This place is great!! I am so far very happy here. The staff is amazing and they are very pet friendly. I absolutely love it here! Parking can be a bit difficult but honestly it's just a matter of walking a little. Not a deal breaker for me.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Security is very important to the community. The maintenance team was punctual and the job was done well. The community is relatively quiet on most days except for Friday and Saturday nights when the Bar and Grill is open late.

This was the last place we visited during a multi-day apartment search for an upcoming cross-country move. Very professionally represented by Tyler Valerio and the rest of the team. More than we wanted to spend but overall value was there when considering new construction and the top-notch amenities provided. Active construction site with only 1 of 4 buildings complete, but construction activity is very organized and as isolated as possible. Love the 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a nice balcony and covered parking. Keypad access to building and to your apartment so no keys to worry about. Convenient to just about everything you need on a daily basis. Only downside is the mandatory valet trash which you must pay for whether you use or not. I walk my trash 15' down the hall to trash chute myself - feel like it keeps the building looking and smelling cleaner than setting outside your door. It's a money-making fee but other complexes have it too. Overall, a great experience in my short 3 week residence so far.

Our experience here has been great so far! Construction was delayed on our building so our move-in date was pushed back, but the leasing office was more than accommodating trying to figure out an alternative solution until our unit was ready. Upon move-in there were some issues with the unit not being 100% clean, but I believe this has to do with them rushing to get our unit ready especially early so we could move in the day we arrived from driving cross country. Some tools left in the apartment and dirt handprints on the wall were present, but nothing that couldn't be quickly resolved and so far very happy with our experience!

Great. It was fast and efficient and we were approved immediately. I love that it is a non smoking community. This is the biggest selling point. It is brand new and has smart tech throughout. It is also very clean

I am overall very impressed with the MAA Westglenn complex. There are minor things that are not ideal - parking and some finishes cheaply done being the two most notable. However, the unit is a great size and a decent price for the area, the office and maintenance staff are truly top notch, and the gym is nice enough that I can save money on a gym membership.
