Very nice place
I really enjoyed living here. I moved out because I thought I found a better deal somewhere else but I was wrong. Sure I don't pay as much in rent but you do get what you pay for. The office staff is great, and maintnance is great. When I moved out my carpet was in bad shape from kid spills but they did not charge me a dime. I miss living there, but the unique floor plans were a little crazy. There was no wall space for my furniture. I ended up having to cover my fireplace. If you have a full living room set don't plan on using all of it cause it may not all fit. There is no playground either but a nice park is right down the street. Another good thing about this place is you don't have to pay water. I get ripped off ever place I have to pay water at.

Home Sweet Home - Updated
I´ve lived at Waterford for 5 years now. If you are looking for a quiet place to call home, Waterford is the place. After living here all these years the most my rent has increased is $10 at a new lease signing and several years stayed the same (currently paying only $25 over my original lease signing in 1999), and when I approached the management to lower my
rent, my request was honored. Waterford certainly doesn?t offer the amenities all the newer properties do these days however, the lower rental price makes up the difference. Grounds are very well kept year around. Management is very polite and responsive to tenants needs & requests. Downsides to Waterford, as with the previous reviews, agreed, the laundry facitilies need some TLC. I used them often in the first few years of my lease and often gave up and headed to another laundry facility. But don?t let the laundry facility keep you away. The only other downside that has come into consideration for myself is property is not easily accessible for handicaped residents and/or visitors. It is a huge challenge to maneuver all the steps to access apartment homes. Living in an apartment on the main road, Waterford on the Green is a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable place to call home.
By far the best apartment complex in the area
I was set to move in but received a job offer that will take me out of state. But after looking at Castlewinds, Diamond Ridge, and Woodmeadow, these are by far the best apartments around.
They are very well maintained and do not reflect their actual age. The units are beautiful - airy, lots of closet storage space and unique floor plans.
There is nothing to compare, quality wise, in this area to what you will see here. Rents are a little higher, but you get what you pay for. The higher rents will also keep the low lifes out.
You will find that people have lived here for 10 or 15 years - that says alot about a place.
If I were to stay in this area, I would definitely rent here.

I have only lived here for a week so far but I´m very impressed. The manager was very nice and helpful. (Usually I never even see the managers while looking at their model aptartments)She showed us alll around. The people in the community are very quite and I have not seen any trouble. The only thing I do not like it there is only 1 laundry mat and it only has 3 washers and 3 dryers. I will do another review before i move out but so far I give it an A !!

NICE
We enjoyed lving here. Pool/ hot tub/ landscaping are nice. Staff is always helpful. Packages are kept safe in the office with no hassle. Very agreeable with move in/move out logistics. Walk-through kitchens (instead of dead-end galley kitchens) are a plus! Interesting floor plans. Minuses include: poorly maintained laundry machines and no covered parking. Good price for as nice as it is. Yearly increases weren´t much.

For a community approx. 15 years old. Property is well kept. Rent is affordable and increases are minimal. One gets a great apartment for the amount of rent paid - as of May 02 - paying $630 for one bedroom apartment with over 800 sq. ft. however, no ammenities to write home about. Two pools, one with a hot tub. Laundry room on complex needs help with equipment that has been out of service for 3 years.
