Good common spaces. And I really like having a bathtub. Bike room. Concierge. Candy. Pool. Elevator. Stairs. Coffee. Espresso. Couches. Ease of moving in. This survey is too long. The new building and all of the construction is currently a disadvantage.

As an 450 K Street NW Apartment resident for about three months, I have had a great experience. Great staff and building overall. The quality of everything in the apartments from washer to microwave is so nice and hasn't given us any problems.

I will not be renewing my lease. Horrible construction noise 24/7. My AC is always broken in 100 degree heat. Hot water is cold alot. Constant turnover of staff. Very pricey for not much space. Location is great, but there's way better opptions

Pricey, construction noise and proximity to building is the worst even on Saturdays, but the best staff and community appearance compared to other DC areas. I've heard lease renewal rates are extremely unreasonable so looking to relocate closeby for less.

It is good except they are not strict about the no smoking policy. We have many neighbors who smoke outside entrances or on their balconies. The apartment is very nice and well laid out. Besides the smoking issue, we have enjoyed living here.

This community has been a wonderful place to live - I am always greeted with kindness by the people at the front desk and they are quick to care to my needs or questions. It was easy to place the maintenance order through the people at the front desk and they were eager to help and inquired about the service after it had been completed. I love the common areas and how well they are taken care of. I can't imagine leaving!

Modern with new appliances in apartments. What sets this building apart from others in DC is how friendly management, staff and the tenants are in the building. Makes it easy when you are new to the city. We look out after each other. Glad I chose to live here.

Very noisy do to neighboring construction that starts as early as 6am and sometimes doesn't finish until after 10pm. The location is ok, but not too many options in the local neighborhood for entertainment. The garage is a pain to park in due to incredibly small spots.

Nice building. Good neighborhood. Rooftop is great. Office staff very transient. Seems like every weekend there's a new front desk person. Property manager doesn't know residents. No place to walk your dog. Coffee machines break. Lighting is bad inside apartments. No cardboard recycling. I plan to move when lease is up.

Me and my husband love 450 K. This is our second year leasing with them and we have not been disappointed. The common areas are clean & well taken care off. The leasing, concierge and maintenance staff is courteous and prompt to follow up with any requests. It's a great neighborhood with everything that you need (groceries, medicines, gym, restaurants, public transportation) all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great. The staff has been help and the amenities are quite nice. the coffee machine and the rooftop deck are my favorite. There is also a movie theatre and the concierge service can be very helpful when you are in a pinch. Overall, great place.

Beautiful building, but the community has changed in the past year. More students or just new neighbors that are noisier and disrespectful (parties/vomiting etc). Also lots of noise from the never ending construction.

Picking 450K is the best decision I made moving to DC. Everything I need is within a block, in the way of stores and restaurants. Metro is a five minute walk. Entertainment and activity is all within a half hour walk. And my office is right across the street. Building is well maintained with great ammenities, including workout and media rooms, lap pool and a beautiful rooftop entertaining area with great views. Staff is terrific and the lobby front desk is always cheerful and helpful. Can't have made a better choice than 450K.

Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with management and all staff members. The condo is quite, kept clean, and any problems are fixed immediately. Once it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella and the manager quickly told me to hold on and ran into his office and gave me an umbrella so I would not have to run upstairs and be late for work. The management does go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. All the tenants are really friendly as well and respectful.

Nice, new apartment building in a up and coming neighborhood. Steps away from metro, Gallery Place, 9th St/Convention St area. Friendly and responsive staff. There are a lot of law students here, as well as working professionals. The neighborhood is completely safe, but sort of empty. Apartment units are a bit smaller than average, but nice furnishings.
