Quiet and Well Mannered

Moved into Covina Palms in August 2022. Have not had any major problems and with little things maintenance is quick to resolve. It is very quiet especially at night, feels secure, and clean. The manager, Gabriella, is really nice and always available for any concerns. They have an Amazon locker and even with regular packages I've never had any issues. Our apartment feels spacious for a 1 bedroom in this area and it's newly remodeled, we lucked out! Highly recommend.

Home sweet home

Let me start out with ... I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is a true place that I can call home. Gabriela who is the property mgr is a true blessing to this complex. She goes above n beyond to make sure ur are taken care of. She made the transition for my husband n I extremely smooth. Aside from the beautiful landscape, the sparkling pools n being pet friendly.....this is my true home sweet home. Thank you Gabriela for all that u do. Your are truly amazing ??

Lovely Property

Had the pleasure of being helped by Samantha. Very attentive and friendly.I scheduled a tour to see if I would like the apartment and the community. I was extremely satisfied with how the property is kept. Very quiet and above all clean!! The apartment size is the biggest I have seen and for such a great rental price. I hope to have the opportunity to call Covina Palms my home.

Muy contenta en estos apartamentos, la verdad es k e vivido en otros lugares e indiscutiblemente aquí me siento muy tranquila en todos los sentidos, muy limpios con muy buen servicio y atención en todo lugar, sin problemas de basura, agua, mucho orden y la manager Gaby Linares es muy atenta y amable , me ha dado atención inmediata a las pocas necesidades k se m han presentado de inmediato, por lo que no dudó en recomendarles que si buscan una opción para vivir cómodos y tranquilos, COVINA PALMS es una muy buena opción, gracias Gaby x tus atenciones mi alfombra y piso quedaron geniales

My family and I moved here about 4 months ago and we love it! Gabby was VERY helpful from the application process till now. Any questions we had she answered right away and was very knowledgeable. She treats my family like her own and makes everybody feel welcomed and at home. Raul the maintenance guy is great too! Always willing to help in a heartbeat anytime we have had any issues Raul and gabby took care of it asap. The property is always really well maintained and is kept clean. If I could give gabby and raul more stars I would. Overall my family and I couldnt be happier, we appreciate everything the staff at covina palms does for us as residents. I came in to tour and Gabriela the Manager was very attentive she showed me a one bedroom apartment that was quite big. I am definitely bringing back an application for sure. The apartment size is perfect and location is great!! love it.

I have been living here since 2018, whenever there is a problem with the community Gabriela does what she can to help with the situation and takes care of the problem. My apartment had a plumbing issue and she and the maintenance man came right away ro repair the problem. I am very happy to live here.

I love these apartments because they are awesome and I love using the pool during the summer. The manager is very kind and has a great personality. I feel safe living in here. The service os great, I can see how much the people that work here enjoy helping us with the things we need.

I was just in the laundry room of this community and I love that she has a bench for Residents to sit on. Also the Community is Clean, and the grounds are well kept. I have a feeling of safety when I walk around the area.

I visited Covina Palms Apartments and saw a 1 bedroom floorplan. They are huge a lot of space. The grounds are kept clean, the buildings are very nice, and people are saying to me as I walk out, "you are gonna love living here". That was a very good thing to say, so I defenately recommend this apartments to anyone interested.

I live here since 2016. Rooms are very comfy, the manager is great and neighbors are really friendly. When I have a problem the manager and the staff resolved it almost inmediatly. I feel happy and secure at Covina Palms
