Great Community

I have lived here for about a year now, and love the community. There is plenty of shopping and dining near the complex, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The elementary school is right across the street, which is great as I have a second grader. Another plus is that you can have your rent debited directly from your bank account, so no having to remember to get it by to the office at the beginning of the month.<br><br>Overall, I've been very happy there. My only complaint would be the lack of pet owners picking up after their pets. The complex has allowed for this not to be a problem by having installed pet stations for people to use, however there seem to be very few people using them. They have put out notices that fines would be levied against violators, however it seems to have had no effect. I personnaly see five of the same people walk their dogs each day, and only one of those five picks up after their pet (and was doing so before the notice). For that reason I would have to rate the grounds as four, rather than five, stars.

Best place to live

I've lived here for about six months now, and I love it, and can't imagine living anywhere else. The complex is situated within a neighborhood, in west plano, and is close to shopping and restaurants.<br><br>The staff are so pleasant! Every time I go into the office, I am always greated with a smile and asked if everything is okay. <br><br>When I moved in, I inspected the apartment first, and one of the maintenance men was there as well. I mentioned that the carpet was a little stained, and he said he would get that cleaned as well as get my front door painted. He was sooooo nice!<br><br>The complex is also very very quiet. I have lived in apartments for about 7 years now, and this is the most quiet complex ever. My neighbors are friendly and easy-going. <br><br>The only downside is that the complex has a lot of concrete. I have always lived at apartments that had a lot of trees and foliage...this one does not, but what they do have, it is well taken care of.<br><br>Also, people with dogs must clean up after themselves, and there are stations of them to do so. If not, they are fined if caught. I have to say the tenants defitintely clean up after their pets. At my old complex, this was not done, and in Texas summers, you know what it smelled like.<br><br>All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this complex. There is a new manager, and so far everything is good. I always get notices on my door about upcoming events and calendars for the community. It is everything I expect and then some!

Great Place!

I have been here for a few years now, and can't say that I've ever really had any issues. Everything has always been taken care of quickly and professionally. There is a new manager that seems very nice. They are currently adding a backyard to my apartment, so my dog will be very excited about that. I have recommended this place to several people and will continue to do so!

Love it.

I have lived here for about 3 months, but it has been a very pleasurable experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The maintanence fix your requests within 2 days sometimes even the next day. The complex is always clean, and manicured. <br> When my roommate and I moved in, our apartment was very clean, and neat. We did not have to clean it all when we moved in. <br> On top of everything else, it is a great location! Right next to Willow Bend Mall, the Tollway, and 190. <br> <br> <br>

Glad to be gone!

Sad! I hated it there. The staff was rude and the maintenance sucked. I am so glad to be gone. The manager was a joke. Stay away!!!

Great apartment, were a few minor things I would change about complex. When I first moved it it seemed they had not done a very thorough job of cleaning and touch up painting. They quicky fixed the latter. Staff has always responded in a timely manor on complaints and repairs. I love the floor plan of my apartment very spacious, but has a very cozy, homey feeling. Plenty of parking, beautiful pool, just a nice place to live. Only other complaint is an excessive amount of adds, coupons, and flyers left on door. Overall a great community, will probably be here till I get a house.
