Older model rooms but it's nice and comfy lots of space and the staff make it worth it. No problems with me. It's prest free and two swimming pools available not only that you are near a park and if you like golf there is a golf course near by in the back.

    Very neat, clean and taken care of. Friendly staff. Not a bunch of hype like other complexes. No outrageous fees either. Maintenance handles and repairs well.I love the loft style living! Nice staff

      I lived here almost 2 years and just moved out only because my husband and I bought a house. This is probably my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. Rent was very reasonable and the office staff is great. We did have a couple of maintenance things come up that would take a little longer to be repaired, but I've never had maintenance repairs move quickly living in apartment complexes (seems to be the norm). Apartment itself was very quiet, we almost never heard our neighbors. 2 pools were great amenities (unfortunately, they were closed what felt like most of this summer due to residents abusing them). Most surprising of all, we actually got some of our deposit back. I've always left an apartment as cleaner if not cleaner upon move out and always feel ripped off when they still say you owe money so this was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Waterford on the Green to anyone looking in the area!

        I have lived here for over two years, and I absolutely love it! The apartments are safe, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and this is my home. I don't feel like I live in an apartment complex, but rather a house. It is quiet, safe, and well taken care of. The building is old, but maintenance is amazing. Leslie is fantastic, and so are all maintenance members. They truly care about you, take care about you, and are honest. When I was here apartment hunting, I was not dealing with a salesperson but rather someone who was friendly and gave me the facts. No fluff, but still very friendly. I hope to live here for a very, very long time.

          Had a good laugh reading some reviews! I work in the apartment industry! I know the verbiage used, and a lot of these excellent reviews are from the office staff! I shopped this property, the management staff, the manager, is a joke, as well as the assistant manager! We have catered to residents that were trying to better themselves by leaving this property! The stories seem to be true because most are consistent! Mainly, the rude, lazy manager! And some odd, older man that stays in the office, maybe the managers boyfriend/husband!

            I just moved here a week and a half ago. I'm a teacher, and I live alone in a one bedroom. My mother and I were out all day looking at places near my work, and I thought I'd never find something that was nice and also in my budget. One bedroom apartments aren't especially cheap, and I'm on a very low teacher salary. Right when we were about to settle in this semi-sketchy complex a Facebook friend recommended this place. Everyone was so nice, and didn't try to oversell anything. They were honest and straight with me. Maintenance is amazing, the complex is quiet and clean, and there's a bunch of trees and shade. No covered parking, or gates, but once you see the place it doesn't matter. The pet fee and deposit is steep, but that's how they keep it looking nice. All of my friends are in awe of how little I pay for such a giant apartment. There are two nice pools, small but nice, and it's very quiet. The walls are VERY thick, so I've had a few small parties, no problem. The washer and dryers here aren't great, but they'll do until I get my own. I rarely rate anything, but I always trust other's ratings. Only a couple of kids, mostly middle aged people. I feel safe and taken care of, and instantly felt at home. You won't do better for the price :)

              In the year and a half we lived there my air conditioner broke 4 time. We had a honey bee hive in our wall for 3 days before they came out to look at it. We had to stay with my parents becuase they were in our air vents and the management just laughed at me and said do you want a net to catch the bees? Our living room always had ants, no matter how many times they said "they sprayed". The gutter fell on my husbands car and when we went to tell the office the manager and maintence crew both called my husband a liar. They started out wonderful, and slowly showed their true colors. We broke our lease to get out of here. You get what you pay for.

                I have lived here for about four years, I would not recommend it to anybody. A/C units are not given regular service. I cannot get mine fixed. It had needed charged once or twice a year, in the mean time it runs excessively and my electric bills are over $300. My dishwasher is a piece of junk, if used all the dishes have to be rewashed by hand. Wood in retaining walls is rotting and leaning to the point of possible collapse in places. I regret renewing my lease and am stuck here. In a recent ice storm she didn't want to come in, nothing was done to attempt to clear the sidewalks, residents were forced to attempt to navigate solid sheets of ice if they needed to leave or get to their cars.

                  My family and I lived here for 2 1/2 years. We chose this particular apartment not only for the convenient location, but for the price. This place is older and doesn't have the amenities of the newer apartments, but we knew that going into it. We needed something affordable and quiet for our first apartment and this one was a perfect fit. The office staff are awesome, especially Leslie. They are quick to help, and will go out of their way to do it. The maintenance is quick to fix any issue you submit. There are issues that are typical of older apartments. But over all, we enjoyed our stay. Only negative is we had smokers for downstairs neighbors. But, that can't be helped. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in a convenient and quiet location.

                    Waterford on the Green has been a wonderful home for the past year! The location is perfect (Highway 121 to downtown Fort Worth is an easy commute with little traffic). It is also close to Grapevine which is nice. There is a lovely park within walking distance that I will really miss when I move. The complex is surrounded by nice neighborhoods so it is a pleasant location and I have felt very safe all year. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Maintenance responded quickly and I really have no complaints. Not fancy, but the rent is reasonable and you get what you pay for. I will miss living here!

                      Do NOT move into the apartment.The staff is very rude and the maintenance does not respond to your work orders on time. I had a week for them to complete a simple work order. These are the worse places to start your family.Please pass this note to friends and family memebers.

                        I'm been at Waterford on the Green for over a year now, having renewed another 12 month lease last summer. While it may not be much to look at on the outside, I've enjoyed living here due to two factors: location of the property in relation to everything around it and major road access, and the price and size of a two bedroom in relation to the other options in the area. For what me and my roommate pay, we have a large two bedroom apartment for what a one bedroom would be elsewhere. You do have to cover water, which I'm pretty sure also covers sewer expense, and that averages between $20 to 40, depending on the season. We've also never had a problem with our HVAC. Last year we purchased an upgraded electronic thermostat, which the maintenance staff graciously put in for us, and it's helped us regulate the temperature of our apartment perfectly. There's always plenty of parking on my side of the building, which is great for any guests we may have. I've never used the pool, so I can't say anything about that, besides it being open only during the summer. I wish the office had a dropbox or allowed an online payment option, but since it's such a small community, I can see why they haven't done either. Also, the office staff has always been very nice, though I don't have the occasion to stop in very much since I tend to work when the office is open, and maintenance has responded quickly to any requests we've put in. We had an ant problem last fall, but we bought ant traps and pest control spray, and then informed the office for the next time pest control would be out, which I think is monthly, or possibly bi-weekly, and haven't seen any ants since. It's important to remember that pests are everywhere. As much as we would like the outside to stop from coming inside, there's only so much the office or even the pest control company can do about it. Nature finds a way in, if it really wants to get in. I would recommend this place to other people, if they were looking for something affordable in a good location and didn't care about having the latest kitchen appliances or a garage. This place fits my needs, and that's all that really matters at the end of the day.

                          I moved into Waterford on the Green about a year ago. I have never been happier. I LOVE my apartment! I think it is a very unique floorplan, which makes it different from my friend's apartments. I don't think the electric bills are any higher than what I have had in other apartments. I love have solar screens too, I think that helps. I think the staff here is very accommodating and has always taken care of things right away if I had any issues. They even followed up with me to make sure all had been taken care of, which is so unusual these days. I can truly say I have never had that happen anywhere I have lived. I have great neighbors and hope to be here until I can afford to purchase a home. Overall, I have been very pleased.

                            My wife and I only lived here for six months, largely because it was riddled with issues. We had ants - a lot of ants. Our A/C bills were very high in the summer because of poor conditions on the doors/windows. We've had maintenance issues a lot, the management is good about getting people out quickly, but there's just too many outdated appliances and buildings for us. Laundry facility is decent, but not great. The price is decent, but its far from being a great apartment complex.

                              My wife and I are moving to our own new home after living the past 3 years at Waterford on the Green Apartments. I would and have recommended the Waterford apartment complex to my coworkers and friends. I do not expect any problems in receiving my deposit back because we have taken care of our apartment as if it was our own and we will leave it clean for the next couple. What I have liked most about our apartment was the unusual design of the living room and kitchen. The two rooms are not square and the ceilings are higher than most other apartment complexes. A couple years ago the apartment management added black solar window screens and additional blown-in insulation to all apartments. I appreciate this effort and it does seem to have help my electric bill. The parking lots and the building exteriors are well lighted. I love my wife so I have always walked her to or from her car to our apartment at night time. Her safety is my responsibility. My neighbors have been a mixture of young couples with a child to a single person occupant. I had pleasant experiences with all my neighbors. I guess these are things that a guy would notice and appreciate. I hope my review has helped you and I hope you experience what I have.

                                I called Waterford On The Green my home for over 5 years. More than that, I was so fortunate to meet my future husband there too. We were neighbors and both of us cannot say enough good things about living at Waterford. If you are looking to be in the metroplex area and want an affordable rent, you wont find a better place to call home. The grounds were always kept beautifully. The office always treated me with care and respect. The maintenance crew always responded quickly.....even if I had an after hours issue. After getting married and finding our house....we were so excited to move to the next phase of life....but neither of us were ready to leave the comforts of Waterford. I do have to admit....I don't think I'll ever get my yard to look as good as my little "section" of yard I had there. Not sure if some of these other reviews have the correct Waterford......as I can honestly say....my experience renting there was never unpleasant. Of course negative reviews may just be the result of an unhappy sole. I choose to see the positive in life....and live happily. Wish more could try it....they may get better results.

                                  If you want a $300 electric bill in the TX sun Waterford is the place for you! Take a look at the old, old, old, original A/C units around the complex they do not work and are not maintained in working order for residents no matter how long or how much you are paying in rent. Don't let the black screening fool you it does not help keep the heat out and there are gaps around exterior doors and windows that do not close properly; drafts in winter and summer. Check for mold and big dust bunnies, unfinished kick guards that should be in place under all kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc... Before signing the lease on any of these apartments. Moving on to the water bill situation.... Really, you are going to charge me a "prorated" fee based on other residents water usage? Bogus! Specially when you are running the sprinkler system at all hour of the morning and the sidewalks are soaked if you are a morning commuter. Bring extra shoes to the car with you. And lastly in regards to the water. What apartment complex in TX does not have either of their 2 ridiculously small pools open and ready by Memorial Day!? Obviously management/ owners could not afford to bring a legit pool company until July to clean whatever inspectors found to be unsafe that they could not be open. Now that they are open it's like chlorine overload! Management and lack thereof... "We're working on it" and "I understand your frustration" are the most common lines out of their mouths yet nothing none of them live on the property and none of them really care about the resident issues and concerns. It's a very robotic, neutral answer that you will get at best from them. There are 3 main ladies at the office and if you happen to stop in M - F 9-5; you best just walk out and not even bother with the elder grayed haired one of the 3. I could say some nice things I suppose... The neighborhood is nice. 1 of my 4 neighbors is nice; the others are just old grouchy ladies that do not even acknowledge your hellos. We can't pick our neighbors but gosh .... Really? I can't wait to leave! Been here one year too long. I bet I get better treatment living in the next hood - Haltom. The people that post "this is a remarkable property" have been here for 5 years are obviously the elderly ladies and gents Waterford would prefer to cater too. I myself am a full time employee, no kids, no parties, 40 something just trying to live life. This apartment complex provides nothing to my livelihood. And yes I am posting negative comments after looking at 10; in my opinion unresolved issues with this complex. P.S.... I'm sure management will respond to this post a lot sooner then taking care of their loyal residents that ensure the rent is paid on time ... Some of us choose apartment living to ensure all of our needs such as safety and security and accommodations and perks are handled appropriately for us. Waterford does not care and sees you as just another renter in apartment #666.

                                      Ths place is a big zero all the way around. Nothing but lies from the office about fixing issues like no a/c,no heat,no dishwasher,,working anyways. You want a leak fixed well then learn to fix it yourself. You want to get you stuff stolen well then call in a work order for repairs. You want to sweat at night when its 90 degrees out well this is the place for you. You want annoying noise from leaky faucets well come on it we`ll get you signed up. They will show you the only nice apartment up front then tell you that yours is not ready,,you pa your deposit all smiling the you get the big surprise,,a leaning crusty hot little box that nothing works in. Is a horrible experience so please run run run

                                        This place is a dump,dump,dump. Never move to this place. I am a seasoned vet of this hell hole and everything about this place is bad. Do you want to sweat you butt off in the summer and freeze in the winter??? if so move on in, im sure there is plenty of vacancies. You want a non working dishwasher? they will fix you up!!!! how about a leaky water heater at no extra charge. This place is a band-aided over wreck. They will show you a really fancy apartment up front by the office and tell you yours is not ready but looks just like the fancy one then gets you to sign up. Then in horror home sweet home. RUN,RUN,RUN

                                            i worked there going on 6 years.Loved the job had a very good relation ship with the residents.They were like family to me.I had to take a CPO test and did not pass it.Manager in front office told me if i didn't pass it the 2nd time i would be looking for another job.Well i didn't get that chance.Manager talked to be unprofessionally.And let me go.I was told i could not come on property to see any of my friends.I have a few friends i use to work with at Dilliars and cant even go see them.Lot of the residents miss me very much and say that it aint very friendly around there anymore.So i would look some were else before moving there.

                                                  The negative reviews are false! I've lived at Waterford on the Green now for a few months and I've been very impressed. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make me happy. Waterford is a good quality apartment at a lower price in my opinion. Also approval was simple and easy! I have no rental history, and I was STILL approved! So if you didn't get approved it must have been something YOU did.
