The facilities are well maintained, the staff very professional and courteous. Exercise room well furbished. Also, the maintenance team is on the ball to quickly resolve any issues. The location is excellent at Cosner's Corner with many fine shops and restaurants. Not far from Fredericksburg and Central Park shopping.

I am extremely satisfied with the apartment complex. Generally quiet with a professional staff. I haven't had any problems while living here and love that they are pet friendly so I could bring my dogs with me! I love the extra events that they host as well!

Beautiful apartments with a lot of luxury amenities. Very close to Cosner's Corner shopping area, and the upcoming VRE station. So far the community has been very helpful and quiet- great for an apartment! The luxury and location are well worth the price of these apartments!

The experience here is terrible. The rules are only enforced if the people in the office look bad. Its been the same thing since day one. At first, the office personnel change was good a thing and over time it went downhill. I extended my lease one more time and once again have been let down as usual. Just drive by the place they cant keep residents here and they let anyone move in. Worse experience ever.... more vacant apartments than full ones!!! Balloons out front attracting new residents wont fix poor service! The word is out on this place stay away! No common sense used to simple fix problems!

Very comfortable size apartment with high ceilings and granite counter tops. Complex is pet friendly-Most residents are animal lovers-but the dog park is utilitarian, at best. Salt water swimming pool with steps rather than a ladder make it more accessible for those with limited mobility. Limited compacter and recycling space.

Completely horrified by this whole experience. I was so excited about my first apartment experience and have referred many to this community, to be so let down is such an upset. I expected so much more then what has been proven to me. Hopefully better experience is to follow in the future.

Very much enjoying the community. The environment is extremely quiet and relaxing when I come home from work. I always have a parking space close to my apartment. The facilities and surrounding areas are always kept very clean. I am very happy.

The construction of the apartments seems top-notch. The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The apartment community is very 'dog-friendly'.The apartment staff has been exceptionaly welcoming and helpful.

I love my apartment although it is a bit expensive. One of the greatest things that other properties don't offer are the well insulated walls. I don't hear anything from my neighbors. The pool area and other amenities are nice. My only real complaint is the parking. There would be sufficient parking for residents if some tenants didn't use it as their fleet parking lot. One resident runs a landscaping business and has 2 garages and hogs up at least 5 parking spaces with 3 wagon trailers in addition to his pickup trucks. Another resident has 4 vehicles when the lease says 2 per licensed tenant. I often have to park on the other side of the property carrying groceries or walk when it's raining. I don't like regulated parking spaces but with such a minimal amount available I think something should be done besides offering reserved parking for another $50 a month. Overall, it is a very nice quiet and clean place.

Nice place to live, could use a playground for kids. The noise from the nearby hospital can be a little crazy at times but it is convient to be near so many shops & stores at all times. driving time is good for DC commuters if you use the train. close to lots of parks as well.

Common areas are not maintained or picked up, though landscaping is nice. "Good neighbor" rules though numerous are not enforced. Residents are not notified of changes to facilities. Online payments are only allowed through klutzy property web; e-payments through personal bank system are not allowed. Apartment is nice (high ceilings, crown molding, screened patio) but definitely not luxury (low-end appliances and cabinets, rough marble, cheap flooring, poor finish and workmanship).

It is a very nice community and really convenient. The price is a little steep but they do try to work with you and meet close to your price range when renewing your lease. I didn't have any complaints during my experience of living in the community.

Their devotion to duty, their unflagging care for the customer and their limitless skill set makes them, in my humble opinion, the heart and the breath of life of this apartment home community. Beneath the glorious and serene landscaped exterior lives the stoic crew holding the dream together. Without the unblinking dedication of the four (!) strong and devoted men of maintenance, the glorious portrait which is Stations Square at Cosners Corner might well be held in the balance.

Station Square is a nice community to live in. However, living in the apartment I leased 7 months ago is daily misery due to frequent, excessive, disturbing running, jumping and stomping from the apartment above. NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!

So far everything has been great! The property manager is a darling and very friendly. The other office staff has also been very nice. The apartments are very modern and I absolutely love all of the amenities they offer including the salt water pool and grilling spaces. So far it has been a great experience to move in.

The place is really nice. The service staff is very responsible and clear on what is need it to request or close a leasing contract. In the future if I return to the area will go with them without any doubt. Having pets is not an issue specially dogs.

Decent, had some ups and downs. i think security is compromised when the sheetz went up and the fence doesnt go all the way around, also i think our dog park should be better maintained. I would also like to see longer hours for the business center as well as the coffee machine in the kitchen.
