Great looking apartments with great rental prices for the area. We were looking for modern luxury apartments close to a metro rail and near the gym that we frequent, and this building checked all of our boxes.

A good place to call home. The apartment is comfortable, well maintained, and the management is responsive when issues come up. The location is convenient for daily errands and commuting. Overall it's a solid place to live.

The staff was very welcoming and responsive to all emails. I had some hiccups along the way but we were able to work around it and the turn around time was amazing. I was able to move in the day after signing my lease with the help of the staff.

So far so good. Apartments are clean and staff are friendly and responsive. The residents are young though they keep to themselves. The neighborhood is great, walkable, lots of restaurants and proximity to the metro is a huge plus.

The building is great. The staff is lovely. If you need something addressed, they'll help you. There is limited visitor parking available directly on site, there's plenty nearby. You can't beat the location though, so if you spend a lot of time in DC, this is great. Right next to the metro

Very clean, very secure, pet friendly environment. Accessible transportation was very important to me, and the metro station is right, lots of food places as well. Definitely recommend. If you're thinking about moving here just do it!

Amazing experience at Meridian 2250! Super clean, everyone is so friendly and I feel right at home. It's a very safe environment and I never have to second guess about safety whatsoever. Amazing community and very convenient location, as it is super close to the metro station. You can literally walk there. It's a prime location.

Meridian 2250 is filled with beautiful apartments and has an excellent community. The amenities are top notch for all members. Its is super dog friendly with two dog parts and a pet spa on the first floor. My biggest concerns are lack of parking and the cost of living.

Meridian 2250 has been a wonderful place to call home during our time here. Every staff member we've interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which has made our experience even better. The entire complex is extremely well maintained; common areas, hallways, amenities, and outdoor spaces are always clean and cared for on a regular basis. We've also felt very secure living here. The building's safety features are solid, and the surrounding neighborhood is comfortable to walk in at any time of day. Overall, Meridian 2250 has provided a consistently positive living experience, and we've truly appreciated our time here.

they made me write a review as part of the maintenance repair ticket process. good building but the microwave vent rattles, not a huge community vibe. most people keep to themselves but amenities and fit/finish are very reasonable for the price

I like this building. I haven't had any problems and most of the residents help keep the place clean. Parking is the only common issue. I rarely hear other residents. Great monthly gatherings in the club room.

Incredible building. The amenities are top tier, staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Location is unbeatable (right off the 95, across the street from the metro station, mile away from Old Town). In-building storage facilities and garage parking are specific perks. Overall I don't think you can do better.

The apartments are beautiful but the building has issues: no guest parking, parking garage is 90% compact spaces (my car has been hit several times and license plate stolen), walls are thin and residents have complained of hearing barking all day, people laughing through walls, doors being closed in apartments; throw up and dog pee in elevators; etc

So far so good but it's been only three weeks, so it's too early to judge. The place is quiet and well maintained. Facilities are great and so is the position. If I have to say something I don't love is the parking, very few spaces and very tight.

Maintenance staff is friendly and responds quickly to requests. Bright units with nice views and the community spaces are comfortable and very nice. I'd say garage could be secured better as the gate gets stuck open sometimes and I'd add more cameras.

Meridian 2250 has a luxury feel that I like. The building decor, community amenities, apartment furnishings, community events, and access to the metro are all great reasons to consider living here. It's the nicest building I've ever lived in.

Very nice studio apartment with an amazing view of the river! Excellent access to the metro and the surrounding area is pretty nice and very walkable. There is a grocery store about two blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants well within walking distance.
