The community is amazing and I love living at the community. Maintenance is amazing and are always fast to respond to problems. The only thing that I would complain about is that I have myself and two kids that live with me. Having two drivers/cars and it being a gated community it's difficult sometimes when you only have one access card for all three of us. I would recommend that if the apartment has multiple cars that we should be given the option to get other access cards to match the legal cars registered to the apartment. This would make it easier for access the community for my kids and I when we are always running around at different times.

I really like my apartment, it's quite Maintenance team is all ways on time,very professional. When I had a problem it was resolved . Love the pool, I like the way the staff try to get you involved with get together on holidays it's a nice place to live

We love this community! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff are so sweet and responsive. Everyone that visits is impressed by how clean the common areas are, and how spacious the apartment is. Moving from Texas, we weren't really sure what to expect, but the process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

Moved in June 2023 after living in a house for 27 years I sold July 5th. Community management is very responsive to communications, they provide a community gathering nearly every month, and their maintenance crew are wonderfully responsive to any repair needs. I no longer have the concerns about maintaining my home, cutting the grass, taking care of expensive repairs. I also feel very secure in this gated community which also prevents the irritating salesmen that come knocking at the door. I also love that the front door is technically outside, but it's under cover and protected from the elements. Packages can be delivered and I don't have to worry about them getting wet if it's raining and I'm not home.

The community was great when we moved in. Clean facilities and friendly front office. However, over the last few years, we have noticed a decline in the cleanliness, and more passive aggressive emails (i.e. don't smoke, and don't leave dog pop), versus management addressing the issue with individuals. At one point we were supposed to have a safety officer, but when I called about an issue they told me to call the cops. The quality of the apartments are not worth the price, tell me why we started at 1400 for rent, and now we are near 2000 and the building the falling a part?

Station Square is a quiet, clean, and efficient little community. The amenities that are offered are in good working order all or most of the time and the staff is always willing to help with requests in a timely and effective manner. The community is relatively quiet with the exception of your everyday "neighborhood noises" and most of the residents are friendly and respectful.

Either the leasing agent was extremely unknowledgeable about the apartment I am leasing or Station Square at Cosner's Corner straight up scammed me. I was told there was going to be an office, a 10x10 room with a door and window. Upon move in, there was no such thing. I was even given a floor plan during the initial visit, but on move in day my apartment was NOT was what shown in the floor plan at all. My "office" is a 4 foot extension of the living room. No door, no walls, no divider at all just some extra space. The leasing agent's genius resolution was to hang a curtain to divide the room?. are you effing kidding me??? I work from home and they KNOW this. My boyfriend cant come home from a long day and simply use the apartment we share. Until 7pm he is confined to the bedroom so I can speak to my clients without them hearing chores being done or a meal being cooked RIGHT NEXT to my work space. We moved here to avoid this AND THEY KNEW THAT!!!!!

Apartments are good sized, community is well kept, and the Maintenance Team is awesome. Repairs are done quickly and in a professional manner. On the negative side, it would be desirable to have cameras onsite. The actions of some people are not very grown up.

The auto payments for rent is really nice, I never have to worry about missing a payment. The staff is friendly and always answer my questions when I have them. The maintenance team is a solid group of guys that know what their doing and solve ny issues quickly.

This apartment started out nice, clean, and moderately quiet until a bunch of loud and obnoxious individuals moved in. You are constantly being woken up by screaming children or adults all night as they don't care about others around. Dogs bark all hours of the night. Neighbors have no respect or care to follow lease rules

I was told my apartment is free of spider and roaches. However, that was not the case in my first day of my move-in we noticed roaches around the kitchen and spiders housed in our bedroom and living room.

Management is also very understanding when it comes to personal matters and concerns. If I could keep the same management team after moving I would.

It's a mixed bag. Apartments are decent, albeit expensive. Maintenance has been pretty good, except how an incident with a water leak was handled. Office management can be rude and laughed at me one time when trying to speed up the repair of the water leak. I'll be moving as soon as my son is done with school.
