The floor plans are very nice, the community it located very nicely. Office staff is very friendly. The pool and gym clean. The layout is quite unique. I look forward to living here. I have not moved in yet, but I look forward to it.

Packages lost multiple times, and parking situation terrible especially in bad weather. Completely ignored my email about not being able to park in my spot - forced me to buy my owl shovel and salt and work for hours on my parking spot I pay for so I can have access to my unit.

The Preserve at Scott's Addition is a great place to live if you want to be in the heart of Richmond with modern amenities and a strong community feel. The apartments are well-designed and maintained, and the location makes it easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it's a comfortable, convenient place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking to move to Scott's Addition.

Love it here! The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Maintenance is exceptional. Sometimes can hear apartments noise, needs better insulation to help with that. Overall I am very happy here and would recommend this apartment complex.

It's a great community in the heart of Scott's Addition. It is a safe and walkable area where you can reach just about everything you need. The apartment size is great value for what you spend. I've enjoyed every day live at The Preserve.

Since moving in my unit has needed a number of minor maintenance requests. Of the handful that we have had, nearly practically every single one has been responded to be the maintenance staff Andre. He has been absolutely wonderful in every way while working with us. Steelhead management is lucky to have him on staff.

Great location. It's pretty quiet for as large of a complex it is and its location. Staff are really helpful. So far, other residents have been friendly and polite. Pet policy is definitely a plus and for the most part, residents seem to respect the rules around pets in the building.

Loved the community, holding off on signing a lease closer to the end of our current lease, but hope that something is available that fits our needs in April. The one month free rent is fantastic I hope the deal is extended into March!

The community is well cleaned, convenient and except for the minimal parking, is very much a great place for young professionals and people in transition in their careers like myself. The staff is professional and friendly, and the community is quiet.

Convenient location. No pot smell, Clean. Valet trash service is a sweetheart deal. $30.00 a month for nothing. Need ability to opt out. Washer is subprime. Still doesn't dispense fabric softener. Dryer controls too high up for someone under 6 feet tall.

The leasing office manager Kaiyla has been a gem this entire process of moving in and leading up to move in. It's been a very smooth process! The apartment itself is very clean and the hallways and resident areas smell good which is a total plus!!

Always prompt courteous service from the Office Staff and the Maintenance Staff. A clean safe environment. Well kept grounds and common areas. I've lived here going on six years now and plan to continue to reside here.

I have had a great experience at the preserve. Clean community and friendly staff. I would recommend the preserve to a friend if they were looking to join a new community in Richmond! Very walkable to restaurants, breweries, parks etc.

I'm lovin it. Great property managers, amenities, community events, gym, fire pit, pool, pool table, clubhouse, barbecues & pizza oven, easy parking... the hip decor... what's more to say? My friends even love visiting me here and compliment the decision to move here.

Building has great amenities and is in a great location. I enjoy the pool, clubhouse area, and lots of space to lock up bikes. Maintenance requests are handled extremely quickly and professionally. Office staff are friendly and professional.

I've only lived here a week and it has been amazing! The management is great and I have had no problems. Maintenance and the front office have responded incredibly promptly and the building stays clean!

If this is your first apartment it is a decent place to start for sure. Otherwise save your money. They do have amenities but they don't make up for the problems at the property. I'd rather a clean space. The trash chutes are always clogged and backed up, it smells the trash in the building and per outside of the building. No one residents or management cleans up so poop just sits for days and no one ever cleans all the fake grass so you guessed it - it reaks of pee!! There's not enough parking spaces for residents?but it's a good location so that's all I got!

Apt shopping can be difficult. After 3 tours at other communities, my hunt was over after visiting The Preserve. 1 bedroom was brilliantly designed and spacious. I like the balcony and great location, amenities and value. All of the above are complimented by the professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. The reviews concur, Ana and Ashton, keep up the outstanding job. Truly looking forward to moving in next week!

Ana was so nice from the moment we walked in the door and was very attentive. Although the apartment we wanted was no available to view at that point she made sure to show us another one and ensure that we had videos of the unit we wanted!

Apartment is in a great location, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful and nice. Move in went smoothly and apartment layout is desirable. Nice having available street parking around the apt and walkable to museum district.

Although prices have gone up, the quality of life and ease of travel have made this an immeasurable experience so far. I feel that my voice is heard. My only complaint is the limited parking on premises, luckily there is additional parking available a block or two away.

The amenities are nice, although I would like to opt-out of the useless trash service. Parking can be tough if you don't have a preferred spot, but overall I am satisfied with living here. It is close to some wonderful spots to socialize and eat.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing. They respond so quickly to requests and have been incredible in answering any questions I may have. I haven't been here long, but I am genuinely impressed with and pleased by the apartments and the customer service I've received thus far.
