Nice apartments

These apartments are great apartments, Rosa showed me how each apartment has their own designated parking spot, some buildings have pools, etc.. once my boyfriend and I went back into the office Crystal assisted me with the application and everything I needed to submit my application for the studio. Liviu was very polite as well, definitely felt welcoming

I was looking for a 2 bedroom, unfortunately there was not any available however; I toured with Crystal, very professional and welcoming to this property. Liviu and Rosa are very kind, once a 2 bedroom Opens up I will definitely submit my application. Loved the pools, bbq area, and assigned parking. Cannot wait. Thanks!!

No issues living here

I’ve been living here for over 3 years and I’ve never had any issues. Maybe someone parked in my parking but always a lovely community. Leasing staff Rosa , Liviu and Crystal are simply the best at what they do. They always answer the phone, and take ownership of their job. Absolutely would reccomend this lave to live.

Just moved in

I absolutely love this apartment, I moved in last week. Liviu and Crystal helped me with everything, and the process was fairly easy however very professional. I love the fact that they speak Spanish in the office Rosa is an amazing translator and great on her work ethic

This property is so Convenient for me. The freeway is about three minutes away from me. There’s a gas station right next-door so convenient. I absolutely love it here. I definitely love the space in my apartment. I love how this community is so quiet and calm. My application was received by Rosa and Liviu. I can honestly say they are an amazing team Crystal, shine Bright and helping me get this apartment and making sure everything was smooth with my application process and my move-in. I definitely recommend this apartment community to everyone who is trying to move into a calm convenient community thank you, PALM GATE .

I recently moved into Palm Gate, I absolutely loved my apt since I first toured it with Crystal. Parking is great, I have my own parking which is a good amenity since I don't have to struggle looking for parking. Liviu and Rosa were also very helpful in managing they maintenance guys to make sure the apartment was done on time.

I had been searching for an apartment for the past 3-5 months and I FINALLY found the perfect place!! Crystal really helped me through this process of applying and making the process very easy, she is knowledgeable, outshining and, professional. Such a fantastic experience

My boyfriend and I moved into palm gate apartments, our experience was spectacular we were looking for a welcoming building complex, we were lucky enough to find palm gate apartments, Crystal really helped us with our entire process she shines bright in her customer service!! Amazing customer service

I scheduled a tour through the phone and spoke with Crystal, she was so helpful and answer many of my questions also was very interested in assisting me with my tour and application process, tremendously thankful for the fact that it is so easy to get in touch with the management at Palm Gate. Love it here

I have a living in this property for about two years. At first I was a little hesitant, as I had never lived in this part of town before. But I do have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This property in particular is so close to everything. Conveniently located right off the freeway. The management team is great. Rosa was our first point of contact. and showed us around the property, she also moved us in and helped us so much from telling us where to get my pet license and giving us information for the nearest schools. Liviu and crystal are also very helpful and friendly. Overall awesome office staff and great maintenance team.. I’m a Happy resident.. !
