It's very well insulated and it would be nicer if you get an apartment that's updated. Maintenance is very good and the rent price is fair. No roaches just a lot of spiders. Some neighbors aren't considerate either so that's a con.

i've had a great experience at this property so far not much to complain about other then the noisy neighbors upstairs. haven't had much problems with kids beening out late or people breaking in to my vehicle or anything, hopefully it continues to stay that way.

I love the administration staff and maintenance. I love the spacious rooms and a lot of closet space. I love my storage room . I love my cabinets and floor plan. I love my patio. I am proud to see how the property is maintained and cared for. Happy new resident.

I have enjoyed my time at this community. Just wish rent wasn't so expensive and that goes for everywhere though. The grounds are always nice and kept up. The only thing I would change is the location of the patio and that it be fenced in just as the upstairs is as well as I think the pool should be larger for the amount of apartments here and the pool hours I wish ran later.

One of the best places I have lived. I have had minimal maintenance issues, and the ones I have had were taken care of quickly. Rent is affordable and move in was very easy. We are very close to schools and grocery stores, so location is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet as well.

I enjoy living here. The apartments are nicely renovated, clean and smell nice. I really love the location. We are in the middle of town so we are very close to everything including an elementary school, middle school and high school all on the same road. HEB Plus is close along with a couple of dollar generals. The maitnance guys do a very good job keeping out neighborhood clean and safe.

Am having a good experience. There was a couple of issues, it looked like they rushed the painting in the kitchen. And my apartment was not updated like many others, new cabinets, new counter tops, the kitchen could look alot nicer, drawers don't fit right, and are Jared to open for me, I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands. It's great friendly everyone basically keeps to themselves great place for your children's schools are nearby also have stores in walking distance. Great parking everything's always clean. The yard is clean. The yard always gets kite. The pool is wonderful. Lotta kids great place to have a family office. People are really nice maintenance. Men are really sweet always get everything done on time I have no complaints.

Office staff was ok. They can be demeaning. They had good days and bad. There was a lack of professionalism. They did however promptly fix maintenance requests I had upon move in and will be having my apartment sprayed for pest when it is not usually scheduled for this month.
