This is an amazing apartment. I'm gonna love living here. The staff here was really amazing. Rod definitely took the time to show me the entire area. And definitely did not pressure me into making a decision. He allowed me the space to make my own decision while also giving me pertinent information about the area.

Meridian 2250 has been a great place to live in the DC Metro area. The building and units are very modern and comfortable, and the access to both Alexandria and DC proper via the metro makes for a convenient and enjoyable lifestyle.

Living at the 2250 Meridian has been a pleasure for this past year. The apartments are nice and new, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. We love our view of the Masonic temple nearby.

It's a great place to live, it's quiet, close to metro, clean, the gym is adequate and there are plenty work quiet work spaces. Also the front office staff are absolutely fantastic. The only minor downside is the parking is limited.

Check out The Parc much better community leasing staff if very knowledgeable , leasing staff at The Parc are so accommodating and friendly. Apartments are gorgeous and views too were so excited to lease at the Parc

It's a beautiful building with great amenities and in a wonderful location. Close to metro and highways, it has a wonderful community feel without being in the middle of the city. I have enjoyed living here.

So far so good! I moved in two weeks ago. The move-in process was smooth and the neighbors I have met are friendly. The staff was welcoming and continue to be friendly and professional. I am sure this is going continue to be an excellent experience.

The building is well maintained. Staff is diligent, polite and very helpful. Amenities are amazing, including the gym, pool, roof terrace and business center. Our move into the building was seamless. The app used to connect with the building as well as neighbors make it fwel like a very nice community

Great place to live! Apartments are spacious and clean. I love the laminate floor throughout, the quartz counters, the sunroom, and the kitchen island! Building itself is very nice and well maintained, and package/delivery handling is excellent.

Parking issues at night! It is really hard to find parking to not to mention the parking space is tight. HVAC issues constantly! Property manager is extremely rude and provides terrible customer service.

Building is well kept. Units are nice and spacious. Management is friendly. Would recommend. Easy access to the yellow line and there is a wegmans and movie theater close by. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Apartment is great location and the design plan of the apartment. It is also convenient to metro station and 95/495. The amenities are fabulous. Roof top has the best view of the city and very peaceful.

It's a nice property with great common areas, especially the 24th floor outside lounge with great views of the Potomac, and surrounding areas. Having Wegmans, AMC and various restaurants nearby is a plus!

The staff here at Meridian 2250 are all professional and friendly. Will respond to my concerns immediately depending on the issue at hand. Plenty of activities for residents to get involved and get to know your neighbors.

Very beautiful property. Close to public transportation and old town virginia. So you will always have something to do without having to drive. Very impressed with the package room system. I have dealt with some apartments with terrible package room systems

We love the area and the apartment. The staff has been awesome. Very convenient shopping and very close to the train station. The area is safe and the parks are enjoyable. Easy drive to Maryland and to the city.

New building. Not sophisticated management. Ongoing issues with elevators and other basics. Appliances are substandard. Location is convenient for Metro. Amenities are nice but not maintained as well as they could be. Cleanliness is an issue with this building. It is a resident problem, with lack of respect for common spaces, and a not enough cleaning staff problem.

The Meridian 2250 has personally been a great experience for me, the management team and maintenance have been respectful, professional, and quick in addressing my questions and maintenance repairs. The complex and unit is completely modernized with a variety of amenities. The complex is located in a safe area and a metro station is right across from it, allowing convenient and quick access to DC, Fairfax, Arlington, Maryland.

The leasing office to the front desk these people have been great and wonderful. They help me work through an issue with my old apartment complex and got me into a new apartment here away from that. They worked with you to move in after having to break my lease at the other place and got me situated and furnished, and moved in within that week.

Meridian 2250 is an incredible building I lucked into moving into. I can tell that the property manager truly cares about the property and community and takes the time to provide care and resources to ensure people get what they need. As a person who is a wheelchair user, this property has been a well-designed godsend - to provide a luxurious and comfortable living space that meets my specific needs. All the staff, including maintenance is also highly compassionate and highly capable.

I absolutely love living here! The staff truly makes this building feel like home ? Leasing Professionals Rod, Doug, and Miss Darla at concierge are always welcoming and helpful. It's wonderful seeing the cleaning team working hard every morning and evening to keep everything spotless. The maintenance staff is exceptional, handling everything with care and professionalism. The property is so well-maintained, and the resident events are a great bonus. Plus, the views of Alexandria, PG County, and DC are some of the best around. I'm so grateful to call this place home!

The community is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The community dog park is very spacious but I wish it was grass and not dirt. Makes it difficult when the weather is bad to keep your pet clean.
