I lived in the community for 2 years. Staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions/issues. The neighborhood is great, no concerns with safety and love being so close to the park. My apartment was up to date and maintenance would come quickly whenever an issue arose (which wasn't often). The building amenities are great, we love the gym and the roof deck.

On a walk through the Cheeseman Park neighborhood I saw the Leasing Office sign and impulsively dropped in to get some information. The Assistant Community Manager was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to not only provide a tour, but answered all of my questions.

Incredible and beautiful building. Fantastic amenities and the touches in the individual units are amazing. Even an unrenovated unit is head and shoulders above other newer units in Denver. Five Stars for Attila ? The King of Maintenance! Attila is hands down the best maintenance professional I've ever encountered. Every time something needs fixing, I hope it's him who shows up. He's incredibly competent, professional, and thorough. Not only does he fix things properly the first time, but he also takes the time to explain what went wrong, how he's addressing it, and how to prevent future issues. He's generous with helpful tips and little tricks that actually make a difference in daily apartment life. Attila is clear, respectful, and consistently brings a sense of calm and confidence to every repair. His knowledge shows, and he genuinely cares about doing things right. I honestly don't trust anyone else from the maintenance team the way I trust him. He sets a high bar. If every building had an Attila, apartment living would be a dream. The Griffis Cheeseman team does an excellent job maintaining and securing the property and responding to resident needs. On top of that, their maintenance staff responds to all requests that same day (they are also wonderful people and my dog's favorites).

It's been okay. Many community events are scheduled during the day during the work week. Apartment quality does not match the rent price. We pay around $3800 in total with parking and we are finding there is better value out there. The alliances are fairly low quality along with flooring and appliances

The cleanest and safest community I've been a part of. The location is perfect and the apartments are maintained very well. It is also extremely quiet, but social community. All the events are well thought out and the new renovations look great.

I have been a tenant with Griffis Cheesman park and the Amaranth for 7 years. I have loved the building and neighborhood, but things have changed a lot since Griffis took over. First, they are using the Realpage rent software that have many lawsuits and the DOJ is investigating the breach of anti trust and collusion. Rents were flat even though I received over a 6% increase on my apt. The remodel was done cheaply and they are charging a premium for it. The management places the burden on the tenant to call the trash vendor when my trash continuously doesn't get picked up. No customer service as the issue continues. I am not renewing my lease and they don't care if a tenant has never been late and takes care of their unit. I would look for a building that doesn't use Realpage and cares about their tenants.

The staff is what is great at this building. Not really a fan of Griffis, feel like they don't care about residents only about the money, yes I know thats the business to make money, but we feel they do things unnecessarily to squeeze it all out.
