We visited MAA Westglenn and want to give appreciation to the leasing agent, Destiny Raney. Although we chose another complex to rent at, it was due to other aspects not our experience with Destiny. She was polite, attentive, informative and kindly showed us multiple units over multiple weekends as inventory became available. Highly recommend her as a real estate professional.

My experience with MAA & MAA Westglenn has been detestable at best. Our apartment was deemed uninhabitable and they tried to force us into a more expensive unit or sign a new lease. They failed to follow Colorado state law when it comes to moisture in apartments & have had atrocious customer service at best. Wouldn't wish living here and dealing with management on my worst enemy.

I think the complex has been great to live in overall and I really enjoy the surrounding amenities. I have had several appliances go out while living here, which doesn't bother me because that happens. However, they have charged me when doing general maintenance, which I have never experienced before when renting in Colorado. Parking is also hard to find most evenings when I come home from work.

Rent is too high and going up. Insufficient parking. Quiet and comfortable. Love the area and fitness center. Love to walk. People don't always clean up after ther dogs. I think parking would be much better if white lines were drawn as cars are always taking two spots

I've had a great experience with the office and maintenance staff since living at MAA. Every request and concern is handled quickly and they are always willing to help and assist. I get a lot of use out of the pool and community areas and enjoy how well cared for they are.

The community is very nice and I have had a great time living here. There are just a couple of items that I would like to bring to the attention of the complex. I believe one of the units on my floor is being smoked in. I can smell cigarette smoke when I exit my apartment or come off the elevator. There was an email sent out about this but it seems like the parties who are doing this have continued their behavior. I do not think this sound be allowed and it makes the whole floor I live on stink like smoke. I think a check of the apartment in question should be conducted due to the no smoking policy they are clearly breaking. The second thing I would like to bring up is the parking around the westglenn park. There is no viable parking around the park and I have received citation from the City of Westminster. I reached out to them and they advised it was a park run by the apartment complex. I am wondering if there is anything that could be said to the City to try and get the street repaint so that cars would be able to park around the park area.

4+ year resident. I wouldn't call it luxury but it is a very nice place to call home. I moved here because they allow all dog breeds but I've stayed because it's mostly quiet and comfortable here. The apartment itself is nice but parking is a total crapshoot and nothing is really done to help with that. Be sure to live on the opposite side of the building from the dumpsters if you don't want a free 8am alarm clock 3 days per week. The maintenance crew has always been awesome and the office staff is usually very nice as well.

It is a great location with a good shopping center with pickleball and restaurants right across the street. When I was searching for an apartment and visited the site, I saw two women in bikinis in the swimming pool. That convinced me to rent there

This community started off quiet and serene despite it being in the parking lot of a strip mall and Applebees. Lately the community has gotten rowdy and disrespectful to its neighbors. There are parties on balcony's, smoking that occurs even though it's a non smoking property and the insane commotion and crowds from the bar nearby mean no sane Friday or Saturday night.

We absolutely love living here! Beautiful complex, the details and floor plan in our apartment are well thought out and designed. We love the location too, close to all stores, 20 min from Boulder. There's a gorgeous park next door too!

MAA is a great community all around. The office staff is nothing short of amazing! They are very professional and actually listen to the residents. The maintenance crew is also very spectacular when it comes to up keep of the property and responding to maintenance requests within a timely manner.

I'm am very disappointed with this apartment complex. When first moving in I loved living here but then I feel when everything started changing this complex felt very unwelcoming. Me and my parent started feeling like we could not even go down to the pool with a couple friends with out getting questions every time due to the new pull rules so we starting staying inside more and continued to get complaints for in my opinion just living in our home. On top of this the parking is very out of hand. I pay $20 for parking to have to park at the restaurant across the street do to there being no parking. This has been very annoying as I pay for parking and the people taking up the parking 9 times out of 10 don't live here and stay only for the weekend. I for sure thought I would stay in this apartment for more than one lease but at this point I am ready to move out tomorrow!

I've lived at 2 or 3 other MAA properties. This one has been the best so far. Harley in the office is helpful and kind. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient. This is my second year and if things continue like they are, I'll be here for awhile.

As seniors, we looked for a place that an elevator, tuck under parking, a pool/hot tub, & a feeling of safety. Since then, we lived thru a gun shot, some mean dogs. Safety is our biggest concern and sometimes, we are not feeling it. We always strive to be safe and check our surroundings. We love our apartment, but may look for another option when lease comes due.

I really enjoy living here. The property is well-maintained and clean, which I truly appreciate. I only have two main concerns: I wish residents were more mindful of their neighbors, especially those living below them, and avoided loud footsteps late at night. Also, despite the rules, some people still smoke in their apartments, which causes the hallways to smell. Additionally, there are often bags of trash left out of containers, which takes away from the cleanliness.

I've enjoyed my experience at MAA Westglenn. Fairly quiet community. I love the events the clubhouse hosts. Really brings together those of us who are new to the area. Sometimes the fees get out of hand. Also, I'm right above the trash chute dumpster area so most mornings my sleep is disturbed. It's still a very nice place for the cost. I'd recommend for pet owners, small families, single people. Hopefully as the community grows, more issues, especially parking, will be addressed. I have a personal car and work vehicle, however, I'm unable to purchase a permanent parking pass for them both. Nonetheless, I am excited to continue my stay here.

When I moved in, everything seemed great. Since I've lived here, I've had to deal with a shooting in the common area after my neighbor got smashed in the face with a rock, my car was nearly stolen out of my car port, and very few people clean up after their dogs or themselves. I pay on average $2850/mo and have had to deal with more crime than my crappy 1b1ba in a bad part of Tucson where I was paying almost 1/3 of what I am now. The apartments were hastily built and it shows in the craftsmanship of the apartments. Also, you have snoody neighbors who think they're better than everyone else. Plus side is that the pool is very nice when people aren't trashing it, the maintenance staff and office staff are wonderful and I have enjoyed all of my interactions with them, all utilities except internet are included in your monthly rent payment, and there are as many nice people as there are crappy people who live here so it kind of balances itself out. Overall, if it wasn't for the no breed restrictions, I would have left by now. $2850/mo doesn't really feel worth it.

We are living in this community for half a year?it's truly a great place. It's so quiet and beautiful, well-equipped gym for fitness enthusiasts, a cozy reading room, and safe playgrounds for kids, as well as swimming pool. The property management service is also excellent. Whenever there's an issue , like a door problem, their response is prompt and efficient.

Hate it. They steal money from you on a .monthly basis dor parking you don't have. The inside of the apartments are so cheaply made. The people who clean the hallways are the only blessing of this otherwise horrible community.

I love this apartment complex! Not only is the location and amenities great, but the staff that runs the front office is amazing and always super friendly. I have had some maintenance requests, and maintenance is always on scene within 10-15 minutes of my call and are the most considerate staff I've seen before at an apartment complex.

I like living here it's a quiet and very clean place all except for the parking! This is the only complaint I have!! There's Never!! No Parking!! We pay for parking here!! There needs to be more handicap parking spaces for disabled people. The Office People and Maintenance are very!! Helpful, Friendly and Respectful!! I Give Them A 10+ Very! Professional.
