No additional comments for this section. It is really difficult for me to type so I don't really appreciate that this is necessary to process the survey. In fact, I asked my grandson to type this in to complete the comment section. For this to work for me, I need to do a personal interview or phone interview.

The people were really friendly.. They hosted me first couple days in the guest room until I get my furniture.. They showed me the common facilities like fitness center, spinning room, garbage area etc. They also put some gifts in my room for welcoming me which was so nice..

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were fast to respond to all questions during the move in process. The facilities are all new and very nicley done, and the location is also ideal. Feels like home just a few days after moving in!

apartments are great. Rents are competitive. Staff is fantastic. Amenities are great. I We would recommend this building to anyone who wants a great, well located apartment in the denver metro area. We looked at 7 different buildings and chose Amaranth.

The Amaranth is a wonderful place to live. There are a variety of floor plans to choose from. If you love walking in gardens or strolling in the park you will love it here. The amenities are great, with a washer and dryer in every apartment. Walking distance to restaurants, Coffee shops, SIE theater and Tattered Cover book store.

This is by far the best apartment and apartment community I have ever lived in. It has so many amenities, the apartment managers are nice and helpful, and it is a wonderful community with genuine and nice people. It is a social place. We have gone out to dinner, met in the lounge to have a potluck, met in the lounge another time to chat. It is definitely a place to meet new friends. Also, it is one of the only or few brand new construction apartments in Denver. There is a washer & dryer in each apt., dishwasher, and beautiful brand new space. I love to cook and now have the perfect brand new kitchen. There are many other amenities such as a new workout facility, a room for yoga/bike classes, free coffee and tea area, gas fireplace in the lobby. There will be a wonderful rooftop with hot tub, fire pit, and kitchen area. My apartment also has a beautiful porch. The beautiful Botanic Gardens are right next door! Currently, there are special discounts for the first year if you sign a one year lease. The environment at the Amaranth is exquisite. The location is perfect for me, close to gardens, parks, cherry creek and trader joes. Everything is brand new and the staff is friendly and attentive to details. I enjoy the clubhouse space and brand new fitness center. The apartments are well designed. The walls and windows are well insulated. Most of the units are still empty, so the community is still being created. So far, I really enjoy being here and look forward to great things.

The Amaranth is a wonderful new community. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Their attention is prompt & detailed in all matters--their customer service is excellent! Each month a resident event is hosted to help us get to know each other, build a safe community, and stay connected. We have a great time together.
