Its just fine and me and my son really enjoy being here more he like to be here like to spend time with his friends and the people here and also the houses are just right for me and my son thank you much

Everyone here is very polite. The office staff is very knowledgeable and the maintenance workers are very professional. Everyone is very friendly. Anytime I need something they are always on time everyone.

Es un lugar tranquilo, los departamentos espaciosos y relativamente econ?micos. Personalmente me queda muy cerca trabajo y a las tiendas de comida. Ahora que estan implementando el metro pues la estaci?n est? bastante cerca, ah y lo mas importante esta a menos de 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

my overall experience its wonderful. because I'm living with the excellent community and the staff. the environment its safe,clean, peace. Even i didn't feel as rating houses I felt like my own house. So keep up it!

It is great! a place to live but this time nothing changes in the houses or Appartments but the rent so going higher time to time, if the management reviews this issues its good. and no security systems.

It's a good community. Has a Great view and clean community. Have a good parking areas. I wish they could change the swimming pool water more often. Thank you that's all I would say about the apartment so far.

community is good and staff is nice and help people each other keep it up but some service please cleaning it wells and if parking space is limited for some community ,and home if it is possible every year renwal time ,just cleaning and gives for new home ,that will be good .

Dulles center apartment is a very nice place to live.The staffs are very the renterrequired maintainance they respond very quickly. The communities are very peaceful and it is very safe for kids.

Dallas home apartment is the good plase to live. Me and my family move is apartment 2015. When we start with the nice community, very good middle school ,high school , clean playgrund ,nearby groceries. Becouse of meny reason, me and my family we love this apartment.

This Apartment is Affordable, Pretty close to Convenient location, and Office staff are very respectful and responsive. So I strongly recommend whoever want to live peaceful mind ,and whoever want live close by Dulles international Airport, Grocery stores and State highways.....etc

I am interesting to live your apartment also around all this apartment community very sociable and there's no disturbance and helpful and the whole apartment manager very helpful. Also the apartment manager is always ready to help by any means

This community peaceful quick and also good staffing they're all classic security sector no problem I'll say this is the best community but now there are some mosquito and insects around the community so they need to be taken care of.

My stay at this apartment system has been one of happiness and great satisfaction.The rental officials are very professional and highly respectful in dealing with their residents.The apartments are very decent and affordable to low income earners within the society. I have never regretted my decision to rent an apartment at this community.Therefore, I will continue to live in this community until there is a need for me to leave.

It is great place coz it clean,quite the poeple in the ofice are very nice and they help me,everytime i need something. The apartment its very confurtable and the parking lot it easy to park. I hope stay like this and more poeple can enjoy this aparment. Thanks

I want to start by saying thank you to Mary Alice Ingles. She is very friendly and approachable. She helped us when we Move-In, during our stay and When Moving-out with extraordinary role. I had really a good experience for the last two years with Dulles Center Apartment.Management and all employee in the leasing office are very helpful. Safe neighborhood. Well maintained and peaceful community. Location is great, 5 minutes drive to Giant grocery, Dulles airport. And a short walking distance to silver Metro which will be deployed in near future. Very Peaceful and quite and Maintenance team has been very helpful. It is nice place for Kids. I moved-out just because i got Job in other state. If i get Job around these area definitely my first choice is Dulles center apartment.
