I don't like this community, l don't feel safe here and someone messed with my car and my locks continue to be on going problems.l am going to move as soon as the lease is up. I lived in better community. I understand now they were better then this one. I won't live in a Mask community again. My home should not be where l have this much dislike for the property. To live somewhere that's not secure is stressful.

Overall quiet, clean and safe. Staff has always been helpful and when rules are broken, staff immediately addresses the community to remind everyone of the rules. This is a convenient location that's close to restaurants, shopping and commuter lots.

I had a very positive experience with the Leasing Office on my tour of the community. Out of all the communities I visited Station Square was the best. I moved in a month ago and have been very pleased. On moving day everything about the SmartHub door lock and online payment app was explained and I felt very comfortable using the features. The community is friendly and very well maintained. Maintenance requests are online and service has been excellent. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping nearby.

I have gotten very likely living here and especially in my building. The maintenance and how the grounds are kept are immaculate. The ungrounded that have occurred since I lived here hVe been right on trend. The only issue is of course the rent hike that recently occured . place, clean, positively peaceful, and great neighbors and community

Thus far, it seems to be a safe and quiet community. I really enjoy that my patio is screened in and spacious. Most people in the community are very pleasant. People that have pets appear to follow the safety and sanitary rules for walking and picking up after their pets.

Community is nice and staf was nice when I first arrived. Ms. Brittany was always a pleasure to work with. As newer personnel joined the staff, customer service was not the best and every phone conversation became a race to get me off the phone. Rent is ever increasing with every renewal of the lease.

Our move has been fairly decent until our moving truck was towed costly us an impound fee of nearly $400. There has been no support from the property manager to help given we were new to the community other than it was a rightful tow. This has definitely placed a negative impact on day 4 in our new home. The community is not loading/unloading friendly for move in/ move out. It I had known that a gated community allows towing companies to harass their resident by giving full access I would have made other arrangements. I am very unhappy at the moment.

so far so good had a few issues in apartment was quickly rectified. i had a smooth transition with ladies in office and all has worked out fine since moving in last week. the property is clean and i just needed a medicine cabinet and linen space that should be a requirement. geesh

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean communal property. Trees and greens around the property. Smart locks make it easy to check if you remembered to lock the door. So far a great choice to move here.

I have been in this apartment for 4 years and I have enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool, I have also enjoyed the speed in which things are fixed by maintenance, I have enjoyed the pleasantness of the maintenance staff they have been very kind, I also have enjoyed the parking here, and I have enjoyed the location I think phase 2 is much better.

Cost of rent has gotten way too expensive. Inadequate parking. Trash not picked up often enough, then threatened with fines bc trash is piled up outside of a full compacter. Trash has been an issue for years, the fact that if hasnt been resolved is just poor management.

The complex is fairly quiet and the office tries its best to host little events while still staying within COVID guidelines. Safety and maintenance concerns are taken care of in a timely manner, and the maintenance staff is friendly and respectful. Staff appears concerned and does what they can to improve the community.

Nice place to leave , friendly staff just that the rent is too high, need modern appliances, such as electric Bluetooth stoves and refrigerator, some residents still smoke on the property although it's a no smoking community

All work orders are promptly responded to by the maintenance team. The management team responds to my questions and/or concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Love that's it's gated, and the amenities are amazing! The common areas are kept well and the maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgeable. Only drawback is the rent, which I believe to be on the higher side.

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. After being locked out my unit within less than 12 hours of moving in and having no internet to work has caused me hardship and at risk of losing my job. I have to be hardwired on a secured network so working from the leasing office was not an option.

It is a very nice complex with great amenities and the apartment itself. When first moving in I got a call the next day to check in as well as a month in to make sure all was going smoothly. The upkeep is incredible and punctual.
