I enjoy living here for the most part. The maintenance team is great and I've had nothing but good experiences with management and the office staff. The amenities are also nice to have. When I first moved in, I felt like the residents were great. Friendly and wanted to take care of the property. I don't feel the same about some of the residents moving in now, unfortunately. That's no one's fault, though.

Not the best, I was told by the front desk upon leasing that since I had already made a ParkM account at my prior apartment I didn't need to do anything to switch over, and my vehicle subsequentially got towed and I had to spend $300 to get it back. When I brought this up to the front desk they said I was ---- out of luck. My car also got sideswiped right in front of the leasing office, but since there are no cameras on the property so I was unable to find the perpetrator and got screwed on that as well. In addition to my personal obstacles, the gunshots at the pool and raising rent on us for zero added benefit or security has put a sour taste in my mouth.

Very happy with our apartment here. It is the first place I've renewed a lease in a long time! Very attentive maintenance that has come very quickly in a refrigerator emergency and relatively quickly for non-emergencies.

Apartments are newer, clean, and quiet. I enjoy that it's walking distance to a good bit of shopping and some restaurants/bars even with not being in the city. Parking can be a hassle though and the valet trash is a waste of money since the trash chute is inside at the end of the hall on every floor.

So far, everything is relatively enjoyable. However the first week we moved in there was a violent disturbance in the pool/common area involving people who did not live in the apartments. The buildings themselves are secure, so there is no worry about security inside the apartment. Just the areas where anyone can access are not secure or protected. There was only one disturbance that I have seen. Parking is difficult to find, as a popular bar shares parking with the common lot for the apartments. The waitlist for assigned parking does take a while to get through, and there are very few to begin with. Aside from that, everything is great. The amenities are nice, and the location is decent. Lots of food and grocery stores within 5 mins. Close to the highway so getting to Boulder/Denver is very easy. The apartments themselves are pretty soundproof so there is no noise from neighbors.

I am satisfied with staying at MAA. Only one complain is parking place. The parking space is not enough and carport place is necessary in Colorado State at least because of hail, snow, and strong sun light. I know there are many people on the waiting list and MAA can install more carport. Please make more carport. I also think some visitors do not park their cars at visitor parking area. I think we need to improve parking system for the community.

Overall this complex is a very nice place to live. There are some down sides but for the most part it has been a great place to live. The units are newly built and maintained well. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and staff is professional and friendly. The only down sides are extreme lack of parking and difficulty getting ahold of the office on the phone.

This complex has gone completely downhill. It appears absolutely anyone can move in and zero requirements for how many tenants in each unit. This used to be considered a higher-end complex but not anymore! Every weekend the pool and club house is inundated with people who do not live here. Huge parties, glass bottles in the pool area, pets, you name it. There is supposed to be a limit to the number of guests allowed for each paying unit but NOTHING is don't to enforce it. Nothing at all. The gates leading to the pool and clubhouse are constantly being propped open with rocks so any and everyone can enter freely and the music is stupid loud all day. Cops are CONSTANTLY here for one reason or another. The majority of tenants are unfriendly and there is an abundance of dog feces all over the property, including people's balconies. For the amount of money management charges for these units, tenants expect more.

The parking here is atrocious. I would have not signed a lease if I knew it was this bad. There are not nearly enough spots for how many people that live here. The surrounding grass is always flooded and muddy. The people here do not respect each other. There was a shooting at the pool, always trash left out, and dog poop everywhere. The units have good, updated appliances. Maintenance does a fantastic job with fixing units and keeping the grounds looking nice. The staff is very nice.

I love living here however this year has definitely changed a bit. The up keep is not always the best not necessarily by the apartment but by the new people who have moved in. Allowing their dogs to poop everyone and not clean up after them. Gets a little frustrating when trying to walk your dog and you see poop laying everywhere.

Overall I enjoy living here everyone is very kind and respectful. I enjoy the activities around here too and everything is very close by. However there is a lack of dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. Especially in building E where I live, in the stairwells there have been multiple accidents that have resulted at the bottom of the stairs leading outside. This has become an issue and is giving off terrible odors that are unbearable.

The complex is well-maintained! We love the pool area, the landscaping, the gym, and the club house. The Dog Spa is a wonderful idea as well, but we would like the water temperature to be better. It is hard to get the water warm and to keep it that way. Parking is difficult. We pay for a covered parking area, we wish it was a garage. We also enjoy the events the complex puts together! Maintenance is also quick and respectful. The biggest downside is the cost to live here. We will have to move when our lease is up because we can't afford it anymore.

Never your money back

This place charges you for Parking (any at all even if you live there). If you want an extra $35 a month you can't opt of, this place is the dream for you. Never enforced parking enforcement but you have to pay to park there. I could never imagine a life where I can pay for a service that never gets delivered, it is a hard task to live up to. This place will deliver on all of it's promises except the ones that make your life better. This is a shell of a place ran by leeches that think your money is theirs.

I love this community, as the staffs and other residents are friendly and outgoing. The location is perfect to go to downtown Denver downtown or Boulder. The amenities are outstanding the pool and hot tub are well maintained daily. Overall a great place to live. I will surely extend my stay for another year

Great people and great environment. However, bring careful with pricing. I wasn't they really don't go over all the extra fees that are charged. More charges are added. The water is cold and takes a min to warm.

The community is nice. I don't have any complaints. I did ask before about moving to an upper level floor for a one bedroom and was told , if I wanted to move to upper level, I needed to move to a two bedroom. That doesn't make sense to me but okay.

Overall I like the community. The main complaints I read overall are not true. However some also are. Set up of the apartment is not great. My doors hit eachother in my bathroom causing damage I'm sure I'll be charged for which sucks cause it's just bad design. The appliances are nice. The cabinets are really cheap and I'm sure they will realize they won't last the next five years. Floors are nice. Windows are great. It's a very energy efficient apartment. I pay for a two parking spot for $150. It's nice but annoying to move my cars around and one is still exposed to snow. Valley trash is mandatory $25 and a total crock of crap. Literally maybe 5% or people use it and you are charged monthly. Also they don't come on Friday and Saturday which is probably the most useable days for the service. Pool is "heated" not really though? it's heated so it doesn't freeze but unusable during the winter. The spa is great and love the fire pit. The mail room is also a mess. The staff does their best but Amazon can't adapt. A lot of times your items get left out in open or are not delivered. Overall I'm happy, the staff truly cares. I'd give it 4 ??.

It's been awful. Good people gone and dog poop everywhere. My apartment has smokers around it and this is a non smoking community. Appliances are off because they short out. Security is a joke. They overcharge and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Everything was great. I loved my apartment, style, being smart home and apartment facilities as well. But unfortunately I would like to say engineering department is really bad. It is always under staff. Aubre Nelson who works at the management office she is not in her best behavior. She talks even right before you try to tell something. She doesn't pay attention and being rude. Other than that all other employees including common area cleaners are very helpful and happy

Very nice place to live. I've had no issues with my apartment. Parking is limited and could be better but no place is perfect. The pool and join area's are always in proper working condition which is nice.

Used to be nice, now office staff has made me not want to be here anymore, anytime you go in they brush you off and wont help solve the problems. Has a mandatory program that they don't fulfil I loved MAA untill this summer

MAA has got to be the best community in existence. The leasing staff, along with the maintenance staff is top notch and i couldn't be happier living here. Its telling me i need a minimum of 200 characters and idk what else to write.

The parking situation is ridiculous. We, like many other residents, were forced to park over by Applebee's and the bar near our complex and our vehicle was broken into the first month or second month we were here. Stolen catalytic converter and $3000 worth of stuff inside the vehicle. Now we have to pay to park under the building and play switcheroo moving vehicles all the time (we have 2). There are WAAAAY too many dogs here per square foot of land and everything, grass, flowers, shrubs, etc. is peed on hundreds of times a day. Lots of dead grass and the stench of the mulch in the summer is at times nauseating. The hallways in my building are not cleaned or vacuumed regularly. Things are getting worse not better. Management does nothing about the dog pee in the elevators or the poo in the hallways or the residents literally letting their animals pee and poo just 20 feet outside and less outside the entrances to the apartments and all over the landscaping. They rely on other residents to ale photos of the offenders, and who is going to do that? Some cameras in the trash chute rooms, entrances and in the hallways would help a lot. If you love paying tons of money to live in a place that sounds like a dog pound when your walking down the hallways, this is your place. Actually, if that is your thing, please go somewhere else. We've got enough of that here.
