wish I had her on my staff!! Great job Hun and we look forward to seeing you all the time.

We've had a great experience so far with Regalia. We have been there about a month. I was a little nervous because we were moving from out of the area and I didn't physically see our unit until we picked up the keys the day before we moved in. The unit is well laid out so it feels larger then the square footage would indicate. The leasing staff is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is great! For example, just after moving in I went to pick up my mail and I had several large boxes. The maintenance supervisor saw I was struggling to carry everything and he stopped what he was doing and came right over and gave me a large bag and helped me put everything in the bag to transport more easily. The grounds are well-maintained. We've only had one maintenance request and it was handled quickly and correctly. It is a pet friendly community with a large fenced in dog park. However, any dog under 15 pounds would probably be able to make it through fence slats. Another thing I liked about this complex is your ability to do shorter-term leases. We are building a home and only needed a seven month lease and they were able to accommodate.

Office staff have been courteous and helpful. I like the layout of my apartment and for the price I got more space than others in the area would have provided. I would recommend Regalia Mansfield if you are looking for an apartment in this area.

My husband I have lived at Regalia Mansfield for just over a month. Our apartment is beautiful, modern, and still feels brand new. We have found the staff to be professional, courteous, and helpful. The apartment complex is well maintained. All residents that we have met have been warm and friendly. We have felt very safe here and have appreciated the calm and quiet that this community provides. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Mansfield area.
