I have mobility issues, so the accessibility and layout of the community is great for me. We've mostly enjoyed living here. We love that it's quiet, safe, and super close to the highway. The main problems I have had are the trash & recycle area being inadequete for the amount of people living here, not enough maintenace on staff, cheap cabinets (the finish started coming off very quickly, and poor plowing when it snows.

I love this place already! The only thing I am not satisfied with is how small the water tank is. They installed big bath tubs with tiny water tanks so by the time is half full it freezing cold water coming out. Other than that everything that needed to be fixed

The apartments are nice . I actually love but there are two things that I do not like. There is no children's playground which is weird. And secondly, and possibly what makes me never want to recommend living at Station Square is the management at their leasing office. Some of their personnel are nice and treat people with respect. However, their assistant manager is terrible. She treats people awfully. And its a huge turn of. My lease ends soon and I will not renew. Sometimes being courteous to others go a long way. Hopefully she is repremended for treating people, who pay to live there, with some respect.

Aside from the noise from neighbors and when leaf blowing has to be done while I'm trying to sleep, I am generally satisfied with the community. People seem to be generally nice. My only safety concern is that nonmembers of the community seem to be following a lot of individuals through the gate. I've had people back up to get behind me to follow me through the gate. One day two small children had a key pass and were scanning everyone through the gate. No parents in site. I live in a gated community for a reason. Also, parking tends to be terrible. I know there are no designated spots for visitors, but it annoys me that a visitor is parking right in front of the complex and I'm having to park across the lot to walk.

We needed to rent an apartment after my husband passed away. This was the only one in the area where my daughter (who just lost her father) could keep her dog. Our furry friend is of a size (greater than 50 lbs) and breed (Shepard/collie mix) not welcome in most apartment communities. Although we pay an additional "pet rent" each month, the services provided are well worth it. The dog yard is spacious and supplies for cleaning up after our pet are always available there and throughout the community. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Maintenance service, when needed, is prompt, courteous, and efficient. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy access to shopping and local restaurants (fast food and sit down). I love the swimming pool. I love that there is a fire alarm for my individual apartment and another alarm that would sound in my apartment if there is a fire in another apartment in my building. Service team is very responsive.

It's been a pleasant experience an interaction with the apartment personnel. They have been very accommodating in terms of the office protocol with customers (me). Also, the apartment complex is definitely one to be adored with all the amenities that are offered.

Recently moved in, good neighborhood. Staff has been friendly. Apartment was clean upon move-in. Requested a few walls be painted, job was done fairly well but maintenance had to order a new paintbrush because he did not have any smaller ones in stock to get the hard to reach places. Will have to wait to have job completed.

Love my apartment and the staff too. They are very professional and friendly. Its a nice quiet community as well. These apartments are probably the nicest in the area and its in a great location. The only thing is that the apartments are a little pricey, but with that price you get good quality.

So far everything has been great. But I would like if the stairs and hallways would be pressure washed. They are badly stained on nearly every step the rent is high but I don't mind paying it cause everything else is beautiful including my apt.

A quiet full-service apartment community with excellent amenities. A dog-friendly community was important to me and dogs are very welcome here. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Having garages available is a big plus. Highly recommended.

This community has been very nice. The only downside is the noise from other neighbors. Especially when they have large dogs who run around and bark. Other than that the staff has been very friendly. I have been here almost a year and have never spoken to my neighbors more than a hello.

I love it here. Very quiet and geared towards adults not children. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is the gate, it doesn't always work, a individual code would be just as effective than a card to swipe, if you lose it there is a $50 charge associated with it.

It has all been really good. Julie was very helpful during our rental process. The grounds are kept up immaculately. It is always easy to get in and out of the gate. Our apt. faces the hospital and is next to Sheetz so the only thing we don't like is all the noise from the trucks.

Friendly staff; common areas well maintained. The staff was able to move us in 3 days earlier than expected which was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the office staff; they were just so professional and accommodating. Their customer service skills are A#1!

Great, everything is nice and clean. After a while the security gate gets annoying to deal with especially since the gate does not go all the way around the property, so its not really all that secure. The grills could use servicing and other then that I am happy.

I've been living at Station Square at Cosners' Corner for 3 months now and my family and I couldn't be happier. The apartment is nice and spacious. The few issues that we had with the apartment were solved promptly. All common areas are nice and neat. We feel very confy and safe here.

So far, everyone has been wonderful. They were very accommodating to the last minute lease requirements and had everything set up and ready. Since I was only in town for one day before having to leave for a week, they kindly allowed me to do a full walk through when I returned. The apartments are beautiful, as are the amenities. The walls are a bit thin, but nothing drastic.

I am so happy to have moved in Station Square. The flowers are so pretty, everything is clean. Also the people are more friendly. I feel I living in a resort, I made a good decision. The apartment design is open and have a nice distribution. I feel secure, with the control assess to the community.

On Tuesday August the 4th the broken garbage disposal and 2 missing kitchen lights were reported. Now on August the tenth they are still broken and have not yet been looked it. These are making functions in the kitchen very difficult for every day uses.

My wife and I have lived here for just over 10 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any maintenance problems are solved quickly. The area is handy to shopping and affords us a change to walk or swim for exercise in a safe environment.
