We've only been living here for a few weeks, but so far so good! Maintenance has been helpful and responsive, and everyone has been very friendly. I love the community events and hope that those continue.

I spent months and months searching for a new place to live in and I am so happy that I chose 2250 Meridian at Eisenhower. I have only been living here for a week, but the community and amenities are wonderful and everyone is so friendly. If an apartment is available, do not hesitate to tour and put a deposit down, because they are going FAST!

Freddy created me with open arms. Showed me many options but listened to my needs. I think I was there for a few hours just walking around the building. He showed me the apartment and applied that day.

Doug was a wonderful host to the community. He knew how to give space to my mom and me when we were exploring and he doesn't flood you with conversation. He does his best to have answers and is thorough from the beginning to the end. He's a gentleman and a professional. The community is super clean, new, quiet, and you get a lot for the cost of rent.

Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower is a great new property. It was easy moving in. The staff is very supportive and helpful while answering any questions you may have. The location is great because it is close to the highway and local businesses.

Overall a great experience. Scheduling a tour was really easy. Rod really sold the community and was a huge deciding factor in choosing to move here. The application process was simple. And moving in was a breeze with being able to reserve the bay and elevators. I don't doubt my time living here will be enjoyable.

No issues as of yet. Smooth transition, walkable & close to essential amenities. Access to highway is close too. Apartment staff are friendly, evs workers on site too are helpful. No issues. Would recommend

Beautiful community and beautiful leasing professionals. I look forward to move in and experiencing more of the many amenities that are for use on this community. The coffee in the lobby is a plus. Looking forward to move in upon approval!

It feels like I live in a hotel every time I walk into the building I am pleased with the staff, it's cleanliness, they amenities and the opportunity to have a safe and clean home. I cannot wait for the club space to open upstairs.

So far Great! The staff is on another level. The security helps me sleep at night. The upkeep of the property and the location is great for me. The community is quiet and professional. I would recommend to stay here to anyone looking for a place to call home.

It was a pleasant experience. Yessenia and Victoria were both lovely and the tour covered a lot of ground. When I wanted to view apartments for a second time, Yessenia was accommodating and was ready to bring me to the unit once again.

New building, great floor plans, love large windows, love modern appliances. Amenities are great. Windows and walls are thick and are great at soundproofing. Leasing office is very responsive and helpful.

The Meridian 2250 apartment homes have a great balance of social and private spaces, perfect for residents who want to connect with others and also have some quiet time to themselves. The resort-style feel and multiple sitting areas are great for hosting friends or meeting new people, while the apartment homes' flexible layout allows for easy setup of a home office, making it ideal for remote workers like myself.

Just moved in, love the amenities and cleanliness of my new apartment. Location is ideal- near the metro, the park, grocery stores, Old Town, and not too far from DC. It's been a smooth transition so far in my lovely unit

Great spot to live. Great community. Great building. Great people. Great amenities. Gym could be much better, free weight and more heavy weight would be beneficial. Also a barbell would be nice addition to the gym.

Great community. The leasing team is very responsive and accommodating. Maintenance has some rough spots that need to be ironed out, but they are working hard to deliver a good product. Would recommend to anyone

The community was great and brand new. The amenities were amazing, especially dog parks, pool area and gym. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The highway noise can be a little loud at rush hour times especially for apartments facing it.

This apartment complex is very clean. Due to the address not being recognized by USPS system yet double confirmation on packages with other companies will need to take place. However the building is receiving all packages and mail so far so good.

From the beginning process of completing an application to occupy a brand new apartment, to moving in, was a breeze. Management was thorough and dedicated to ensuring everything went smoothly. The entire staff is very inviting, always with a smile, and asking if everything is going well. They are sincere!

From the moment I visited for a tour, I knew this apartment would be everything I was looking for in a new home. The staff is responsive, kind and always read to help and assist with any concerns or questions. The move-in process was very easy and Rod, the senior leasing manager, was very flexible to my availability. I do not regret moving here at all.
