Super well maintained and the staff is amazing!!
The entire building is so well kept, and the staff is so friendly and excited to help no matter how big or small. Even the tenants are nice and friendly, feels more like a home community then just another apartment complex.

Great Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of touring this community and I was very impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that the management team puts into maintaining the grounds. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities seemed awesome. What really stood out to me, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The team was super knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you!

I loved this place when I first moved in. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. As office staff turned over, no more community events (outside of working hours), an ongoing construction, it got a little frustrating to live here. Paying for amenities you can't use during construction with already high prices is very frustrating. Overall it is a very nice location and people are friendly.

The Griffis Apartments have exceeded my expectations in every way. Stephanie and her team were given some tough challenges to solve but have really come through and created a better environment. From the friendly and responsive management team to the well-maintained grounds, this community truly feels like home. The spacious units, modern amenities, and peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to live. Plus, the regular community events foster a sense of belonging. Highly recommend! ??????

I really enjoyed the amenities and the location of this apartment. Unfortunately, the price is out of our range and we would like to explore other options. It's hard for us to know what the price of the apartment is going to be in the summer time (when we are moving). Maybe providing an estimate of how high the price for the apartment is going to reach could be really helpful.

The location is good but value for money has diminished while rent goes up and amenities go down while under construction. Amenities have not been available for more than half of lease and living in a construction zone is depressing. There is no consideration for our loss. There are no community event and thus no community. Just an apartment in a great location where prices keep increasing. On property personnel are nice people and MX for in apartment is efficient.

Very nice building though currently under construction on the 1st and 7th floors. Know that there are a lot of fees that they aren't super clear about when you apply. There's a valet trash, valet recycling, package, and green living fee in addition to utilities. Staff is friendly and maintenance is super fast and attentive. They even call to check in after maintenance sometimes.

After touring Griffis Cheesman Park in June of 2022, I was so excited to move in. The building is clean, the apartments beautiful, and the locations can't be beat. However, I've unfortunately have been extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and respect that has been shown on the part of the staff and corporate office. I don't believe Griffis values their residents at all, and instead only sees them as dollar signs. A profoundly disappointing experience overall, and I will absolutely be warning everyone I know to steer clear of any Griffis property. (the singular saving grace is the maintenance staff. They are FANTASTIC!)

Apartment is nice. Neighbors are mostly transplants from out of state. A little noisy at times if you face the botanic gardens. Lots and lots of dogs in the building and very few children. Rent is twice what I was paying for my mortgage in Utah.

Cheeseman Park in Denver is a well recognized community and one with which I have long be familiar. Denver Botanic Gardens, which is next door to Griffis is a 5 star cultural amenity and the Park itself is a Denver jewel. The community was under renovation during my visit.

The apartment itself is lovely and exactly what was advertised. It is quiet and clean and instructions for everything was communicated clearly. Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly and I had a great move in experience

My maintenance request was handled quickly and professionally, the website allows you to submit a request for someone to come on Sunday but no one works Sunday, it's odd that the website lets you do that.

The Griffis Cheesman Park building is a terrific community
The Griffis Cheesman Park building is a terrific community. Its location is excellent and the building is very well-designed, cared for, and very security minded. Stephanie Reardon was really enthusiastic and helpful about not just the rental logistics but how the community works. Megan Knauer in the office was friendly and responsive to any questions. The Active Building portal and phone app are easy to be in contact with and kept up to date for residents. We're very happy with the apartment, neighborhood, and people.

Exceptional maintenance staff when I moved in. Apartment had a couple appliance issues that were fixed right away. The staff let me choose an open parking space that would fit my car and then scratched off an accidental overcharge immediately when I asked. They seem like genuinely good people who care about their job and the residents

We have loved living here! Especially when we have had maintenance issues the staff is always accommodating to our changing schedules and gets it fixed in a timely manner!! They also ensure that it is done right the first time!

We just moved in to the he Griffis Cheesman park and place seems extremely nice. Common areas are clean, staff is polite and newly renovated apartment seems like a hotel room. So far first impression this place is very comfy and friendly

Leasing Staff
Stephanie sets the tone for the community when leasing and showing property. She wasn’t a sales person as much as she just believed in the owner/ managers and the community they have created. She was so lovely to work with and I look forward to seeing her around the building. I really love the security and sophistication of the residences. I enjoy seeing all the pets and their owners. Everyone seemed so nice during our move in. The location can’t be beat. I highly recommend Griffis Cheesman Park.

I love the location and the amenities in the building. The apartment we got has not been updated so we had to deal with few inconveniences. Parking spots we got are far from elevator. My dog loves Chesseman Park, so do I.

I have been here 6 years and am very happy. Good location for me near Botanic Gardens , parks, RTD, and green spaces. Walking distance to at least 4 grocery stores that I use weekly. Restaurants are nearby also. Residents are usually very nice folks, even with move in and move out activity. Staff is very helpful and always goes the extra mile, in my opinion.

I've lived here for a week and it's been great. The community is clean, well maintained and the residents are very nice. The area is amazing and i love the value add feature of the dog treat/water station .

It's a decent building but not what I would consider a luxury building. Due to size of building it is generally not too noisy. Building has 2 levels of underground parking which seems to be enough for amount of apartments in building but due to high cost of parking spot fees not everyone parks in garage.

I love living here so much! It's made such a difference in my quality of life in Denver :) The building management is so helpful and professional. It's also really nice to have a woman maintenance staff available, as this makes me feel safe when I'm home alone. Also Stephanie is KICK --- at her job and everything is so well run!

A great sense of community, nestled in a residential neighborhood and adjacent to the Denver Botanic Gardens. And, oh, the walkability! As it is said, location is everything and you can't do better in Denver than 2190 E 11th Avenue.

Staff have been very professional and helpful when I have needed assistance. Regarding my maintenance issue, he came very quickly and fixed the problem in a very short time. He was polite and professional as well.
