Love Heritage Shores. Very nice community with plenty to keep you active and busy. Especially enjoy gym and the free fitness classes offered. Having restaurants on site is also a big plus. Leasing was the best option for us!

Nice quiet and calm community. Amenities such as golf, pickelball, swimming,gym,and social activities are all available. Since this is a fifty-five and older community, interaction with young people and teenagers is limited.

An apartment it is a beautiful house at Heritage Shores in Delaware. I came here after searching for a place that I could rent/lease with a community of 55+. I have experienced a wonderful welcoming and wonderful staff and looking forward to joining the community.

As a senior person, I would recommend hold bars in all the bathrooms. Some homes with steps should have railings, because people with mobility issues can get hurt. Also, the circuit breakers should be checked regularly. Washers stop in the middle of a cycle, garage doors get stuck.

The community is well maintained. It has many activities for all ages of residents. The community spaces are clean and the neighborhood is safe. The residents are diverse and friendly. I would recommend Heritage Shores without hesitation for 55+ people looking for a retirement community.

Every time we have a service request we have to go through this?don't like it! This is a beautiful facility but always seems to struggle with organization and especially the Club House, restaurant, etc.

I love living here. The office staff is amazing. The helped me navigate the move in, were very thorough with showing me all the features of my new home. Also, the maintenance staff is awesome. I've only had a couple of issues and received same day service both times. Very happy here!

This is a very nice community. There is a pride of ownership with both homeowners and renters. All of the amenities are well taken care of and the neighbors are all friendly with no issues. Leasing staff is very easy to work with as well.

Experience is fine. People are friendly. Many activities. Location is a bit remote from shopping and medical facilities. Expect to drive 30 minutes to get to malls and about 45 minutes to get to beach.
