Nicer than my last place. Not impressed with the amount of broken amenities that draw you to live here (outdoor tv, grills, etc). Nothing has worked since I moved in and it's very inconvenient to buy food to grill, without the access of a grill.

So far we have found the staff to be very accommodating and the complex is quiet and enjoyable. We like the close proximity to restaurants, stores and the interstate. Our neighbors have been extremely friendly and we feel safe and comfortable here.

We have only lived here for about two weeks, but so far this is the nicest, friendliest, and quietest apartment we have ever been in. I honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about. The front staff is very helpful, especially Jamie. Definitely recommend!

Move-in process was good. Apartment overall in good condition, I do have a list of things that need to be repaired and still have not been done 2 weeks later. Parking could be better. I have little concerns and or disappointments but overall, so far so good. The biggest problem is the walls are very thin!!

Overall, my experience has been pretty satisfactory. The only issues I've had have been with fellow neighbors. Management has handled our requests in a timely manner. We did have an issue with wasps getting into our screened-in porch. I do hope that isn't an issue next Summer.

No bugs at all to speak of in the unit itself. Prompt responses from management and staff. Had a bit of an issue with the professionalism of management though. The neighbors seem to be very nice and quiet and their pets well behaved. The person who does the repairs is excellent.

I have stated my concerns previously: Leasing staff do not answer telephone calls if they do, it seems as if you're bothering them. Have a better schedule when they need to enter apartment. HIRE security

Gates remain open 24/7, despite being "gated community". Dogs bark until at least 10 p.m. every night. Staff somewhat incompetent. Each building has two "reserved only" spots in front as well as "handicap" spots. The "reserved" spots take away parking availability from building residents.

So far my experience at Station Square has been good. There were a few things in the apartment that needed to be addressed but besides that everything has been good. Staff has been decent but sometimes rude. Our neighbors have been very friendly.

***WARNING STAY AWAY*** Although visually appealing they do not take care of the grounds, so much so they didn't salt during snow and freezing rains. I slipped on what appeared to be a cleared out path and tore my meniscus and MCL with two knee avulsions and their stance "you signed that were not responsible when you moved in" as I am still in physical therapy. Then my work relocated me to another state and instead of working with me they slap me with over $7,000 in fees and miscellaneous clean up charges to teach me a lesson. They did the exact same thing to a co-worker that moved out last month. I've lived in luxury condos and apartment homes for over twelve years and never lived the nightmare I'm living with this place. RENTERS BEWARE! They'll have you sign so much paperwork and your excited to move in that until you realize it you just signed your rights away and permission for them to bully you into owing large sums of money!

The apartment community is very clean and quiet. The amenities are great and I love the feature of the car wash area . The grilling area is a huge plus too and there are many outdoor areas that you can have guests over and hang out outside at. Love that it is a no smoking community as well.

Horrible customer service, I've had issues with the online portal used to pay rent, it would say my rent was accepted and even send me a confirmation email but apparently never went thru and was charged late fees and was hard to get fixed this happened twice. We pay a lot of money for a gated community and these gates are open 24/7 they were only closed the first four months we lived here. We moved in and immediately had an ant problem and getting that fixed two weeks because the first time they sprayed the wrong apartment. When they finally got to mine, instead of spraying they just put cock into the opening from the carpet. They harass about rent, in the middle of each month on the same day I get two emails that is our bill, on the first they send two emails reminding that rent is due and on the 2and they send two emails reminding about rent. One email would be sufficient, however I am an adult and know when my rent is due, no need for four emails in two days.

Great location as its not far from where I work. Wonderful staff and in amazing condition. I love the fact that the pool is a salt water pool and all though I've yet to use the grills or fire pit it's still very nice to have it at my leisure. I would highly recommend all my friends to move here!

Living at Station Square has been a great experience from the first time I entered the office. Not only was the office staff very accommodating but the monthly rent was very competitive with other much less desirable apartments that I had looked at in the area. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a new home.

The location of the complex is ideal. The office staff was very knowledgable and very friendly. The outside hallways are well lit and the grounds appear to be well taken care of. Availability of storage space is great and convenient. Works well to not have numbered parking spaces.

Beautiful apartments on the inside and out. Nice layout and very quiet neighborhood. The one month free rent was another great incentive to lease an apartment at The Station square at corner's corner. Customer service needs some work and I feel like i am bothering the office associates when I have questions or need help with something. I do not feel like they are approachable or willing to resolve issues I have in my apartment and during the moving process.

It's been great living here, the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The property is pretty well maintained aside from the front gate usually being out of order (but then they just open it so you don't have to struggle to get in), all in all it's been pretty great!

I started looking at Station Square, Apartments in 2014. I also looked at the apartments at celebrate Virginia at Central Park. I like the location of Station Square, Apartments much better! It is close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. I love the pool it's a great place to walk!

Everything has been great so far. This place has amazing and friendly staff as well as a wonderful community that I am proud to call home. It is such a beautiful apartment complex with the best amenities. I believe that this is somewhere I can see myself being for quite some time
