It's been very welcoming thus far. Everyone has been amazing and very polite. Moving is never fun but this has been an easy transition and I look forward to living here for years to come. The complex is very clean and spacious. Perfect for a young professional.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I absolutely love this place! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the modern design and spacious layout. The natural light pouring in through the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is a dream, equipped with all the necessary appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. I appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the ample storage and sleek finishes. The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends, and the bedroom is a cozy retreat with a comfortable vibe. The bathroom is well-appointed, with modern fixtures and plenty of storage. The building's amenities are a definite highlight?there's a lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views, a well-equipped gym, and a friendly community of residents. The location is also fantastic?it's close to public transport, shops, and parks, making everything easily accessible. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It truly feels like home, and I'm excited to make many more memories here!

So far it has been great. The appliances are all new and look great! The apartment was very clean and ready for move in. The outside area is beautiful. We look forward to spending our time here and being in the city. Very dog friendly, was challenging to find a place to allow pit bulls but here was not a problem at all. The management company and sister apartments all seem great with amazing amenities and updated units.

Nice community members. Confusion with move in, but staff were incredibly accommodating. Some move in carts would help. Overall nice facility. Gym is nice and kept updated. Pool is nice and community facilities

Place looks great. The associate was amazing. The apartment looks spacious and airy to live in. The windows and the balcony make the space worth along with big washroom and closet spaces to adorn the bedrooms.

Everything in this community has been handled efficiently. We've loved living here. The events have been fun. It's been enjoyable especially as a young couple. There is so much to do within walking distance!

My experience here has been great. Awesome staff interactions. My downside is the apartment itself. It's small, overpriced, and there's a lack of natural light that causes one to go stir crazy. It may be good for someone who doesn't have a lot, but be mindful of the things you buy as your lease goes on. You will not have room to store them.

So far I have loved every second of my time here at the scout. I picked this place out of all the other scout addition luxury apartments because the management team is AMAZING. They clearly love what they do and are beyond responsive and welcoming

This is in an up and coming location in Scott's Addition. I'm very happy with the location of the building, and I think the area will continue to grow and get better. Currently there is a lot of construction, but it is near a short walking trail and the museums. However, the apartments are very cheaply built and not worth the value. You can hear everything in the apartments next to you and above you. There are marks on the floors and walls, elevators look like they are falling apart, the front of the building smells like trash, and it is overall low quality. The technology for the keys and AC are finicky. There isn't really parking available unless you rent a spot, which they told me I could do and then put me on a waitlist. No parking for guests without parking on a nearby street (about three minute walk). The package room is a mess and I send my things elsewhere. Leasing agent and maintenance worker are very helpful.

I enjoy living here. It is quiet, the staff is friendly, the Fitness Center has quality equipment and is secure. The parking is not covered and the spaces are a little tight. Also, I do not believe they have any charging for electric vehicles. Overall, it is a good place to live.

So far everything has been fine except for lack of parking. I have a parking spot now but I was towed twice from two different areas in a week. I wish there was a map to show which areas around are safe to park in and not just saying side streets.

Good experience so far. Only minor maintenance issues and maintenance staff has been very quick to respond/address issues. Only problem remains with the dishwasher not drying the dishes appropriately. Appreciate the welcomeness of the leasing staff.

Since our tour date the Scout has been absolutely wonderful! The management is kind and we feel very well taken care of anytime we need anything. The atmosphere at Scout is warm and inviting! We look forward to the many events that take place with in the community here! We are so happy we decided on Scout to be our home!

So far so good! Staff are really friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and the facilities are great. We've only been here a handful of months, but I'd definitely recommend!

I love it I love the balcony view the city view the club house I love stores are walking distance and I also love the washer and dryer. Oh that you can unlock your door with your phone. The grocery store next door.

This is by far the best apartment community I've ever lived in. Not only do I feel icredibly safe every day and night, the staff in the office is incredibly kind and accommodating. I sincerely can't recommend The Scout enough. I look forward to renewing my lease for at least a few more years.

I really like my apartment here at The Scout. The finishes are modern, and the closet space is great! The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and are always promptly responsive to any issues the arise.

Don't move here. High crime area, dog poop and vomit everywhere, and management is careless, incompetent, and inactive. Cars in the paid parking lot are broken into constantly, homeless people break into the building, people run through after shootings.

I love living at the Scout! We are within walking distance to almost everything in Scotts Addition, it is perfect for pets with many grassy areas outside the building, and the team is always hosting fun resident events. Every staff member I have worked with has also been super helpful!

By far the happiest I've ever been living in a community here in Richmond. The grounds are gorgeous, ditto for the apartment; the amenities alone are worth the price of admission, the staff is friendly and consistently helpful, and the location is priceless.

I have loved living at the Scout. The amenities are awesome, and the leasing staff is so helpful and AMAZING. The maintenance staff is great too. They always finish my service requests promptly. I am renewing, because I love living here so much!

I just moved in here and have been very satisfied so far. The application and move-in process was very easy, and the leasing specialist (Cayce) has been very helpful. The apartment seems like it is brand new and the unit and amenities look great. I am excited to live here.
