Beautiful, inviting atmosphere walking and driving around the community. It feels like a home and a resort mixed together. The apartments are very modern and spacious. Neighbors are friendly. Parking spaces are big, enough room for large and small vehicles.

I have had a few experiences that weren't very good but can overlook,but difficult when you're love one gets blamed for something and the management confronted me and it was totally wrong but manager decided that a renter knew more. Anyway that wasn't ever resolved by Maa. Even though I was told it would be. The owners of the dog's do need to be more conscious of their animals droppings and where they pee.For the most part I have enjoyed it here especially if they dont increase because other renter's are paying much less than me.I think residents that have been here as long as myself should get some perks with rent especially.

I love the location of the apartments. Extremely pet friendly and they have a dog park which is nice when you have a super energetic dog. The staff is always friendly and professional. There was no question if we were going to renew. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They have good sized apartments. Maintenance is very friendly and is quick to respond to work orders.

The administrative process was very organized and very easy to complete. The staff were very professional throughout the entire process and continued with following up even after I moved in to ensure I was happy. For what is paid every month I definitely get my money's worth.

I have enjoyed living in this community. I enjoy all of the amenities, such as the pool and gym. The office staff has been pleasant and easy to work with. Maintenance has also been very helpful and fast.

Horrid and over priced for the OK-ish apartments you get to live in. The gate are always broken (which still read the prior owners of the complex information.) Service calls are a joke. Management is limited and constantly switched out. If you want to stay in a place you pay 1500+ a month for that feels like you should be paying only 1200 or less for then be my guest. Location is the only thing this place has going for it. Not to mention all the ways they kind of trick you into staying. Don't waste your time!

Friendly staff, great amenities and very nice apartments. The pool is very nice, has good seating area, and has grills conveniently next to the pool. The apartment floor plan is well laid out. The granite counter top in the kitchen & bath are a nice touch. I love the screened in deck, it is great to be able to sit out and not get eaten alive by mosquitoes.

I love living here. I enjoy the privacy. I enjoy the pool and gym extremely. When I need something, every one at the office is extremely helpful. I do get upset about the rent increase and the gate always being broken.

Great friendly attentive staff and not to far but far enough from the city and have all the accessibility to shopping and dining within a short drive. Richmond is only a hour away and anything everything else you may want or need to do at your disposal.

Some residents are nice and the staff in the front office is helpful when you approach them. Other than that, this apartment complex isn't worth the amount of money billed to stay here. We have entrance gates that don't work. Have to bring in all our valuables from our cars because some folks think it's okay to steal. Emails from the apartment complex are sent to residents as if a 5 year old is having a temper tantrum because pets walk on the grass. Maybe you should fix the dog park and make it more presentable (AKA get rid of the mulch). I don't understand the apartment complex sticking families with small children on top floors where they can fall through the floor because all they do is run and jump making the folks who live below unable to hear themselves think, but what do I know. Anything to make a buck, right? Oh, and one more thing, what kind of apartment complex fines an elderly woman fighting cancer because an unfaithful resident had a temper tantrum of their own and lied about what they saw? Sounds like somebody doesn't have much of a heart.

We were able to move in quickly. The staff is all extremely nice & helpful. There is a lot of noise that can be heard between apartments which is my biggest complaint. I've lived in other apartments and wasn't able to hear my neighbors. We love the pool & maintenece is amazing!

This community has provided to be worth it all, thus far. The workers are all friendly while maintaining a professional manner. The maintenance workers all work very diligently and know exactly what they're doing. One even went out of his way to jump start my wife's car while I was at work. Plus it feels safe and welcoming here. I'm very grateful for the community overall.

This was my first apartment. It is a beautiful complex, activities are fun, and I have recommend this complex to several of my friends. I wish there was a community where I will be moving. I have been happy.

We love the location and curb appeal of Station Square. Sadly that love is over shadowed by the terrible quality of the apartments themselves. The apartments are very poorly constructed. You can hear your neighbors on a regular bases. When the renters above your apartment walk things shake in the apartment (we are on the second set of renters above us and it has been consistently the same). Our family is consistently woken up by noise. We have made several complaints to management regarding this issue but it still continues. Also if you have a maintenance issue you can expect it to not be taken care of in a timely manner or the first time it is looked at. The maintenance team for one issue had to return to our apartment three different times and the issue is still present. My family and I are counting down the months till our lease is up. We had high hopes for Station Square but it has not lived up to what is presented when you first tour the property.

I have lived here almost 4 years,and I love my apartment. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and efficient.I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The only real negative, is the large rent increases every year.

So far so good. I love the amenities and the location of my apartment facing into the courtyard. The gated aspect of the community is important to me, though at times other residents don't close the walk through gates, it would be nice if there was a spring on the gate to insure closure.

Station Square at Cosner?s Corner is an amazing property. The amenities are fantastic; from the beautiful pool, fitness center and theatre room to name a few. The landscaping makes you feel like you are on vacation at a luxury resort. The apartments offer the latest upgrades and are the largest I have found in the area. The storage space is more than ample. All and all it you feel at home not like most apartment settings.

Everything here is so peaceful. The grounds are kept clean. The features are wonderful. The maintenance men are very nice and respectful. The only thing I'm not happy with are that the gates are always broken which is a headache.
