It is a beautiful building. The maintenance staff is not very detailed in their work, often needing to fill out multiple request to have something fixed. The management team is not friendly or there to serve you or help you at all- they are concerned with getting you to sign a lease then forget about you or your experience there after.

I love living at 450K. The staff is friendly and incredibly responsive. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. Super convenient, close to downtown DC, very walkable. The people who live in the building are friendly and engaged in the community in the building.

My girlfriend and I moved into 450K a few weeks ago and we love it! The staff is really friendly, the building is very clean, new and modern, and the amenities are great. Also, you can't beat the location. It's located less than a block away from a 24/hr Safeway, multiple restaurants and cafes, and just a few blocks away from Chinatown/Convention Center/more restaurants/nightlife. I would highly recommend!

Apartment is great except the noise outside can be loud if workers are present at 7am. Water pressure in the bathroom could be better. Overall the building is beautiful and I love living here. Great pool too

450 K is a great place to live, network, and progress as a professional in DC. There are several new buildings and renovations ongoing so it can be a bit noisy at times, but once the work is complete the neighborhood will be completely transformed.

I love living at 450K. The apartments are very nice and the common living spaces are fabulous. The outdoor spaces are well kept and great gathering spots. The fitness center has everything you need and is well maintained. I highly recommend 450K.

I moved in in 2017. It's still new, so time will tell how well it goes. So far, it has been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, there are top notch amenities, and the facilities are clean and beautiful. I couldn't ask for much more in an apartment.

It has been very good so far, with a few noise, cleanliness and safety complaints here and there. The building safety is the biggest concern for me, especially when it comes to the security of the front desk and parking garage.

Great spot. Brand new and still looks good. Good amenities, great staff. The staff is wonderful and greets you every time you walk through the door. Fast elevators, a nice fitness center and the free coffee is well appreciated.

I love living at 450K! The staff members are all extremely welcoming and accommodating. My mother was visiting and the concierge took special care of her to ensure she had everything she needed and knew how to get around the city!

A car was stolen from 450K last weekend. Two were broken into. Not to mention, there's vomit in the elevators and trash in all the amenity spaces. Sounds like the building needs some more security. I'm surprised 450K doesn't require residents to swipe their fobs to use the elevator like most buildings do.

Amazing staff great amenities a little noisy because of construction. Apartments are very modern. Other people in the building are very nice as well. If i return to dc i would definitely rent in this building again

Great location! Nice and quiet! Management is superb! Always clean. Concierge service is professional, timely, and positive. Maintenance is quick and thorough. Lots of fun events for residents. Great rooftop.

The responses to my maintenance requests are always so prompt! The staff here is really exceptional and this building feels more like a home than most others that are a similar size. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this apartment complex! Not only are the amenities awesome, they constantly host events for residents and the maintenance team handles work order within 24 hours, most times less. Never had an issue that wasn't completely resolved to my satisfaction.

Building is new and the amenities are nice even after considering the amount of the monthly rent. The free coffee is appreciated and the workout room is well maintained. Service requests are processed promptly. Other than some minor annoyance with construction noise, no complaints after living here for over a year.

Very happy with my apartment over the past year. We moved here out of frustration with our previous home and the new place has been great. The staff at 450 K has been exceptional and I have had no complaints while living here for over a year. I would definitely recommend the community to a friend or family.

I've lived here for over a year now and really enjoy it. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of community events, and friendly people living in the building. Close to the metro, downtown Chinatown, Safeway and a lot of great restaurants. My biggest complaint is that they only put screens in the windows, not the balcony doors. My balcony is the only window in my room, it's hard to leave it open for fresh air when bugs can fly in and pets can run out.

I am satisfied with this community. The staff keeps it very clean, and any problems are handled on a prompt basis. I appreciate that many staff members know my name and are friendly when I see them. The other residents are respectful and keep the common areas in good condition.

450 K has very clean and up to date apartments with great appliances. I do wish the windows opened all the way but I understand the difficulty in doing so on higher floors. Front desk staff is very friendly. The building is dog friendly which is a huge plus!

I only moved in 3 weeks ago but so far I have had a very good experience. The leasing agents were very friendly and helpful, and the staff made the moving process very smooth. The entire building is kept clean, not just the lobby and the roof has some awesome views.The neighborhood is alive with people going to restaurants, walking their dogs, going to the gym, etc. So far, I am happy with my choice of apartments.

The staff is all very professional and polite. The amenities appear to be well maintained. The rooftop pool and zen garden were big reasons I wanted to lease with 450K. The apartment is also very spacious compared to near by communities. The floors and kitchen design are a plus.

Other than the noise from construction behind the building, I absolutely love living here! It's a great building and the staff is the best! The amenities make me feel like I live in a hotel. But with all the new construction, depending which way your apartment is facing, the noise can be unbearable.
