Sarah was super helpful. I fell in love with the place instantly. The model room was beautiful and the apartment was perfectly in my budget. I felt so lucky to land it. I even came back for a second tour to take some photos and she was happy to help. So happy.

Terrible experience with agent that doesn't follow up. Tried calling after tour for I was interested in one of the unit and have yet to get in contact with anyone. Terrible experience and will rent elsewhere.

The tour was great, leasing agent answered all questions, we fell in love with the apartment layouts, designs, location and amenities. We are really leaning towards these apartments but the price is a little out of our budget. Overall, I think you do pay for what you get here. It's an amazing property.

I just moved in but I love it here so far. My views are extraordinary and they have many amenities that I haven't utilized yet. The staff is very helpful with everything and overall, I'm a happy renter.

It's a nice community except for the parking. Maintenance staff is fabulous! Nice and very helpful. The grounds are kept clean and always looks good. The pool is nice and the workout room has great equipment.

Absolutely horrendous. MAA states that they strive for 5 stars. Let me just say first that this is not the front desk staff's fault or the maintenance Teams fault. This is solely MAA (Mid America Apartments) the parent companies fault or whoever manages this property if they have a branch headquarters or something. Hmm where to begin. There have been feces on the first floor carpet laying there for over three weeks. I do not have a fan that works for cooking on the stove after submitting over 3 maintenance requests to have it fixed, but maintenance says "they cannot fix the fans because it was the way the building was poorly built." They have the stovetop fan on the opposite side of the kitchen by the bathroom. My sink just fell off. It was glued on. There has been flooding on the first floor with sewage water for over 2 months which is a health hazard and MAA never told us about it. The dog park is contaminated with sewage water. Again, kept hidden from the residents. There is construction around the clock, HOWEVER?All of the construction is to make the facade of this building look great so MAS can reel as many fish on as possible but they absolutely do not care about any of their residents. If I were working at the front desk at MAA, I would want to jump off of a building. Whoever manages this property better give the front desk staff a raise because they should be focusing on other issues besides the poor construction of this building, trash service being removed for almost 2 months and only credited back $10 dollars, fecal matter on the carpet where there is heavy MAA employee foot traffic due to the flooding, I was told I cannot sign a petition on MAA grounds from MAA corporate. Guess what, I can do it on the sidewalk across the street and people will jump at the chance to sign. Why do you think no one goes to your pool anymore barely? Residents are sick of how they are being treated here. Emails to MAA corporate are first screened from MAA Westglenn, and if they "like" the email, then they will send it to corporate. I read contracts for a living and the employees think they can question my intelligence. 4 maintenance requests to have my ceiling fans fixed and now both fans are even in worse condition. MAA really thinks that providing a taco truck (where the food isn't even free) that it will cheer us up. To MAA Corporate? The majority of the residents here think they are not being heard nor listened to. It is beyond obvious that you care about signing as many people here as fast as possible instead of fixing MAJOR issues going on currently in building E. The emergency alarm went off for over 20 hours a little over a week ago and after I called MAA Emergency in which a lady said that someone was on the way to turn it off, no one came. I called front range police and they said it's a maintenance issue and is MAA's responsibility. After a night of zero sleep. I brought up the alarm going off for 20 hours, that I called MAA Emergency and Front Range Patrol and nothing was done about it. No apology, nothing. I was actually told that the security system was working and if there was an emergency that the two-way communication would work. That is a lie. Over 6-7 of us pressed the button to turn the alarm off throughout the 20 hours because dogs were going crazy due to the loud alarm sound. What if there was a real emergency? You have homeless people camped out by the park in their RV's, people breaking into the trash rooms once an employee walks out of one, and it would be so easy for someone to follow a resident in ANY door and assault you. So much for the 2-way alarm system. 20 hours after being assaulted, I'm pretty sure the. Emergency would not be resolved. There is black mold in peoples units. Once again, never made aware of this. Our water has been shut off without our knowledge prior. Peoples cars are getting towed for absolutely no reason and MAA is not compensating the residents when they registered their vehicles to park at a next door business. I want to reiterate.. all of the fault lies on the management. Not the maintenance team or the front desk (though I will admit that the front desk employees, particularly one of them seems miserable because I would be miserable to if I worked for MAA) The parent company cares way more about a profit than it's residents. I understand that a corporations goal is to make a profit, however we are tenants living in hazardous and toxic conditions and there is a bunch of proof that I have in file and same with other residents. I would like to speak with someone in corporate or else I will have to take a full measure. With Gratitude, -Mike

I love this community. It's well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Lots of nice amenities including being super close to a park. Only one vehicle per household allowed to park close though, I really wish two were allowed b/c my husband has to park far away.

pros: brand new, high tech, maintenance team A+++, beautiful layouts/style (definitely luxurious feeling) cons: because new - lots of hiccups in processes, management, and systems, not all amenities available when living there (could be finished now) hard to get ahold of office team when needed since there are so many callers (inquirers, new residents, etc)

Very helpful staff, and awesome area. I look forward to living here! Only request I would have is to share our wifi contact upon move-in. I had an issue setting up wifi and spent several hours on the phone with Century Link before I realized we have a direct contact.

This is a very good apartment community. Most residents seem to be young professionals that are very polite and respectful to one another. Good access to pool, gym, dog park etc. However parking is limited and rent is high

Super friendly and helpful management! Apartments are beautiful!
We had such a great experience touring and ultimately decided on going with MAA Westglenn. The management was so professional yet personable, answered all of our questions, and gave us the full tour. We really liked the amenities provided at this complex as well (24 hr gym that has lots of equipment is such a big plus for us), and the apartments were gorgeous. I do also want to note this complex does NOT have any breed restrictions as well which I know for all of us Pitty or Shepherd lovers, its hard to find an apartment complex that'll accept our babies, so BIG win there! We went with the 2 bed 2 bath option and are super excited to move in! This will be our second "home" since moving to Colorado and we definitely think this complex is worth it!!

I have had a mostly positive experience with the apartment so far. moving in was very easy, the only thing that's been a bummer is the parking situation. There is a lot of landscaping construction going on around the property and lots of the parking spaces are being taken by the machines and UHAUL pods. it is kind of annoying because I do pay monthly parking to park in that lot. Otherwise the apartment itself has been super good. We only put in a few maintenance requests, which have been answered right away. Everyone in the office, Cayla, Sarah and Karen have been very helpful with the whole process. This is my first apartment and I am very happy with it.

A real sense of community. The staff is amazing and the resident are friendly. The amenities are second to none! The hot tub is always the right temperature and the grills and pool area are cleaned daily. The building hallways and trash room are alway clean.

A bit pricey, and parking is terrible if you don't want to pay for a spot. Overall the apartments are nice, though there have been issues with power outages and elevators being out of service and bits and bobs needing to be replaced, but that seems to be smoothing over now that construction is wrapping up

It's been a dream so far. Unit has great appliances, plenty of cupboard space, a sizeable kitchen, and a bathroom with plenty of drawer space to fit everything I need. Amenities seem pretty good, but I haven't really had a chance to use them. Other residents seem really polite. I have had other people open the door for me on several occasions when I have had to carry stuff in. No one has been excessively loud. Super great if small community so far.

Living at MAA Westglenn has not been a great experience. Though the office staff was helpful when I first moved in, subsequent interactions and experiences have left much to be desired. Pros: ideal location, new construction (new does not mean even mediocre quality, though), grounds are relatively clean (especially for still being under construction), amenities are nice enough Cons: Have to pay $25/month for valet trash with no opt-out option; the valet trash company comes maybe 50% of the time. Poor response time on maintenance requests - several have been closed in the portal before anyone even came, shoddy construction and electrical - I have ongoing issues with my HVAC, have had to have breakers replaced 4x in 6 months, have had to have an appliance replaced. Office staff - while responsive some of the time - does not provide information requested nor truly solve problems that residents experience. While on par with rent in the area, far too expensive for the quality of living that is offered. I wish I would have done more due diligence in my apartment search and not settled on MAA Westglenn; the only good thing is living here spurred me to purchase a house sooner than expected so I will no longer be throwing money away on an extremely subpar community once construction on the house is complete. Renter beware.

So far we are not impressed with the experience or the lack follow up from management. I feel my privacy was invaded after moving in and nobody's has reached out to tell me how this will be taken care of. I feel the management team simply doesn't care and plans to ignore the issue.

I have enjoyed the people at the property. It is nice to see people walking around with their animals. The apartment/amenities are phenomenal. I used the gym on Monday and it all the equipment was clean and ready to use. The parking is sometimes tight, especially since I am not very good at parallel parking. The trash room is very convenient and I love it.

This becomes complicated to share an honest fair feedback when other residents unfortunately do not respect their neighbors. Unfortunately it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. Make sure to meet your neighbors before you move.

I just moved in a few days ago and so far it has been great. They were willing to work with me as I needed to move in over the Christmas holiday. They had everything ready for move in so as soon as I got here I was able to move in even though they were not here.

The apartment is new, but clearly put together in a hurry. The kitchen is all cabinets and only one set of drawers, the towel rack is directly over the toilet so your towels would touch it, etc. The smart appliances seem fancy, but within two days of move in they're not working and there is no manual override. We just have no lights until maintenance gets here. The kitchen is large and nice to cook in, the carpets are nice, and the windows are very large and let in natural light. It's a nice apartment overall, just little frustrating things. The office team is very nice, just constrained by the rules of the company they work for.
