The Preserve is a wonderful location to live. It's easy to get around Downtown or hop on the highway to head out of town. The amenities are pretty good. Although the new gym doesn't have mirrors, which is odd. I always feel safe. The maintenance team is very responsive and wonderful. CONS: Packages are stolen occasionally and the staff has not found a solution. Parking is horrible. If you park after 5pm, there's a high chance you'll have to park 2-3 blocks away. They took away parking spots but built new apartment units- this doesn't add up. There are more cars but less spots to park.

I enjoy my time here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good community and staff that care. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful from the start and the community events allow for you to get to know others members of the community if you're new to the area. The biggest convenient are the gym in the facility and the gym across the street, to include the swimming pool for the summer time.

Leasing agent was great. She explained additional fees besides rent and options for parking, etc. The units are nice and the common areas were clean. Set up was a little confusing but I'm sure if you live there you'd become used to it.

They are always improving the community for future residents. I have had a few issues but they were taken care of quickly. The management is professional and fair. I would recommend this apartment complex.

We just moved in last week and so far the Preserve has been most excellent! The front office, leasing, and maintenance staff have all been very personable and communicative. We love our new apartment and are thrilled to be new residents of Scott's Addition!

Move in has been pretty bad. Lots of issues. Minimal work was done fixing up the apartment before I moved in. Broken door, window, dirty appliances, screws/nails in the wall, ceiling damage, water damage/discoloration, etc.

Everyone is so nice and the community is so clean and safe. I can't say enough good things about the staff they are awesome! The community is so quiet too! My fianc? and I love it so far. Our friends live in the founder building.

I moved here back in September and it has been great so far! No issues, great location. There are tons of restaurants walking distance. They have a great pool and a very helpful staff. The maintenance staff is quick to respond with any request.

Overall my experience has been great. This AC problem that is currently ongoing and the one time with new flooring have been my only complaints. flooring wasn't actually the buildings fault though because the floor people didn't tell them they needed another day, So can't fault them for that one. And I'm getting somewhat compensated for my AC troubles so all in all it's okay

N/A I've submitted two service requests?one to fix the ice maker in the clubhouse that's been broken for a year and one to fix the air conditioning in the lobby of the new building. Both are still broken.

Amazing front office - Jewel makes this community with her superior customer service and positive attitude. Carson is also very professional and responsive with any maintenance issues. Great team overall!

It's a great Community with lots of friendly people. The office staff is always super helpful and willing to bend over backwards for you anything you need. The apartments are spacious oh, and the amenities are great.

The location is great and the apartments are nice. The property management and maintenance teams are very responsive and helpful. The parking can sometimes be an issue and some residents are not always considerate of their neighbors.

I have only lived here a month now but I could immediately tell that the community is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The leasing office has been a breeze to work with and very helpful during my move in. I think the location is great for those who need the feel of a bustling area.

We love the Preserve! The community itself is very clean, dog-friendly, and everyone we have met so far has been incredible. The office staff is friendly and quickly responds and makes sure that the apartment is up to their standards.

Convenient location to downtown Richmond, shopping, and grocery stores. Easy access to the interstate and highway 95. local food and beverage establishment and outdoor activities nearby. Small community.

Moving into The Preserve at Scott's Addition from our last apartment was like night and day compared to before. We are absolutely elated about our new apartment and the process of moving in. We're so excited to be here!

The Preserve is different because it focuses on community rather than just being a place to stay. The staff is all supportive and events happen consistently. The facilities are high quality and safety is a priority.

So far it's great! The staff is incredibly helpful and timely on responding to questions and requests. The maintenance staff is quick to address issues as well, willing to answer additional questions and ensure that all issues are resolved.

I love it here! The amenities are awesome and so is the location! I love that they allowe dogs and provide clean up stations in many locations. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our future here :)

So far so good! We just moved in, and while there were a few cleaning issues upon move in, the office staff has been amazing in getting everything resolved as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home thus far! :)

The office staff is very helpful. The amenities are great: pool, work out room, gas grill, common areas. The grounds are clean. The maintenance staff is helpful and prompt. The neighborhood is filled with fun restaurants and breweries.

For the price per month the overall experience was not equivalent. Paper thin walls, sporadic/ minimum parking and a towing service that runs employees around with flashlights to pick cars without passes. The gym is less than a $1900 a month check is worth. $12-1400 would be applicable.

They hold community events which is nice and lots of amenities. The volume may get loud if you are by the pool but the people seem fun and friendly. I haven't met any friends yet because I'm still buying things for my apartment but there looks like plenty of opportunities around here, great location!

I love it! The staff is so nice and they actually get to know you. The amenities are great. The events they throw are so fun. Girl Scout cookie and wine pairing?? Who wouldn't love that. My one complaint is that the club house isn't very sound proof and sometimes just playing pool disturbs the neighbors
