When I moved from Florida I planned on renting for a year before purchasing a house. I have been pleased with my rental experience that I no longer wish to purchase a house. I found where I wanted to live and i like not being responsible for maintenance.

A very well-kept and maintained 55+ community. There are a vast amount of amenities available to enjoy daily such as a golf course, restaurants on the premises, a market, a wellness center, swimming facilities, a gym, recreational facilities and many clubs to join.

Since moving into this community we have had such a great experience. We love all the amenities, the activities and the great staff that puts it all together. Houses are new construction with no maintenance or yard work. Community is walkable and has many clubs and activities available for those that wish to participate. Office staff is approachable and very responsive. Maintenance has been wonderful and always follows through on issues quickly and with a smile.

Friendly and courteous office and maintenance staffs. Well-mapped out community. Variety of available homes. Lot of amenities. Beautiful clubhouses and pools. Nearby department store, supermarkets, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities are a few minutes away.

Our beautiful home is located on a block with warm, welcoming neighbors. There are plenty of activities and convenient restaurants on ground. The maintenance department is run like a concierge service. They are polite, efficient, and ready to assist in any way that they can. Our stay at Heritage Shores exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I are happy to be living at Coast Run. The community is friendly, well cared for and the amenities are excellent. The distance driving to the pharmacy, gas station and supermarket are within three minutes from our house.

This community is a welcoming and friendly place, the houses are lovely and there are many floor plans to choose from. Neighbors are supportive and easy to get to know. A very pet-friendly place - you meet everyone by walking your dog!

This is a wonderful all inclusive community. There are many fun and enjoyable amenities-should be something here for everyone. Although we are not staying past our lease due to building a new house, we've enjoyed being here and would definitely stay.

The community and everything within it are excellent and meet expectations. The facilitites are well maintained and well equipped. There are good choices of dining withing the community. Grovery shoppeing and pharmacy are 2 minutes away. Staff is attentive and provides excellent service.

The community is wonderful! There are tons of immenities and things to do. Its a great walking, dog friendly neighborhood. Everyone seems friendly. All of the homes are brand new or nearly new and kept in very good condition. No worries of yard work or maintenance

Very comfortable. Everyone is so nice and helpful. No problems at all. I am very happy that I picked Coastal Run. I have friends that live here, so I have been visiting for four years. I hope to build or buy in the area. In the meantime, I will enjoy the home that I am leasing.

The staff is wonderful & always helpful. The home I am leasing is the VanGogh model which is very nice & comfortable. There are many activities if you want to be involved. In addition, there is an outdoor pool, clubhouse with restaurant & bar, a wellness center with an indoor pool. I only wish for how great it is here that it was a gated community

We enjoyed this active 55 plus community, the lakes and ponds are very scenic and inviting, the people in the community is very friendly, there is plenty to do if you want to participate in the community activities, or if not you can enjoy a nice safe walk, or sit by the lakes and take in the scenery.

Lack of good restaurants....love pickelball and gym.I feel the homes should have front porches...not a tiny porch...also we don't understand why we can't have a storm door...when we offered to pay for it. Wish you didn't have to travel so far for a movie theater and goid restaurants.

Beautiful 55+ community. Lots of activities. However lacks local resources like retail shopping (big box stores), medical care, vet care for pets. It is very rural. The closest Target is 20 miles. Costco is 70 miles.
