My neighbors make complaints about me for every little thing I do. My neighbors also have slammed their car door into my car door multiple times and just drive away. Their kids have thrown basketballs/footballs at my car as well. I've complained to the office but they definitely have favorites. Occasionally will check my apartment for "scheduled maintenance checks", sometimes they will leave a 5 day notice before doing so, sometimes they will just walk right in.Would not recommend.

Still like it here. Can't complain as location,staff are wonderful. They do try to work with me. I know they have alot on their hands. The changes has been much better in trying to maintain the apartments from looking trashy. They need to be strict and I don't blame them. Other apartments I have seen are horrible and allowed to look run down due to occupants not caring how they live. But here at Mockingbird Lane they do care. They even place fines on some occupants don't clean up there messes. Good for the staff here they do care. Thank everyone for doing a great job.

The management is nice to new applicants and when you move in they really try to make sure your move in is easy. They do what they can in their power, but they can't control everything, like appliances not working.

The apartment is affordable and the amount you pay for rent is an amazing blessing. I wish it was cleaner and safer but I understand the situation and what you are paying for. There is a bat problem as well but I'm grateful that I have been well nonetheless.

We just moved in here a week ago and love it. The neighbors are fantastic and the office staff is exceptional. If there are any issues they will take care of them as soon as possible. The only drawback is they need more maintenance staff. Over all I am so happy we moved here!

My honest opinion of the mockingbird apt is not great... it was at one point but it went down hill, the Manger is very unprofessional and very rude. I wouldn't go back now when she's there. We were told we would be evicted in February we then moved out because of them telling us this( I was having a complicated pregnancy at that time) we had to go to corpus to be with my baby while he was in the nicu. I then got a call from them months after we left, asking if we still lived there that they had been still charging us rent... which is very strange because they told us we would be evicted... they knew we were leaving... but just decided to try to get more money into there pockets well the manager lady. Not sure her name

The apartment is very old, the kitchen is out dated the restroom as well the appliances are not very good the maintenance men don't get anything done and will let you move in while problems still exist over all I will not be renting here again.

We have been here since 2016 and for my wife and I the apartment has been very comfortable. We have always been treated well by staff and they have responded quickly to any problems we have had, though there haven't been many. Maintenance has normally been quick to respond though there have been the few occassions they weren't since the pandemic broke out. Overall we're very satisfied.

I have lived very comfortably for the last 4.5 years at Mockingbird Apts. With any needed repairs the staff is always just a phone call away. The new management has been making a lot of improvements on this property and they are always so helpful with questions and concerns. Ms Lynn even helped me move into a bigger unit when my family outgrew our smaller one. Ms Cynthia is always on top of any issues or safety concerns I have seen so much positive changes since she's been here less than a year. This community is amazing, it has been cleaned up and is getting better each day.

When we first moved in we are really excited great place where our kids it's quiet it was really exciting whenever they offered to extend our lease for another year we love it there and our kids love it they're great staff couldn't ask for anything better

Maintenance doesn't get done. We've lived here a month and 3 issues from the start still not fixed and we pay too much for no A/C, wet feet because a leaking toilet and constantly dripping faucet. Not asking for too much.
