I have not moved in yet but I am very interested to move in. I requested information and the same day Maggie Sosa called me and email me information & pics. Just looking at the pics it seems very nice, clean and nice managed. I believe just by a call, email & pics I am very enthusiastic to move in. I am moving from Atlanta. She really seem to care about the customers, and she describe the property with excitement and assurance. I am very excited, if that is how I feel not moving yet how much better it will be as soon as I move in and meeting all Management staff. I already scheduled a tour for sunday because i work, otherwise I would of been there today. I am very interested to move in already. The negative remarks seems to be by people that are asked to move out, or they don't follow rules! All other comments are long lasting customers very satisfied. Milo

I lived in Palm Gate Aparments since 14 years ago. I m happy because this property has a new manager since three months ago. The new management staff is professional; they always try to help tenants. Since three months ago the property looks cleaner, the pools are always clean, the playground is new, and also they have a new picnic area. Definitely I recommend everybody to live in this property.

I JUST MOVED IN 3MONTHS AGO, I AM VERY SATISFIED! THE MANAGEMENT STAFF VERY NICE, PROPERTY LOOKS & FEELS NEW! JUST YESTERDAY THE 2 MANAGERS WERE WALKING THE PROPERTY AT NIGHT, THAT CONFIRMED THEY CARE FOR THIS PROPERTY. PARKING IS UNDER CONTROL NOW, VERY HAPPY!!. I DO RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO MOVE IN. I AM A RETURNING TENANT AFTER 5YRS:)

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NICE & SAFE PLACE TO LIVE LOOK ELSE WHERE ! IT MAY LOOK ALL NICE & PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE , BUT WHEN YOU MOVE IN , YOUR APARTMENT WILL FALL APART. WE HAVE ROACHES THAT WON'T GO AWAY , WE HAVE MOLD ( BLACK MOLD ) GROWING IN THE BATHROOM & PLAN ON IT BEING MONTHS BEFORE THE REPAIR ANYTHING & WHEN THEY DO REPAIR IT PLAN ON IT LASTING ONLY A MONTH OR 2. ARE APARTMENT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO . AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW MANAGEMENT & NOW YOU HAVE ONE PARKING SPACE & SHOULD YOU NEED ANOTHER YOU HAVE TO PAY $25.00 EXTRA .& NOW WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A BBQ OR EVEN TO HAVE A DAMM PLANT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR ! YET KIDS CAN SCREAM , YOU SEE DOG POOP EVERYWHERE THERE ARE GANG MEMBERS HANGING OUT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT , PEOPLE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART & YET THEY ARE BITCHING ABOUT SOME FLOWERS IN A POT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR .. THEY ARE ALWAYS POSTING LETTERS ON YOUR DOOR SAYING IF THERE ARE ITEMS SUCH AS PLANTS BBQ'S OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR , THAT THEY ( MANAGEMENT ) WILL COME & THROW THEM OUT ... good apartment home

I have not had any issues with my apartment . I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my girl and work orders have been on time. The guys are nice and professional.The only issue are people who do not pay their rent and are the ones that are writing negative reviews. if it was so bad then why are you living here?I was approach to write a bad one for a lady who always has her kids unattended and I see the office staff talk to her and bring it to her attention. Lady Watch your kids follow the rules if not then move out and let us live in peace. Beside that instance it is a good apartments.They did have some construction but they gave us notice and they are done .New and better place.

I moved in this year and "I LOVE IT"!!! My family feels safe, we enjoy the gathering the staff makes for us residents. My apartment is a 2 bedroom and its very large. I have referred family members and friends Thank you Palm Gate Management Staff for loving our new home=)

welcome to Palm Nightmare

you will love there roach infested insect community,as well as bites with no extra charge.Houdlims and druggies r plentiful,and u will enjoy the gritty,harsh,icy,drug cartel feel of the office staff sure to make u and your whole family feel right at home.Please dont be shy u will find lots of parking here and once u pay for your assigned spot i have heard of poeple getting towed. Still want more? u will be constantly bombarted with the echoes of the handymens radios going off all around u with the idiotic voices of your icy staff in the backround ,like your in a residential jail ya!!! there that friggin stupid,along with the constant pieces of paper they stick to your door notice of this, notice of thaaaaat,were doing thiiiiiis.Im telling u your gonna love it.

worst apartments to live in

hate this apartments i should of read the reviews first before moving in.since i move in to my two bed apt i have been struggling with parking its hard to look for parking only one assign parking space.peoples car getting towed away,roach infestation in every building construction every day cant not be park in assigned space or towed away they new management sucks --- they always blame it on corporate of the new changes they make, and they give u such a hard time doing the applications they require to much information like if your applying for a job or something.. don't be fooled by there appearance sure the appt look nice but wait until u move in then u will regret it as soon as my leas is over i am moving out of here... p.s if u want to do laundry it will be a pain in the butt be-cus they are always broken and they take months to fix them..

NOt kids friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THe place its really bad I have live here for 7 years but the place have not improve its not insulated so is hot in summer and freezing in winters,the bathrooms have to be fix all the time.THe managers care more about the place looking good from the outside instead of the needs of the people living here.They constanly complain about the kids but pay no atttention to the gang problem.KIds are not allowed to play anywhere but the playground but its full of sand and cat pooo,glass and trash .when ever we have ask to fix it all they do is throw sand in top of it.They have money to fix the office and outside but can not affort to fix the playground!!!!!!!KIds can not even play ball but adults are allowed to smoke outside and not only cigarrets!!!!!THe laundry rooms smell like peee!!!ANd the managers are mean DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS !!!!!I am already looking for another place to live and they just change the managers but they are still mean people!!!!!

horrible experience

Worst place to live !!! They run " background checks" but yet cars get stolen from are parking space witch only people whit control have access ?? New management is horrible.. every time u ask to talk to joanna she's to busy or she doesn't care .. wait doesn't shoe has a job thanks to people that leave here n pay rent she should be helpful not be arrogant because her title is only that she a worker just like everyone else and she should take care of job ..

NIGHTMARE .................

WE CAME & LOOKED AT THE APARTMENT & THEY SOLD OT TO US AS A FAMILY COMMUNITY ! IT WAS CLEAN & QUITE ! SO WE DECIDE TO MOVE IN , WE HAD ONLY BEEN LESS THEN A MONTH & ARE APARTMENT GOT BROKEN IN TO , WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE DEPT , THE COP DID NOT SEEM SURPRISED , " TELLING ME THERE IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS HERE ", AT NIGHT WE SAW GANG MEMBERS OUT FRONT SMOKING WEED , I WAS AFRAID TO GO OUTSIDE AT NIGHT , THEY HAD SECURITY , WHO ALSO WOULD HANG OUT WITH THE GANG MEMBER INSTEAD OF DOING HIS JOB . MANAGEMENT DID'NT SEEM TO CARE OR TAKE STEPS TO MAKE US FEEL SAFE & COMFERTABLE ! WE HAD MOLD GROWING THRU OUT THE BATHROOM , ARE BATHROOM HAD BEEN " FIXED " 5 TIMES & THE PROBLEM NEVER WENT AWAY ! I WISHED I HAD KNOW MORE ABOUT THE COMMUNITIY BEFORE MOVING INTO IT !

I stayed in palm gate for 5 years and me and my children loved it there, we never had any problems there and we never had any problems with our apt we really liked r apt. no roaches and maintenance would fix any problem that we would have and if i ever move out of my house we would go back 2 live there,and they like the schools they very great also, and my kids every year seen santa and he would give them gifts to all the kids in the apts. and my children love the swimming pools they learned how to swim there and anywhere else we have gone they never treated us like that.

My friend and her husband use to live there, the complex isnt bad but the people that are in the area thats another story! my car got towed there when I visited for an hour, the apartment was also robbed, gang territory and tweakers or gang bangin tweakers! its not the apartment but the community!!!

A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!

PALM GATE IS A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME. THE PROPERTY OFFERS WONDERFUL AMENITIES AND GREAT SERVICE. THE PAST 9 YEARS I'VE ONLY SEEN THE PROPERTY IMPROVE. THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT VERY CLEAN AS THEY HAVE A CREW THAT TAKE CARE OF THE BEAUTIFCATION DAILY. THEY OFFER COURTESY PATROL AND THE 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND SPEEDY. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE RENTS ARE AFFORDABLE AND THE MOVE IN SPECIALS ARE GREAT. THEY ALSO OFFER MONTHLY SOCIAL EVENTS THAT UNITE THE COMMUNITY. worse then the county jail

i whent to see an apartment there and it was so so horrible .... my borther lived there for a 1 year because of the contract ...they broke into his car and stole his wife bikini frm his window the pools and clean thats one think .. its worse the the county jail in there .... example the projects of south gate. the person in charge of showing the apartment big time chola...not a good location for kids.... oh yeah the stole my nephews bike ,... and the people cleanning where sitting by the pool looking and the kids ...perves.......

lived here for almost a year there are roaches and rats. the pool s are dirty as hell there are condoms in the parking lots mustafa the manager is a terrorist he has an understanding with the tow company they will tow your car with a permit or not from your own parking spot and charge you $277.56 for get in your car from the impound lot.the are kids smoking drug in the parking lot lots of fights and theft of property and Vehicle Vandalism. i called the office because the carpet smelled really bad Mustafa and his assitant come over mustafa stepped in said he could not smell any thing but the assitant gaged at the door.they said they would change the carpet.2 weeks later i gave them my month notice and they said they would change the carpet 1 week after i left they still took my deposit for a carpet cleaning please dont put yourself thru this

hell to the mother effing no!

first of all, there is meldow in the bathroom that always gets repainted instead of actually disenfecting the walls. the faucets leak even after a couple of days theu are "repaired". The police love to visit atleast once a week. to top it off, it is a year lease! stuck in a hell hole for 12 months! No thanks.. ps the washers never work nor do the pools

the roaches are horrible! the kids are loud. the place is a mess! the pools are digusting! they never open them , and you cant even get in if you dont have a bathing suit...but some people are embarrassed to wear a bathing suit because their a little chubby! and thats mean. dont ever live here!

The roaches in the apartments are horrible. They crawl up in your bed, they are in the shower, I would not even eat food or anything while I lived there. I called every single day about the roaches, they would just come and spray of course you know that didn't help. I contacted the health department and they came and inspected, they have been fined on privous occasions and they were fined again. The recommendation was for them to be bombed but of course they didn't. When I moved out they kept my deposit for painting the only reason they had to paint and clean the carpets was because of the roaches and the spray that was all over the walls.
