My wife and I fell in love with Heritage Shores at first glance. We come from a much more crowded urban location in New Jersey and New York City. The rural aspect of the Bridgeville community was a welcome change. Family, community, local merchants, light traffic, farming views and values appealed to us and we have never looked back. Our community continues to grow and evolve. So much to do here and we have made so many new friends. We loved it then and love it even more now.

like the idea of having a house to lease instead of an apartment. feels like our own home without all the maintenance,etc. Every thing I have requested to be repaired,etc has been promptly..Lovely clubhouse with so much to do

Love my house and the community. Lots of amenities and clubs to participate in. The people who live here are welcoming and friendly. It's quiet and clean. Love the fact that I can rent and not have to buy.

Nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly and there's lots of activities within the community. Not much to do outside the community though unless you're willing to drive an hour or more to eat at a nice restaurant or go shopping.

We are very satisfied with the community, rental staff and maintenance personnel. Unfortunately the HOA is extremely negligent in getting community repairs in a timely manner. For example, fitness equipment has been needing repair for almost a year. Several Fountains in the ponds have not worked for over a year.

Beautiful community with great facilities. Coastal Run staff is always professional and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns. Great benefit that Coastal Run takes care of all issues including landscaping, wall and refrigerator filter replacement, power washing and dryer vent cleaning!

Feels like living at a resort. Especially in the summer. I have made so many new friendships. When I go on vacation I have to admit, I am eager to come home. There are so many others who lived in the same places that I have lived before so there's already a familiarity between us.

Coastal Run at Heritage Shores has many fun activities to enjoy within the community as well as several restaurants to enjoy! Outside of the community is an array of farmer's markets nearby to shop at too! Coastal Run at Heritage Shores is only about 30 minutes from the beaches and the outlet shops, it's truly a nice place to relax and call it "H??ME".
