In this apartment all communities are good and friendly.It is safe and nice place for us and our kids .Our apartment area always clean ,green and attractive.All management and maintenance are good.I like My apartment.

I would like to say that I been in this neighborhood for a long time, and have experienced very happy memories. It is a well taken care of community, and I have always made sure not to disrespect at all. I have never had a bad experience with the any of the staff up until now. The manager is extremely rude and uses profanity with her residents, I couldn't believe how unprofessional this woman acts and the type of language she uses.

Although I'm not a resident but I think it is important to bring this to attention that it would be very convenient to mention the waiting list in your website. and as far as waiting list, i called last year (2018) and was told to wait 1 year and I'm being told the same thing after waiting a full year.

It is relatively a good community for living! However, there are minor issues that should be addressed. For instance, apartment utilities are old and energy inefficient- eg. washing machine, refrigerators...etc. They have impact on energy cost, maintenance and... they need to be replaced. And so on ...

Nice neighborhood safe, clean and Quite. Needs more parking GYM needs improvement plus basketball court . Mangment is very friendly especially Mari and Darlin .the maintenance staff very helpful.

This apartment has old bad things. The dish washer is in bad condition. The management don't do any upgrade, all they concern is constant raising of rental rate. Is a bad place to live. Poor and cheap things.

Nice neighborhood. Located extremely close to the airport, dining and shopping locations. The traffic is a bit much, but being so close to route 28 and the toll road makes travel very easy and decreases travel time.

Love the community and staff in the office gave me great service. Can't wait to refer friends to Dulles Center apts here in Herndon, VA . I'm now close to my job and friends from work. My daughters babysitter is close by.

I am very happy here. My kids love it too. School bus stops right at my window, my job is just a mile away, my school is also 15 to 20 mins alway. Most important that the environment is safe for my kids. Offfice staff and mentanance team are the Wounder

Its nice and safe community reason i lived here for about 12years both the office and maintenance staff are very friendly. Though the neighbors are okay i suggest those with kids should be given the first floor if available because they make a lot of noise banging on the wooden an opinion.

It is good community for living and working. However: the rise of rent from time to time is very high. For example last year it was increased by $96 and this year by 72 dollar.This is too much increase for people like me living in the apartment more than six years

It is a quite community, working family and friendly neighborhood. The apartment management is neat in every thing. You will get a first class maintenance service, mostly they show up in less than an hour after your call, and they do fix any problem you may have. All in all, I love this community so much. Really nothing to complain about in my mind.

I've lived in this community for 5 years. The people who run it are amazing! They are prompt, the neighborhood is quiet and has a nice sense of community! I have really enjoyed my time here, and don't plan on going anywhere any time soon!

I have been living for the last 3 years in this community. I am happy either the service they provide and the appointment also has good facilities like play ground and swimming pool. Etc. for children which make conveniences.
