I am really enjoying my new home. It's cozy and quiet. The building is really clean and up-kept. I love the Alexandria area, I'm excited to explore more. I truly have no complaints and am satisfied with decision to move here.

Everyone is very friendly. Love all the amenities and location to train, restaurants, old town. Staff is exceptionally accommodating and very friendly. Doug was super helpful and ver accommodating of my needs.

I really love the property. During the last month or so living here, I can attest to a few things: 1. beautiful building, amenity spaces, and unit features, 2. attentive management and staff, 3. prompt response to maintenance requests, 4. low to no noise throughout the building.

I just moved in but, it was a pretty painless process. The staff was super helpful and ensured I had everything I needed to make the move easy. The apartment was ready and clean. The community is very quiet.

Leasing office staff were great. Showed me multiple units and was very patient during my tour. Brand new building with great amenities and in close proximity to public transit, grocery stores and everything you may need.

Meridian 2250 is a beautiful, well-managed property in a prime location. Its close proximity to the Metro, restaurants and other activities in Alexandria and DC make it extra special. The staff are attentive, professional and kind. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous. The sunroom is both beautiful and functional and heightens the level of luxury. This is truly a wonderful place to call home.

The location, amenities and space all great. The move in process was clear and easy. Love the option of a sunroom and it really brighten ups the space. Enjoy the the update to appliances and modern look. Nothing else to add.

Best apartment we've lived so far. It has sense of community. Lots of community events, residents can communicate with each other through the cobu app. Loved the atmosphere. Staff are very professional and nice.

My experience at this community was great. The leasing agents for helpful and very nice. I was shown two apartments in my price range and they were beautiful. I was looking at the studio and jr 1 bed and both had some great space and beautiful floor to ceiling windows.

I've had a great experience living in my apartment so far! The building is always clean, the amenities are fantastic, and the community is peaceful, which makes it a relaxing place to call home. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I really appreciate. The only drawback is the limited guest parking?it can be tricky when hosting friends or family. Overall, though, it's a wonderful place to live!

The apartment was clean and the touring process was very smooth. They were flexible with move-in dates and accommodated our schedule and needs. They responded promptly to a minor maintenance issue here or there. Overall good community thus far!

some issues with noise and parking. there are times when neighbors are noisy and the people above me continue to drop objects on their floor disturbing me. People do not park properly in the garage and take up 2 spots at times.

The building was beautiful and clean and felt like a hotel. The staff were friendly. Loved Freddie and how committed he was to helping me find the perfect apartment. Rod was very professional and kid when answering the phone and guiding me to parking. The building was quiet and the neighborhood has everything you need. I absolutely loved this experience!

Just moved in. Been here less than a week but the customer service has been impeccable. Clean apartment. Quiet friendly community. Great for pets and single people. Amenities are nice and well cared for, neighbors are kind.

Solid community, the building is new and they are continuing to finish and furnish some things but nothing feels unfinished, it just turns out that they are making it a nicer version then you thought. Nice amenities and community events. Dog parks right outside.

The property is very new and clean. We've lived in Paradigm properties for greater than 7 years and the standards and service have remained top tier. We love the location being steps away from the metro and other entertainment. The amenities and community events are great also.

Im excited to move into these apartments! The community looks vibrant and welcoming, and the amenities are exactly what I've been searching for?great gym, pool, and plenty of green spaces. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and everything I need. I've heard great things about the responsive management and how well they maintain the property, which gives me confidence in my decision. I can't wait to call this place home!

I've lived at this property for almost 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the maintenance team is the best I've experienced. The residents are friendly and social. The finishes in the apartment have great quality, I've had no noisy neighbors, conveniently located on the metro line, the list goes on. I'm very satisfied with my choice to live here!

Beautiful quiet community with great amenities.The leasing and management staff are amazing from the leadership to the maintenance staff and janitorial staff. You get a real sense of community with the many gatherings and events. I feel safe and comfortable living here. This is an amazing place for families to singles.

I recently moved into Meridian 2250, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The move-in process was seamless, and everything was organized and on schedule. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations?clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. Highly recommend!
