I love it here! Very close to major highways, bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. the community is well kept. Maintenance and office staff is communicative and friendly. I think the pool and gym are very modern and fun amenities

There is not nearly enough parking. Often you will have to park across the entire complex from your building. The apartments are nice but the paint is peeling off the doors and cabinets because they didn't use oil based paint. It's like they want the paint to peel off so they can upcharge you for paint repairs when you leave

From day 1, I/family have received excellent service. The property manager is competent & very sincere. The staff is very responsive & helpful. Overall, the Westglenn property & team do MAA justice.

Overall decent community & apartment complex. Have had some issues with getting packages in the mail room. Some folks outside the community have come in and used some of the community resources. Some folks living here are not as considerate with quiet hours. Living along 90th can be very loud due to cars racing down the strip. All that being said, it's more pleasant living here than unpleasant due to the nice apartments, the park, the pool, and the proximity to everything I need.

Please do not siqn a lease at this property!

This is by far is the wrost place I have ever lived at. It looks good from the outside. But once you siqn that lease, you start to see the cover up. The leasing office treats your legitimate concerns with such malice. They doing nothing to communicate with you. The security here is none existent. Cars are literally stolen, are broken into at least twice a week. There are strange people loitering in the Applebee's parking lot at night. There is never no parking here. I have to park in the Applebee's parking lot where I have been harassed walking to my building. The people here are not friendly once so ever. The rent is so over priced for the small amount of Amenities you do have. The pool and hot tub are mostly over ran by people who don't even live here. The elevators are constantly broken. There are far better places near here to live at. Do not make the mistake of singing a lease here. You have been warned!

The leasing agent that took us on our tour was so friendly and personable. She was with us every step of the way, helping as much as she could. The maintenance staff was very generous as well! They let us use their dolly to move something and then they fixed a small issue the same day I moved in.

I just met with the rental agent for about 15 minutes. Cayla was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I filled out the application and was approved. I'm on hold till my house sells. I will definitely come back and take a tour.

It is not safe to live at MAA Westglenn

I have lived at MAA Westglenn for 15 months. During that time I have been harassed and bullied over the amenities as well as parking. A group of young people also targeted me for helping a young woman who asked for help leaving a narcissistic relationship. I was almost run over, my vehicle was vandalized and I have been run off from the pool and hot tub area. MAA Westglenn's way of helping me through this was by ignoring me, completely. So not knowing what to do and not feeling safe I put in a move request out of duress which I did not sign in case things changed before my 45 day notice to renew or move. Things changed. How did MAA Westglenn help me with this? By putting my apartment on the market and renting it out, with an unsigned move request they rented my apartment out from under me. I can of course pay to reapply and move into another unit.

The community was nice everything was clean and taken care of. Then they switched maintenance personnel and then it went down hill they don't seem to take the job seriously. They don't fix things right the first time and then when you complain to the leasing office they don't seem to care too. They can't clean out the dog poop right and leave poop in there and just throw a trash bag over it. There is dog poop everywhere and it feels like I'm the only one to clean up after their dogs. The rent price at these apartments are high and I don't feel like it's worth it because the problems that seem to accumulate one after another with getting maintenance the fix things. Then the parking is a mess there is not enough parking spaces for everyone. Most of the neighbors or nice but then there are others that seem to judge me and my significant other because we are young and are both minorities.

While this community seems to be well-centered in Westminster and near the Denver corridor, this complex has provided us with several issues. From the parking situation being a total nightmare, unaccommodating, and really at risk for more theft being in a busy area (catalytic convertor theft), to the poor internet service where I can only work at my kitchen counter to get a signal for Zoom calls, to the residents that don't clean up after their animal uses the restroom in the middle of the hallway. You're almost guaranteed to find a much more affordable, clean, and safer apartment home elsewhere.

I have enjoyed my time at MAA Westglenn. I have been here for about 6 months and rented without seeing the property (moved from out of state). I was nervous that it would not be like the pictures, but I was so happy to see that it lived up to my expectations! I love the dog park and pool area, spacious apartments with lots of storage, updated amenities and community events. I feel safe and all the residents are friendly and respectful of others. The office staff has been helpful, and maintenance always comes in a timely manner. I have had a positive experience here and plan to renew if rent doesn't increase when my current lease is up.

Nice community and the resident events are fun but there is nowhere near enough parking for the number of residents here. If you don't pay the insane prices for a covered spot then good luck trying to find a place to park after about 5 PM. And you have to pay for a parking permit even though you aren't guaranteed a space in the lot.

Large apartment rental company so consistent boiler plate emails that are worded fairly threateningly. Poor parking, subpar snow removal and common area cleanliness. Billed as "luxury" apartment homes but are outfitted extremely cheaply. Pool was out of commission for nearly 3 weeks last summer, valet trash is non-negotiable at $25 per month and rarely picked up. No breed restrictions on dogs so there are some aggressive dogs living here, constant barking and dog waste all over the property.

It's a great community. There are lots of activities. I love the food trucks that we've had so far this year. The office staff is always willing to help. The maintenance staff are very quick to solve issues and both are very friendly.

The apartment is quite attractive and sizeable. The roofs are high the door is tall and it's very easy to get in furniture. However there is not currently an elevator, so you will get in your steps. The amenities are kept exceedingly clean and only very rarely in the past year has the pool ever closed. Less than a handful of times. Parking is difficult if you have more than one car, but carports are available for a fee. It's well light at night, and there is security patrolling. The gym is glorious. The community area is very nice and has a billiards table and a couple of cues. People keep to themselves in general but are friendly. Easily the nicest place I've lived in, on the whole. My biggest issues are minor maintenance that are always resolved in about 24 hours.
