Just moved in. Been here less than a week but the customer service has been impeccable. Clean apartment. Quiet friendly community. Great for pets and single people. Amenities are nice and well cared for, neighbors are kind.

Solid community, the building is new and they are continuing to finish and furnish some things but nothing feels unfinished, it just turns out that they are making it a nicer version then you thought. Nice amenities and community events. Dog parks right outside.

The property is very new and clean. We've lived in Paradigm properties for greater than 7 years and the standards and service have remained top tier. We love the location being steps away from the metro and other entertainment. The amenities and community events are great also.

A beautiful, clean, safe apartment building. I love that it's new and never been lived in before, so it feels like it's mine! The location is excellent with plenty of walkable shopping, dining, living nearby. Convenient to the metro and road access, I'm very happy with my choice of living here.

I just moved into the building, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process, making everything so smooth. The community here is also amazing?friendly, welcoming, and really supportive. I'm so happy to be part of this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Building is beautiful and so are the amenities. Have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. Team members are like family. I can go talk to the team anytime and they are always willing to listen. Would recommend this place to my friends.

Im excited to move into these apartments! The community looks vibrant and welcoming, and the amenities are exactly what I've been searching for?great gym, pool, and plenty of green spaces. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and everything I need. I've heard great things about the responsive management and how well they maintain the property, which gives me confidence in my decision. I can't wait to call this place home!

I've lived at this property for almost 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the maintenance team is the best I've experienced. The residents are friendly and social. The finishes in the apartment have great quality, I've had no noisy neighbors, conveniently located on the metro line, the list goes on. I'm very satisfied with my choice to live here!

Beautiful quiet community with great amenities.The leasing and management staff are amazing from the leadership to the maintenance staff and janitorial staff. You get a real sense of community with the many gatherings and events. I feel safe and comfortable living here. This is an amazing place for families to singles.

I spent months and months searching for a new place to live in and I am so happy that I chose 2250 Meridian at Eisenhower. I have only been living here for a week, but the community and amenities are wonderful and everyone is so friendly. If an apartment is available, do not hesitate to tour and put a deposit down, because they are going FAST!

Doug was a wonderful host to the community. He knew how to give space to my mom and me when we were exploring and he doesn't flood you with conversation. He does his best to have answers and is thorough from the beginning to the end. He's a gentleman and a professional. The community is super clean, new, quiet, and you get a lot for the cost of rent.

I'm enjoying Meridian 2250. .The staff is pleasant. The building is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. I am pleased as punch to be a resident and would highly suggest it to anyone looking to live close to transportation, restaurants, bars, or shopping.

Overall a great experience. Scheduling a tour was really easy. Rod really sold the community and was a huge deciding factor in choosing to move here. The application process was simple. And moving in was a breeze with being able to reserve the bay and elevators. I don't doubt my time living here will be enjoyable.

No issues as of yet. Smooth transition, walkable & close to essential amenities. Access to highway is close too. Apartment staff are friendly, evs workers on site too are helpful. No issues. Would recommend
