I enjoy it here and feel safe here. There area is clean. Close to everything. The draw back is the early 6am noises heard from loud residents walking down steps. Also being on 1st floor people let their dogs out, and normally potty right by my patio, as the person looks in your window. They also let dog out of apt and it starts loud barking in hall right away. These are people issues not dog or apt issues. The birds in the hallway is another issue I have had, as they fly over your head, droppings are not cleaned nor nest knocked down once babies leave. The staff is kind,friendly, helpful and maintenance is prompt.

I love it here. It's clean, kept up, the property is well manicured. Everyone in the office is so nice friendly and helpful, and the couple of occasions I have needed someone to come take a look at or fix something, they're usually here within 24 hours. It's a fairly quiet community with amenities that are well maintained. There are pest control services that are so good I haven't even seen a spider. The fire system was recently inspected which gives me a sense of security that it will work if heaven forbid I should ever need it to. I feel safe here being in a gated community. It's a wonderful place to call home, I'll definitely be renewing my lease!

Station square has been great! The office staff is so nice and always helpful. The maintenance men are wonderful and always act quickly. In my experience, they fix whatever the issue is within the same day. The gym is pretty nice. I use the complex gym frequently, despite having a gym membership. You're able to get a decent workout in there without having to leave the community. The only con is that you have to pay $7.00 a month to take your trash to the compactor. I don't like having to put trash in my car and driving it over to the compactor. I wish they had trash pickup like other communities offer once or twice a week. I think this one change would make a huge difference in community satisfaction.

The area is noisy. The rent increases are way too much. There's a problem with the recycling dumpster being over full alot. The security gates are open alot. The staff is friendly and professional. The maintainance crew does well.

It's been fine. But I'm concerned about rent raising if deciding to renew. There were issues with overcrowding in the parking lot for a while but they seemed to have been corrected. Also, when running one day I noticed that there were no gates on the buildings on the outside of the community. Making the gate pointless.

Lovely complex - clean, quiet, friendly. Any issues that arrive (I don't always see them, but am aware because it's addressed in email) are corrected immediately. Only concern is that rent went up after a year of staying there - this is my only deterrent to continue renewing, as I'm a single Mom on a budget.

Station Square Apartments at Cosner's Corner has a phenomenal property management team. Mrs. Crank was and remains instrumental to my experience from answering many questions, reducing stresses associated with moving and ensuring a streamlined (smooth) process of becoming an SSACC tenant. I love the upkeep of the property, landscape, amenities, screened patio/balconies, and coming home to a Cannabis and Smoke-free apartment. The accessibility of local shops, dining, entertainment, and activities is a plus. SSACC has everything needed for an affordable price. So, far, so good; I look forward to entering my sanctuary.

The leasing office representatives were so helpful and willing to help. The facilities on site are amazing. The pool is amazing and the movie theater room is such a nice touch. The location is perfect being right off 95 and there's so much around the area to do and places to eat. It's an amazing place to live.

Very good and quiet area, that is just close enough to the necessities but far enough away to not be noisy and annoying. One thing you will notice is the noise of ambulances coming and going all day. You will hear them a good two or three times on a good day and they can be loud. Neighbors are quiet.

Love that the shopping districts, gas station, and hospital are close by. Super dog friendly! Love that they have no breed or weight restrictions. Kudos on honoring military and their families. Large screen patio to enjoy the outside. Pool area is gorgeous and the lounge area is a great to gather family and friends around. Maintenance is easy to do and they are always quick.

Decent sized apartments. Nice layout. You don't hear any noise from the neighbors due to the thickness of the walls. To test this, I turned my music up fairly loud once then knocked to ask my neighbor if they could hear it & they said no. I however absolutely hate the washing machines. They're these cheap GE "high efficiency" washers that don't get your clothes clean unless you put like two or three items in at a time. The irony in this is, you wind up using more water having to divide out the loads or wash things twice than you would with a machine with a standard agitator that mixes the clothes together. All-in-all I like it here. It's quiet in my building, my neighbors are cool, there's PLENTY of parking & the location is very suitable for shopping at Costner's Corner close by. Literally within walking distance. Took me 20 mins to walk from my apartment to Target. Driving would take you 5.

We've been here for 4 days, so its weird to have this right off. We did have a rough experience pre-move in as they missed the pets we listed on the ease and charged us the fees two days prior to our move (we signed the first lease on the 10th) and had budgeted for that initial cost so the extra amount they are charging us will hurt us this month, so make sure they look things over. That being said, this complex is lovely. Maintenance team is super quick and a pleasure to talk to; and the staff addresses concerns quickly. If you have pets, this place is heaven with two dog parks and plenty of stuff for them to do. The apartments are wonderful and future a lot of stuff that I only had in a home. It feels like I've upgraded and is easily the nicest looking apartment I've ever lived in. Plus all the extra amenities are great. The cost may make some nervous, but so far, this place is a great example of "You get what you pay for". I recommend it.

The team was great. Erica helped us in so many ways by giving us pho ne numbers for rental insurance, etc. Love that they are dog friendly. The place is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. My family loves to come and visit. I have a family member in Spotsylvania Hospital and it so close to our apartment which makes it so easy visit.
