I love living here! I love the location and can walk at Cheeseman Park as well as to many other coffee shops, etc. I love that it backs up to the Botanical Garden and find myself there all summer. ..

My wife and I worked with Eric to tour the property and potential apartments available. We ended up pursuing another property simply due to needing a larger floor plan (3 bdrm), but our experience with Eric almost convinced us to go with Griffis. He is outstanding, to say the least! I really like living here, so much so that I do not want to move out although I can barely afford the high rent. The staffs are very accessible and they are just wonderful humans. I have not experienced any big issue in the past four months I lived in this apartment and I know this is rare.

This is a wonderful location next on the same block as the Denver Botanic Gardens. Great walking area also close to Cheeseman Park. Plenty of dog walking opportunities. Apartment is very pet friendly with free dog biscuits in the lobby.

I have always loved the design of the building and the fact that it doesn't look like an apt building. I wish the building was kept up better. Cleaning could be much better. i think the ground look much better but i do not like the cheap fake plants and patio furniture benches they put in the elevator landings. I do like the pictures on the wall. I really wish there were more adult happy hours up on the deck.

Staff has always been very helpful and courteous. Office staff is willing to answer questions regarding the facility and the surrounding community. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. Maintenance staff is considerate, quick, and cleans up when done so there is no trace of work being done in the apartment.

I have shortlisted this community as one of my final choices to consider for my move. I will be moving in the next 60 days. The location and amenities of this were top notch - the lack of a pool did not concern me.

I relocated to Denver in spring of 2022 and the entire team has been so helpful throughout my move. The team helped me find the best apartment home, assisted with moving and deliveries. The maintenance team is excellent, knowledgeable and responsive. I love living here because it is so well run.

The upkeep and appearance of the common areas of the building have improved since Griffis took ownership. They have replaced the locking system, hallway carpets and lighting, outdoor furniture and the gardens, and have been quick to respond to maintenance issues in my apartment. They seem to be serious about running a smooth and efficient building, and responding to tenants' needs.

I'm so happy I live at Griffis Cheesman Park. Everything is well run and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location could not be more perfect - beautiful, safe, and surrounded by parks. It's been a great experience so far!

I love living here. Maintenance takes care of us and the front desk is always willing to help with any quedtiond or requests. Not to mention, its probably the best location in the city. I moved in in Jan and hope to be here a while

I am very happy living at the cheesman griffis community. It is a clean well maintained apartment. The community is friendly the staff is responsive, polite and efficient. The maintenance staff is always fast to respond. They are efficient and so pleasant to work with

Theft, Scandal, Yelling at Tenants, Threatening to call the Police against tenants when the Tenant refuses to communicate with said person(nel), Computer tracking on Tenants personal computer, staff threatening other staff, plagiarism of tenants literary writings, how 'Soap Opera' can you be if you work on it? Loose living produce shavings of skin, so make sure we remain as Tenants, otherwise Freedom of Speech cuts deep, but Griffis Residential finds treasure with some gems, but not those who are more of a plastic personality as a Robot or a hateful woman to the quiet, but as I have a quiet typed response, I carry my big pencil pack. Do notlet their borrowed character fool you, the office staff are finicky cats with a secret, they have support of their lack of character as the support staff in Housekeeping spies like they do without regard to who is thrown out by the staff, either by their hatred or by their lies. As for the Maintenance Team, the Landing Co., and Griffis Company, and the associative Security, and Trash pickup Company, Landscaping, all good, gteat to see them. I like their result of a hard day's work, THEY are the real backbone and strength of community and Griffis, I applaud the real talent of business, the Maintaining Maintenance Team!!!!

Dog friendly community, parking garage, neighborhood has large/mature trees that provide a canopy of shade in the summer. I like that there is a coffee machine in the lobby if you don't feel like making or buying your own. It's not the highest quality, but does the job. Hot tub on the roof with fantastic view of the mountains and Wi-Fi. A gym with everything you need and a separate yoga studio

Clean and solid apartment with a cozy home-like atmosphere, big windows, comfortable temperature, working design with simple "at home" utilization of space to complete the apartment as a spacious and well designed area to live. Many electrical outlets in this newer apartment to be available for the many uses and solid floors to create. Well thought of placement of space and lovely interior with deep closet and cabinet storage. Actual cost is comparable economically and the place is well kept as many mansions and great opportunities for workouts in the training and exercise rooms. Lobby, "Club House" and overall, well designed architecture and well displayed furniture to share as a good community. Pets are welcome and share with their "owner families" as our community neighbors. Well informed staff and maintenance. Can't go wrong with such gifted maintenance, everything works or they are just a call away. Security is good with a watchful eye and a good rapport with the police and 911 services, and neighborhood is safe, all around, mostly. Many good "hellos and hi's" and "hand waves and smiles" and "respectful pets (dogs)" in our community.

There were some hiccups with the new management coming in. I also wasn't a huge fan of the forced packaging service and there were complications at the beginning when that service started. However with time I think management has done a decent job of addressing issues since.

I think it's beautiful, but there's not much of a sense of community. I was also annoyed for a bit when they forced Fetch on us, although now it seems we have the option to not use it, which is great. They also threw away the gym's yoga mats and never replaced them,

Since Griffis management took over, there have been some minor improvements but mostly inexcusable gross management incompetence mixed with greed. The front office staff is generally nice and friendly, but that doesn't cover up the neglect and mismanagement. First major issue, Griffis engaged with Fetch to receive our packages to lessen the burden on management staff. Fetch is a company well known for gross incompetence already (just search them online). Since they were instated here, I and many others have had packages lost, multiple boxes of wine ruined, and have been inappropriately delivered other people's packages from other apartment buildings on the other side of Denver! Fetch and Griffis have sent multiple apology messages about all the ongoing problems (see pics). Yet Griffis' greed in not having to mess with the tons of packages people get (in the work from home Covid era) is revealed by their insistence on continuing to force this service on us. Next, Griffis had garage light installs done without having us move our cars. Many of the replacements took place directly over people's cars including my Lexus. My car had junk from the install all over it; but worse, my car was damaged in this process. Griffis is dragging their feet dealing with this issue because they stated they had a company outing last week (not sure what the excuse this week is). I am certain if any of the individuals who work for Griffis had their car damaged, they would want an immediate resolution like I do. Finally, my bike locked in the garage was stripped of expensive parts last week. Another bike was completely stolen the same night. Since Covid there have been an extraordinary number of bike thefts in this building. What's odd is management never tells anyone so no one here really knows the extent of theft in this "luxury" apartment complex. What is truly incomprehensible and incompetent is that management does nothing to improve security here (we used to have walk-through night security ages ago) nor have they installed cameras so that they can catch the guys who know they can repeatedly steal bikes here and not get caught. What legitimate management company would be so negligent to ignore the security flaws in the garage and building and let this keep happening? All of these issues started with Griffis. Things are not well here anymore. Be wary.

Lived here for a year and a half. Apartments are nice and modern. The location near Cheesman is the best. I cannot stand the fact that the new management company switched to fetch for packages when the package Area functioned perfectly fine before. What a dumb “benefit”. Glad my lease is ending.

Great building with lots of nice amenities. The management company is new as of September 2021, so still waiting to see how things progress. Of note, they recently added the Fetch package service which has been meh so far, look up the yelp reviews for Fetch before signing.

I lived at the Amaranth for 1 year beginning in November 2019. The 1BR 1BA apartment was sufficient--though surprisingly cheap in its finishes: bubbling laminate flooring and kitchen shelving not properly secured. Once that very kitchen shelving decided to give out, collapsing on top of me and shattering all of our glassware. Despite fixing all of these issues, deep cleaning the apartment and filling any small holes in the wall leaving the space cleaner and nicer than my move in date, I did not receive a full security deposit back. During the pandemic, all the amenities of the building were of course shut down--but as residents we sure as hell still paid for them--no discount for the lack of access to the gym that's been worked into your monthly rent. Management made sure to send out reminders during the peak of covid to pay rent on time or risk eviction. This building is run by people who will squeeze everything out of their tenants while doing the absolute bare minimum. The janitorial and maintenance staff at this building was great. During the 1 year stay I put in orders for several of the light bulbs to be replaced multiple times (cheap faulty wiring? cheap bulbs? who knows?) and the staff worked quickly and professionally to care for the issues. The management company is 100% scum. I wouldn't recommend long term living.

What can I say about the Amartanth? I absolutely loved living there. The neighborhood is fantastic. the community is great and very friendly. It was my first apartment in Denver, and I feel like any other place will be a let down in comparison. If the circumstances were different I would have never moved. You do not realize until you have to move, what great community and neighborhood brings to your living experience. And Amaranth delivers above and beyuond in those 2 aspects of finding a dwelling place.

Take a look at the dates when reading reviews. There have been multiple management changes over the past couple years, each team progressively less helpful. I've found cocaine in the lobby multiple times, urine and feces in common areas multiple times a week and dog fights every week. Management does not keep it's word and folks living here are so frustrated. Keep looking- you can for sure find better. I mean a one bedroom here is like $2K- does it make sense to you that the problems I've mentioned come with that price tag?
